Wouldn't honor their own online price for a chainsaw. Said I had to order it online and wait 3 hours to get that price even though they had stock. I'll pay a few bucks more to the little guys over dealing with that nonsense. Pure stupidity

Worst Lowe's I've ever been to. Employees are lazy and unhelpful. Super poor management. Go to Cole's, harbor freight, or tractor supply you will have a far better experience. Can't wait for the "customer service is our priority" respone, that's a joke.

Does such a Lowe’s exist where the water jug return actually works and prints out exchange tickets? I had to photograph my empty jugs to prove that I did bring empty exchanges because the machine didn’t work. Staff was friendly.

I stopped by yesterday to pick up a few things for some home projects. One of the items I needed was a bag of mortar.I picked up a bag from the pallet, straight up, didn’t drag it across the pallet because it’s in a paper bag and would rip. I turned to put the bag in my cart and heard a sound and saw a cloud of dust. Looked down and realized the bag had a huge hole in it and was pouring out all over me and my clothes so I put the bag back in the pallet and it continued to pour out.Needless to say, I was a mess. Mortar all over my new shorts and sneakers AND I was heading to a doctor appointment next!I walked up the pro desk and told an employee what happened and she said “oh don’t worry about it, someone will see it and clean it up later”. I just started at her and she said “oh! Are you okay?” I said I’m fine but my clothes aren’t.She said “okay. Well don’t worry about the mess, someone will clean it up”. I said okay, well I hope no one slips in it. And she didn’t do anything else, didn’t pick up the phone and page someone about it, she just went back to her computer screen.I cleaned myself off as best as I could and headed to my appointment smelling like “dirt/dust”.Really disappointed with how the whole situation was handled or lack there off.

I'm not a huge fan of Lowe's, I'm more of a Home Depot person... However, this Lowe's way out does those out towards the Harrisburg area. Being new to this area, I'm glad that this Lowe's is so nice.

Love shopping here built a tribute 1909 Indian board track racer Motor bike using lots of items I bought at Lowe's and they filmed me and the bike 2yrs ago in a in store commercial that was a fun time. You can watch it on u tube. I just had a stroke and building this bike was a way to get my brain and left hand working again. Won 3 1st place and 2 best in show so far and a commercial how cool is that.

Needed to by a new dishwasher the guy in the appliance section was very helpful. He made ordering a new dishwasher a breeze was in and out in no time. The pickup process was easy as well. Definitely a lot of great people work here

You can easily spend hours in the store finding what you need and getting ideas for other projects. I have found that the associates are very helpful. The prices are quite reasonable and there’s plenty of parking.

I was in this morning to get gloves, couldn't find the ones I wanted. I was in the store for 10 minutes and not a single employee was interested in helping me. One lady said good morning as I walked past. So I guess I'll take an hour detour and go to home depot instead

Standard Lowe's, the garden section is probably the best part about the store. If you're looking for knowledge about an applience on the inside however, good luck. I went in and had a question about an oven and not one person had a clue, even cared to try and find the answer, or knew where to direct me. This wasn't the first time I've gone there hoping to get guidance about something but I won't anymore. Google and YouTube will help you a lot better.

Prefer home Depot due to better quality. Shelves are not stocked, turned to all self checkout witch can be annoying at times. Takes too long for assistance, started locking their rolls of wire down for some reason, super inconvenient

Went to check out the styles of cabinet knows available at the Lowes store. Had most generic ones available, but they didn't interest us. I understand that a store can only have so much overhead. Picked out a few bathroom items, but again, limited availability. Will have to go online.

Bought my washer and dryer 20 years ago from Lowe's. Belt broke on dryer, went in today to get a replacement. Had model number and brand. Was told from the older woman working in that section that the model number doesn't matter. That most belts are universal. She kept asking me if my washer and dryer were the same size. She kept repeating 27 inches. I told her I don't know what size they are, but I do have the model number if she could look it up. She said no, the model number won't help me. WHAT??? How does the model number not help me?? And no the belts are not UNIVERSAL. She told me the belts are back by the restrooms.... NOPE AGAIN. I can't understand how a company that sells products, don't have parts to buy. Or better yet, adequate staff. I don't buy much from Lowe's because I find them to be worthless and product is usually junk. This confirms it.

Lowes third party delivery service in 2023 is Not Good. Lowes staff filled the void. My overall experience buying a washer/dryer was not 5 stars but Kelly, the front-end supervisor called on two great Lowes employees who then delivered and installed my washer/dryer. Amanda and Jeff brought the appliances to my home and were kind and professional. I appreciate the remedy to the delivery problem after multiple rescheduled times and a prior non-delivery from the third-party delivery service.

Horrendous customer service. Spent 25 minutes looking for 1 item which I never found. No one to help. Garden Center checkout had 12 customers in one line with only one cashier on duty. Same experience on multiple visits. Done! I went to Coles Hardware where they always ask if you need any help as soon as you walk in the door.

Don't believe anything on their website. Inventory is never correct. Placed many online order says ready in three hours it's actually at least 24-30 hours. Worst one they told me it was ready, showed up and literally 45 minutes later they got the last items pulled. If home Depot was closer I would not be shopping at Lowes, but unfortunately they are the only one close.

I shop at Lowe's in Selinsgrove. I generally use curbside pickup because of taking my daughter for chemo treatments. Oftentimes, the assistant who brings out my order is Carlos. He is so polite and helpful. He makes the pickup simple and easy.

My husband called Selinsgrove Lowe’s and asked if we purchased a new dryer if they could take our old dryer at the store. Their representative very clearly told us “yes for a $40 fee”.Upon purchasing a new dryer at the store, they told us it was against store policy to take it. I talked to Asst Manager, Jay. He also wouldn’t help.I just think that since their employee apparently made an error, they could have made an accommodation for us. We were willing to pay the $40 fee, and we had gone to the trouble to transport the old dryer to the store.Lowe’s just lost a customer!

All throughout the store I had no trouble finding an associate to guide me to the items I was looking for! Well done, management!!! No associate passed by me without asking if I needed assistance! This is how you run a business!

Had delivery scheduled for a Friday. Nothing showed up. No phone call to let me know. I called the store, after it rang for 4 minutes and 55 seconds until an employee picked up. Told me the delivery won’t be on the day scheduled (no kidding that’s why I called!!!). and they will call me at some point to reschedule. So I plan my project for a weekend of good weather and time off and I can’t do it because Lowes is inept. I wish we’d get a Home Depot in this town !

I let the survey expire so I wanted to praise one of your employees!His name is Carroll and works in the door/ window department and flooring.This man is a huge asset to your store!He was very informative and helpful with our decisions and brought two carts to us And loaded everything we bought.He also pushed one of the carts to checkout for me even though my wife was along to help.He offered a spending plan that helped save us money and was just overall a great person to deal with.You don't have many like that so I highly recommend you keep this gentleman happy. And a true gentleman he is!

They have moved everything around, I hate when stores do that. They have very little selection in light bulbs now, and used to have a very good selection. Prices on light bulbs they did have were ridiculously expensive. ($21.00 for just six 60-watt bulbs!) Several items I was looking for were not in the areas/aisles where signs indicated they would be. An employee seemed courteous when asked a question on where something was located, but a family member said the employee made a gesture behind my back once I walked past, indicating they thought I was crazy. No, not crazy, just very frustrated with the overall experience. Since the store is less than a mile away I am sure I will shop there again, but in the future if I can buy an item elsewhere (like light bulbs, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners and garden shears) I will!
