Charity is amazing and our dogs adore her. She talks to you about the haircut and makes notes so she knows what she did and what you want for when you schedule the next appt. She understands poop happens and is part of dog grooming (a kind of issue we had with a previous groomer). She is so kind and just has this rapport with all the dogs I've seen her interact with.

We took our Sheepadoodle Miss Mena to Big Pawz Pet Salon and Charity did a wonderful job. She explained more about Mena's breed than anyone else has, and what we need to do to keep her looking as good as she does today! I highly recommend this groomer and have already made an appointment for the next grooming! Thanks for doing such a great job and for being so good to our girl!
