I stopped in to this dealer unannounced because I was in the area and my refrigerator was misbehaving. They had a technician come out and troubleshoot the unit. Afterwords, I was happy to be told there was no charge. The shop is well stocked and very convenient.

What an amazing sales and service Department they have . I bought my camper there a few years ago and they treate treated me very well. Over the years of owning this, I found myself needing some service work you know, winterizing and getting ready for the summer activities. Every time I call them, They get me in a timely fashion and I am never disappointed with there service department. I’ve had them do some add-ons like solar panels, a second battery and some miscellaneous things. They do it in a timely manner and very professionally. I Recommend everybody I know to visit Susquehanna RV to get all their service work done on their RV. Great job Guys. It’s hard to find Anybody that cares like they do about Being a campers best friend!! Myself and all my friends will go nowhere else. Keep up the good work.

It was the hottest weekend of the year and my RV air conditioner stopped working. I called every dealer from Wapwallopen to Little Mexico campground. Jon from Susquehanna RV was the ONLY one to help. He had my problem solved with literally, “a flip of a switch!” He took the time to listen to what happened, told me to stop in and if it was something major we could schedule an appt. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Jon!!! PbtGI will definitely be buying and servicing my new RV at Susquehanna RV!

We bought a camper at grange fair last year and the third time we went to use it the slide wouldn’t go out, we called them and they told us there was a recall on it we would need to bring it over. They told us how to bypass it for the weekend. So we took it over to them they had it the entire winter to fix the recall and the soap pump on the kitchen sink. When we got it back they had put a whole in the kitchen floor and the second time we went to put the slide out it wouldn’t go out!!! We were getting ready to go to grange fair. They had someone come look at it and got it out but we have to take it back to them to be fixed again, they still have not fixed my floor they turned it into warranty and they denied it go figure, it wasn’t a warranty issue they did it! When we got to the fair with all the rain the slide leaked and now the one cabinet is soaked and there’s now water damage in the camper! The fresh water tank is full of water and there isn’t even anything hooked up to it and it’s showing a fault code. You call them they don’t return calls or they say they’ll call you and they don’t! I talked to the manager on Saturday at the fair and he said he would have the service manager call me first thing this morning that they were going to do their best to make me happy well here we are 6:37pm and I have not gotten a phone call from anyone at Susquehanna RV. I can’t believe that someone would sell you something with so many issues and not do anything to stand behind!!!

These guys are the only place I'll shop for campers, RVs, and cargo trailers! I just bought a fantastic Carmate 7x14 from Marsha. She and the whole team at Susquehanna RV are like family to me now! If I could give them 10 stars I would.Their service department hands down provides the most superior service I’ve ever experienced.We bought a destination trailer from their sister company Susquehanna RV Bloomsburg. We found some damages to the roof, siding, and some other areas. We called Bloomsburg repeatedly to no avail. They pretty much refused to help us.I called this location and asked them for help. I explained the damages we were experiencing. They had us bring it in right away.They called us back, they answered ALL of our many, many questions. They worked with us every step of the way. The extent of repairs that were needed (within our year warranty) were endless. They did not cut corners. They let us come do a walk through before and after repairs. They went above and beyond at every turn. They have exceeded any expectation we ever had. They took a nightmare of a situation and made it right. This was NOT their right to make. We did not buy this trailer here, but they stepped up, and responded in the most phenomenal way. These weren’t small repairs! These were MAJOR repairs. Replacing the roof, joists, slide out roof, furnace, A/C repairs, the list goes on. There were eight pages of repairs made.Not once were we met with frustration when we called for updates.If you are considering buying a camper, or any other product come here!! To the Selinsgrove location. You won’t be sorry! We will never go elsewhere again. We are so grateful for this service department. Without them we would be stuck with a trailer that would be unlivable, and unsellable. We cannot ever thank you enough. Thank you!!

Door prizes included 1 person pontoon boat: had to be present to win.Fire company had free lunch (accepted donations) & $5 Raffle tickets.Free wine tastings & wine purchases available.June, 2023 Update: Unable to attend their Open House this year, but was able to get a 20 lb propane tank filled for $9 with coupon from Mailer.Asked about solar for maintaining camper battery for off grid camping.

Looked at a camper the next morning after they received a trade in. Put a down payment on it. Found a table corner that was broke. Was told its going to get fixed. 3 weeks an we got to go do walk through an final papers. Found out table was not fixed an also the matress got changed out. Original owner wanted his matress. We were never told an they had 3 weeks. They sell but do not keep their word on fixing things to help u. Bad business an will not go back.

There sales sell you a RV that price is very high. If you are not knowing about campers you think you are getting a good deal. There service is horrible. They sent me home with a used camper that had many problems did not know till I started using it. Including bad tires. Leaky gas lines. Then to get camper in for service it is months for just inspection. I would stay away from this place. Not to mention they put you into finance that is horrible.

