Google items and find the for half price online even with sales. We saved over $130 buying the same items on line. How can you justify paying more just for a brick and mortar store. I feel bad bit in these times every little counts.

So the staff is awesome and the store definitely was clean however, everything was really overpriced. It was hard to find good deals and I don’t blame the staff that worked there for this. I blame the buyers and the people that price things out. Overall, I’m used to spending a lot more money there unfortunately, not this visit

Kohl's customer service has always been above and beyond until recently. The last couple years I have seen it decline and go downhill steadily but surely and Kohl's is no longer my favorite store because of it.

It’s a great store. I don’t shop there a lot since in my opinion the stuff is a little pricey. It helps if you have coupons to redeem. Although it’s annoying how limited you are in what you can use your coupons for.

Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses, and was disappointed that they didn't have a protective pouch "for that pair". I have bought several pairs, from multiple places, and they ALWAYS have at least a pouch. Either someone there didn't want to include it, or perhaps they were knockoffs....If my wife didn't like shopping there, I wouldn't go back....

Kohls staff were very helpful with my granddaughters size and helping with styles and picking some clothes. Since I am not up to date with some things. Both younger and older got together and had ideas. Thanks everyone at the Monroe Market Kohls.

Love Kohls! Always sales and the store is very neat and tidy! You can also bring Amazon returns, and the folks working there have always been nice and helpful.

Front doors are really heavy/broken and it's difficult to bring a stroller inside- the push button for the handicap automatic door is also broken coming out. I mostly visit for Amazon returns and it's the furthest from the entrance so you have to walk through the store. The return staff are friendly but the staff when you enter typically seem unhappy.

I am blessed that every time I get to go to Kohl's to return my Amazon I always get wonderful treatment. They always give me a coupon to get a percentage off of something in their store they have some amazing sales. I enjoy going back there I've always been treated with kindness.

Wasn't thrilled with the clothes for men. I was in the Williamsport Kohl's and had a lot more mens clothes that I liked. Example. Nike sneakers that I was interested in. They had one color of the style I liked. They had 3 colors of the same shoe in Williamsport.

Had a wonderful experience! I tried to do a survey for the fantastic women that helped my boyfriend and i but it didnt have an option for employee recognition. The lady that helped us was named Lacy! She was so kind amd took the time to help us bring up a coupon! she deserves all the best. We look foward to going back!

This place has everything you need when it comes to fashion and style. The store is loaded with all sorts of clothes, shoes, and sales. Customer service is kind and curtious. Prices vary on your selection of items. So if you need a whole new wardrobe this is a great place to start!!
