So I stopped in at the hobby lobby in Selinsgrove to stock up on crafting supplies. I spent 2 hrs if not a little longer browsing the store and finding great deals! So I thought!! I filled my cart with supplies, some regular priced items but mostly "on sale" items. I go to check out and the clerk couldn't have been any nicer. She's ringing up my merchandise, she was ringing up the "sale items" from the 40% off rack in the silk flower section. Another clerk comes over and says these items aren't on sale. So I walked back with said clerk and showed her the sign, she said NO these are NOT on sale. I asked why is the sign on the rack if it's not on sale. Another clerk that was stocking other items says, this sign shouldn't be on this rack and pulled the sign. I said well I should get the sale price, this mistake wasn't mine. The clerk says nope, you can't have the sale price. Well needless to say, I walked out of that store without purchasing one item! I had well over $200.00 in merchandise in my cart! I have spent a few thousand dollars in that store since it opened and was never treated bad until yesterday! I will NEVER shop in the Selinsgrove store ever again!!

I've always avoided going to Hobby Lobby with my wife because I assumed that it was just crafting stuff, but I agreed to go this last time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was so much more. Of course they did have crafting stuff, but there was also lots more. Home decor, holiday items, signs of all sorts, activities, flower and arrangement accessories, clothing (blank to customize), glassware, and much more. The store was clean, well organized, and staffed. The workers were friendly and helpful.

I went in the other day looking for a coffee cup our son had bought me that I dropped and broke . The cashier and I believe the other was a manager we're very attentive to me helpful spend time talking directing me and even though I didn't get my mug because they believed it was seasonal I got a whole lot of feeling like I was valued as a customer. Thank you to hobby lobby for your attendance and kindness I was having a very hard day because of not having electricity and just burying my father-in-law a couple days before.

They have a great layout beautiful store and an atmosphere that is kind . They have a variety of things to choose from with seasonal as well as many utensils for hobbiers!

It was my first time visiting this particular store but my guess is that they all look very similar once you are inside. It was pretty crowded but still neatly organized. Staff was helpful, check out was fast, however, they had sale signs posted all over the place and when I got the the counter to my surprise the items I had, apparently we're not included in any sales that day as they were considered home decor... I still made my purchase.

Always friendly and always find what we're looking for. Cashier was very sweet. I was buying a gift card for my daughter who was with me and she was very discreet so she wouldn't see it. Thank you!

Very disappointing! I miss the decor merchandising and staging done in the past! I would get decorating ideas.Looks like walking into a warehouse.

Visited on October 18 to get supplies for a fall picnicon October 29. All fall decor was limited to half of one side of a seasonal isle. If your shopping for seasonal items, you better start 2 months early.

Hobby Lobby has many items that I can't find in other stores. My favorite section of the store is the nautical section. I only shop their sales due to their high prices. I almost always find something unique and so cool! Their selection is pretty good. The staff working the floor is always awesome. However, those working the registers are usually horrible...including the woman in charge the day I was there. I was so tempted to leave my things there and walk out! I didn't want to behave as poorly as they were behaving. So I just smiled and was extra nice.

This store is amazing. It has so much packed inside. I was looking for a photo frame, but found much more. I picked up a kitchen canister set. 66% off.You'll need a hour or so to get through the store.

I love to visit Hobby Lobby but they seem to be very unfriendly re returns. I took back an item that I discovered was broken/non functional when I got home so returned it with product and label and receipt including another exact piece I had bought at same time.In spite of the return supervisor trying the non broken one AND BREAKING it in front of us all, they still have to look at camera footage to prove mine was broken when purchased. Guilty am I until proven innocent and the item was 3.99!!!😥

Besides wishing there was a better way to track sales without having to keep track of what I bought so the cashier who has to memorize the sale ad gets it right... the selection is amazing, store is clean and organized.

This was my first time shopping at Hobby Lobby, but it definitely won't be my last. For the hour I was in the store I felt like I was walking in the streets of Heaven. Even the overhead music was heavenly. This store was spotless and so well organized. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. As soon as a line formed at the checkout they immediately opened more registers. I can't wait to go again!