We bought our first new camper at a March RV show last year. We got an electronic hitch because my hubby has a bad shoulder. We used our camper 3 times last year. This year when we tried to hook it up to get it inspected the hitch wouldn't work. The manual crank handle wasn't with the camper so we had to go buy one to haul the camper 80 miles back for service. We were told the jack was shot and needed replaced. Ironically it was just out of warranty. After expressing my disappointment we were given a 10% discount on new one. We opted for a manual one since if these electronic ones only last a year it wasn't worth it. Also I ask why we have to pay for a manual one when there was one when we bought it. We were told to talk to manager who wasn't here. Very upset that our first new camper is costing us a few hundred dollars with very little use. Had we known we were going to have to pay for this we wouldn't have taken off a full day of work to travel 80 miles when we could have had it done locally at a much cheaper rate.In all fairness them the Manager, John, did follow up and assured us they would replace the electronic jack for free. They also gave us a free nights stay at the campground. So we did finally feel satisfied with their service. While it did initially cost us for some labor and a crank jack, we are happy to have this issue resolved.

We went to the RV show and put money down on a Grey Wolf 26 MBRR. I ask when ours came in if its going to be exactly the same and the representative of Susquehanna RV said yes. When it came in 3 months later we went down to pick it up. It had different wheels on it and the outside kitchen cook top was different and had no griddle.... I can live with the different wheels but the griddle is a different story. Its one of the reason we bought that model. I noticed the griddle was missing when we picked the unit up and asked two different employees there about it, which was a waste of breath, they said i maybe able to order one online. Guess what Susquehanna RV I cant find a griddle for that particular cook top not even from the manufacture.

Bought new camper sales people are great took back for warranty work called months later and some issues weren’t solved , still waiting for parts this is 6 plus months , just called today and they said i will look in to it. When i picked up camper battery was dead that was one complaint i had they said it was normal to die in 3 days. I told them i jumped energy management switch because it dont work they tested microwave and fireplace and said it was fine ( i have it jumped ) it gonna test fine. I brought it home called them they said they ordered part and months later i call them and they have to look in to it .not happy

They tell you they will hold a camper for you with a hefty deposit. Do not fall for it. They hold your money until someone else wants to buy it then sell it right out from under you. Very poor sales service 10/10 would NOT recommend. Very shady operation. They do not take care of their parking lots either it was a sheet of ice when looking at campers with my disabled mother. Not plowed salted or cinders even to prevent slips and falls.

We purchased our 2020 Redwood from Susquehanna RV, the folks on the sales end were great.. We started a list of items that we found on each trip that needed attention, and made an appointment for a time frame that was about 1 week after our last scheduled trip.I dropped the Redwood off AND the 13 item list on a Thursday and received a call the following Wednesday stating it was all complete!I showed up ( 3-1/2 hrs away ) Friday late in the day, the list was complete and all work was done to my satisfaction..I know that Service is usually a bad thing with most RV dealers, NOT these folks ! KUDDOS to themIf you want to be greeted with smiles, stop by and see these folks !

Sales people are wonderful, service is horrible. We have been dealing with our fridge not working correctly since June. They continue to tell us it's fixed now. And it is not. Lots of money on wasted groceries. (Not to mention it now smells like rotten shrimp). Kyle in service is a rude as they come. He will be sarcastic and ignorant and then hang up on you.

Great salespeople. Terrible service. Bought a park model camper. The guy came never leveled it because we weren’t guite ready for it to go where it belonged because of the rain. Now 3 months later still waiting and there are other things wrong which they are suppose to fix. Just terrible. It’s my home for winter. Well they are suppose to come within the next 2 weeks. That will almost be 4 months. Ugh

We were told the trailer would be cleaned and detailed before we got it since they had it at the fair. When we brought it home my bare foot found that there was glass all through the bathroom and bedroom from a shattered shower door that we were not told about. Screen door does not latch we were told to take a screw driver and try to adjust it ourselves. We were told a cover would cost around $200-$300 and when we ordered it it was closer to $500. This was a 2018 travel trailer. I'm very disappointed with this company. Not sure we will ever be back. They should've done better with the glass incident. I cut my foot and now I have to go to the hospital to get a bill to give to them I refuse to do anymore running because of their mistakes. We just won't be back or give recommendations. Just go through everything with a fine toothed comb.

I had purchased a new 5th wheel from them. The purchase went smooth and then I had to wait for it to get delivered from the factory. Delivery took longer than we were told but it finally came in. That's when things went bad. A window was lost while being transported. The window was replaced and the camper was supposed to have been gone over by the dealership to make sure things were okay and setup properly. In less than 2 years, 2 of the slides were damaged by being pulled too far into the camper. The stops on these slides were never setup during dealer delivery prep. After I found that this was their responsibility I found the slide with the worst damage had no stops at all. I recommend anyone buying from them make sure things have been setup properly before taking delivery from them and go elsewhere for maintenance and service.

Disappointed with service. Had camper only a year and electric tongue jack wouldn't work. Said our warranty expired two months ago. Said water had gotten into jack. I have a friend who has the same one since early 2000's and still works. Drove 80 miles and a day off work for nothing. Not sure I'd go back or recommend to a friend.

Got charged for an estimate that they refused to do the work on. Never sent the estimate in to my insurance company as directed to. Had to call several times and finally had it sent to me. Used to be customer service oriented. Not anymore

I purchased a fifth wheel toyhauler from Marcia at Susquehanna RV at the Selinsgrove facility. She was thorough and helpful. After we picked up the camper, there were issues with title transfer into NJ. Ryan was absolutely awesome in working through the issues, getting modified paperwork and helping me get the job done. His responsiveness and timely follow up were fantastic. I really appreciate everything they did and would happily work with them again.
