Petsmart is a great place for pet owners. Today they had a free visit with Santa. Took my two old girls down to get their pics taken with St. Nick. The girls were a little overwhelmed but, they got to meet St. Nick! Thank you to the young lady who was helping Santa out! She did a great job! 🌲🎅 Thank you PetSmart!

Everytime i use this store it gets worse and worse. Today was the last straw after the cashier threw my bag of live feeders on the back counter then proceeded to speak to the customer in line behind me the whole time. Didnt even tell me what my change was or anything 😒. Will never be back. (Last time they wouldnt help me get 4 tanks in all matching costing me $2500.00) we dont take special orders she said. They had them in stock just not enough and i wanted my animals in matching enclosures 🤷‍♀️.

Went to the store today, and I got my reptile supplies along with 2 bags of bird food [1 was a treat bag] the woman I was being rang out by was already in a bad mood and was clearly showing it. I went a little over budget so I ask her to please take the small treat bag out of the cart, she was very clearly agitated by my small request and threw the large bag of bird seed down [I very clearly said the treat bag.. not the food] I look away for a few seconds to get my money out, and quickly pay her.m I walk out, look in my bag [she didn't even offer a receipt.] And I'm missing both a treat bag and a bag of bird food. Pretty sure I got ripped off cause I got a 50 dollar stump, and 2 $5 supplements for my lizard.. I walked out paying 80 some odd dollars. Whoever was working at 8 pm on Dec 26th really needs to work on their anger issues😐 [pretty sure she was angry because the person infront of me was struggling with their payment

I’ve been to this petsmart before and don’t normally have an issue with them. Usually the care is seen in every cage and tank. That was not the case today. I was extremely disappointed in seeing algae growing in multiple betta cups. Most of the bettas were in rough shape and not to mention there was a dead betta, that has clearly been dead for a couple days, sitting in its cup with mold growing on the body. This used to be one of the better petsmart stores and it’s extremely disappointing to see it go down hill.

I bought a 37 gallon starter kit from Petsmart and set it all up. Washed the sand, filled with water and put the filter in and it would not work. Called Petsmart both local store and customer service and both told me in order to get a replacement filter I had to take the entire starter kit in. That means draining the tank and cleaning out all the sand etc. Really!?? I won’t buy from there again

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff in the grooming room today!Two blonde girls and another person who I think is the manager were so professional and friendly despite having serious issues with their computer systems.I witnessed a very energetic golden retriever puppy getting her nails done and it was so stressful, but they held it together and we're clearly committed to the safety and well-being of the pup.I was mostly struck by their professionalism and the sense that they enjoyed being there and each other! It made me want to work with them!I'm from out of state and there's a rotating door at my local PetSmart. I never see the same groomers. I've come to this location three times while visiting my family specifically because of the my first experience with the senior staff member. They mentioned being there for two years.I will make it a point to visit each time I'm in town!Oh and the groomer have my pup ribbons in her hair! A first for us and I loved it!! I don't think my dog did though 🤣

This location is very good. Most of the time they always have my pets food and litter and a good selection of toys. Plus, I like to see the new animals that come in and say hello. The cashiers are always so helpful and so nice! I love coming here.

I always use curbside pickup and I kind of rushed my order. I place the order and I was there 10 minutes later and they still filled my order for me without making me wait. Always very friendly and always trying to help in any way

The people are nice. I mainly go for cat litter/food and crickets/bugs etc. I only did 4 stars because the 99% of the employees have no idea how to care for fish, reptiles, birds etc and tell the customers all wrong information. All I ask is do your research before you (employees) just repeat what PetSmart has taught you or what you heard.

Was a clean place. But when we decided on a hamster to buy for my daughter trying to find someone to help Was rather difficult. Then when we finally got someone the lady seemed really nervous to touch the hamster and get it out. Made my daughter question if he was friendly

I had ti take my boy Buster in, to get his nails done, I've had him in before but I recently found someone who comes to our home. Anyway, I've always found the ladies very helpful and caring. But thus time I took him into the store by cart. The girls just adored him. He got so much attention, it was great. Thank you to all .

I called on a Sunday (today) and got a last minute appointment for my dog to get a bath. The grooming staff was super accommodating and friendly.When we dropped him off, Alexandria her name, noticed his dry skin and recommended a hemp shampoo. It was a great idea. When we picked him up we couldn't believe how soft he was!Overall, a fantastic experience.

The staff at this PetSmart was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the layout of the store, the pets for sale are not all in one general area they are down the center aisle and on the outside of the building perimeter. Everything was laid out in a very easy to understand format. I was able to find almost everything I was looking for. We needed some guidance to find one thing for our cat we asked for assistance and they immediately took us to the right area. We also had some questions about fish and the lady that was in the fish department was very helpful in determining what we should do and how to handle our fish that we have. The store itself was very clean and I would highly recommend going to the store if you need any pet products.

Lexi grooms our golden doodle and we can't say enough about her. From our first few visits, she taught us so much about our pups coat, and we appreciate that so much. Our doodle is now on a consistent schedule, his coat looks beautiful, and we learn something new every visit. She's a groomer + educator who cares about what she does. Take notes my friends. Aweful experience with the fish dept. We went in for fish and had questions and they lied to us and we found out after what the correct answers were but not before the fish died. There were piles of dead fish in their tanks and refused to sell us fish because they said it will be overcrowded. We have a 10 gallon tank and wanted to purchase 3 fish despite them having like 8 gallon tanks and several dozen fish inside some dead and alive. They do not know how to properly answer questions about the department they are in charge of. We were supposedly speaking with the manager. We had to wait 15-20 mins for service and then they were rude when we asked questions.

The customer service is okay, but they REALLY need to clean the dead fish out of their stock tanks. Tank conditions like that could infect the home aquariums of buyers. I'd give them 2 stars, but I've been buying fish and aquarium supplies from them for a few years.

PetSmart is OK...Their aquatics need some attention. A lot of dead fish floating around in a few different aquariums. They have no idea when they are getting in different fish we have inquired about and don't seem eager to help customers.

The staff was friendly, but of the fish I purchased half of them died (2 of 4) within a couple of days. Many of the tanks at the store had lots of dead fish in them. I probably shouldn't have purchased any after seeing that. I know PetSmart has a refund guarantee, but after that experience I won't return.

Store is always kept clean and is always stocked to capacity. This trip I met the night time shift manager who was amazing and def new her s$&t!!!! Not only did she guide me in the right direction but she educated meMore then a National Geographic special.
