Not one single human cashier at a register, but there were 4 employees standing around the self checkout not assisting. It would have been nice if they could have just used a scan gun on my cases of bottled water, so I wouldn’t have needed to lift them out of my cart and drag them across the self checkout scanner…

Got a decorated cake. Asked for the sticker picture in center of cake with dark red and dark blue roses on the border nothing else and they handed me a cake with border around the picture. Roses that were blue and idek what color to call the red ones. Petals all over. 2 roses in the left space that wasn't supposed to have anything and petals on the right side. Don't even look right. Then it has 2 roses that r red and blue mixed. Not happy 45 dollars for someone to test their skills

Need to accept 1 or 2 minor items at beer ck. out. Rather than telling customer they must go to another ck. out....Get real Weis! I left item sit! Clerk asked if I wanted it, I said yes, but you don't want to sell it to me, now you can put it back on shelf thats 2/3 rds across store!

I showed up to the deli checkout with sushi from the cold bar, soda from the cold bar, and a yogurt cup. The male cashier had a fit and told me he wasn't supposed to cash me out because I had a grocery item in my order. A yogurt cup? You can't cash me out at the deli checkout because I have a yogurt cup? If Weis will turn away business for $1.59 because a person is at the wrong cash register - that's ridiculous. I could see it if I had a cart full of groceries, but this was very clearly a lunch purchase from the deli area.

Good deals and kind staff, but the carts are not designed with mothers with infants in mind. The advertisements on the seat of the carts makes it difficult to impossible to safely place an infants car seat on.

Got party pizza half mushroom black olives..other half pepperoni.. how do I get barley any toppings on the side with two toppings and barely any mushrooms only black olives pay for two toppings think you'd get two toppings .

This is a nice store. The staff are friendly, the store usually looks pretty clean, and they have a nice selection. I will say that their produce is 9/10 better and more fresh then Giant (not to slight them because I like that store too) which is important. Also lately they've had better gas prices then a lot of places in the area.

Purchased an 8 piece fried chicken package at the cold counter for $9.99. Got home and served the chicken later that day. Package only 6 pieces in it. Missing a thigh and breast. This is the second time I've bought something at this store that was not what it said it was. I'll go to Giant from now on.

This has been my local grocery store ever since I can remember. When someone says they are "going to get groceries", it's pretty safe to assume they mean they are "going to Weis". My brother worked here for a bite when we were younger. They are a staple in this community and surrounding areas. Gas points can be earned using their club card and can be redeemed at most Sunoco stations... every penny helps these days. Having prescriptions filled here quickly racks up points. The deli has really stepped up its game within the last couple of years. So, too, has the hot-food and ready-to-go meal options which have been my go-to lately. The rotisserie chickens are a favorite around my household.

This is my favorite grocery store because it is small, and I can get through it quickly. They stock everything I need for my weekly groceries. They also have a nice selection of wine and beer. It is very clean and the employees are helpful.

A great local grocery store. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Good inventory and well stocked with multiple local, domestic, and imported items.Very reasonable prices, daily specials, and store brand items at discounted and reduced prices. Weekly discounts for Senior Citizens, including chances to earn discounts as well as gas on each shopping trip.

Mostly have 1 register open, expecting you to use the self-checkout. If that's the case, I'll see you at the company picnic this year.Loved opening my new loaf of bread to find mold in the middle of the loaf. I hope Jonathan Weis gets to read this from his jet

I like shopping here even though I work at a competitors place. They have some products I use that my workplace doesn't. Also, they sell alcoholic beverages but I held back a star because to buy the alcohol, you must go to a certain register which is NEVER manned and there is very little signage to indicate that that is where you need to go.

Very good selection and store was clean. Plenty of employees at checkout but was very busy, used self check out which I hate and store smelled like seafood and fried chicken. Like a stinky bathroom with beautiful flowers.... otherwise 5 stars.

Friendly, helpful staff that make you feel like family. Always have someone close by to bag larger orders and help load them into your vehicle. We like to shop on Thursdays when they give veterans and active military 10% off store brand products.

Although the store is clean and well lit, and the staff is helpful, the aisles are too narrow, especially with all the displays. The selection of organic foods is not wide as competing stores, and the layout of the store is not very shopper friendly. Still, because of the location being close to us, we will be making short shopping trips here occasionally.

Ran into a lady that manages there, but was unaware until the day I went in. Was nice seeing her. Her and my mom used to work together, she has known me since I was a kid. She's a great lady. Her name is Sharon. Everything else about my stop that day was good. As to be expected. Give Sharon a raise. She is a polite and helpful employee.

This store is great. There are always employees on the floor if you have any questions and my items are usually bagged correctly. I would give 5 stars but I have been disappointed with so many products that are close to the sell by date (meat that goes out of date in 24-48 hours, milk that goes out in 48-72 hours, bread that's maybe good for four days, rotten produce). Occasionally I can dig through the coolers to find something with a better sell by date but it's rare. I know it's not always practical but I do like finding products that are good for at least a week so I'm not shopping every two days. I rarely wait in a line that has more than one person in front of me which is really appreciated at the end of the day.

Penny at self check out was completely unprofessional and rude. I literally left the store crying. I am a cancer survivor and I come into the store with my mask on. Since I am immunocompromised I often catch colds and infections since chemo. I came in trying to buy dayquil for a sinus headache and I forgot my ID so I was not able to buy it. (That’s fine I understand there’s laws on that). I gave Penny the Dayquol and told her to wash her hands because I’m not feeling well. penny then proceeded to tell me “Well thanks for coming in”. I said I’m sorry. I am masked, vaxxed, washed my hands and sanitized throughout the aisles. There’s not much more I can do I have no one to help me or run out for groceries for me. She said yeah we have a phone service. I said I never used it i’m sorry. Then she walked away Let me add SHE HAD NO MASK ON HERSELF. if she’s so worried about becoming sick why is she not masked?. I’m horrified by her attitude and behavior towards the customers. Seriously, I have never been disrespected in a Weis store in my life. I will not be returning.

This is an amazing place to shop because it also has a gas station located out front and plenty of parking spots as well as places to put your cart when you are finished, they are friendly and the it is easy to shop for what you need because every aisle is marked. I had a good time shopping here and also you can even pay your electric bill if you'd like lol there are many different things that wise does that keeps the community strong! As well as they value their workers! And customers too! I have a customer card that has points on it and you can get points off gas!

Pharmacy was slow. The selection of meat and seafood is outstanding. The baked goods are delicious!!!! Cannot go wrong with getting one of their marble cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be stopping by this Selinsgrove Weis Markets again

Selinsgrove Weis is great. They take pride in their work from young to old. Everything is fresh and I've never wanted something they didn't have and their produce is always good and fresh. I appreciate their special attention to their store and customers. Oh yeah, they deliver too!
