Not from the area. I thought I would try a new place. Customer experience was horrible.Thought the total price seemed high for the product I got... then at home realized the guy didn't give me what I asked for. Correct name, not correct form of product. So that explains that.When I asked about products, I was referred to the kiosks.. the lady did not show any knowledge of the products or attempt to answer any of my questions. Just pointed and said "there's the kiosk".The man I was "assisted" by next walked away while I'm in the middle of ordering to fill others orders then yelled to me "you ready yet".. he didn't take the time to even put the stickers on the containers correctly.Out of the 3 ppl I interacted with. The woman at the from desk was the most knowledgeable and friendly. Props to her! Yes this was my first time there and no, I will not be going back. The 2 inside made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Not a favorite dispo of the area as their prices are typically higher than others and their offerings may be a bit different. The vibes of the staff are also very odd as each visit feels like you’re either asking too many questions, wasting their time, or doing something wrong. They do offer some great discounts from time to time, but I have had to mention before my eligibility for these discounts in order for them to notice. I also did notice as another reviewer mentioned an issue with staff not correctly grabbing the right product (even if it has the same name, but different lineage, amount, etc.) and I may have to mention this to staff. Overall, I don’t prefer AYR Selinsgrove unless I am stopping here for a good deal.

Never again!!! My husband and I went together (we both have our own cards) and “security” got all aggressive just because we were standing next to each other. We have gone to different dispensary’s and have never been treated that way nor have I had to be 6 feet from him. If you plan on going there, just be prepared to deal with hostility and mistreatment. Other than the aggressive rent-a-cop, the cashier that assisted me was very nice.

As many others have stated the security guard is extremely rude and hostile for no reason at all. You can tell he’s definitely a loser trying to feel important and push his powers around. I worked for a security company in my past and we never acted like that.

I love this place. The employees are happy, helpful and informative. The place is pretty secure, smells AMAZING in there, and they're pet and kid friendly. They always have everything in stock and it shows up very quickly on the website.It's a quick in-and-out trip but it's always a great experience.

I used to come to this place often as its the only place that's relatively close by. Without going into detail, if there's a problem, don't expect the staff to look into it or help you in any way at all. What they will do is gaslight, blame the 'system', blame you and villify you without actually verifying anything at all. Truly disguisting and childish behavior.

Lost a star because can confirm their security guard is an a$$ that takes his job too seriously and makes customers uncomfortable. It’s weed not the president calm down.It keeps 4 stars for their discounts and sales, they always have some type of sale & they have discounts for certain things like having an EBT card. Just show them the card and automatic 15% off 🏼

I have to say this place is one of the most cleanest places I been and all of the staff were so kind. I was nervous at first when I walked in they pointed me into my direction so kindly and calmly. Love these guys! The girls are super knowledgeable and helpful. Service is super quick and efficient. Kid friendly inside which is great if you happen to have your kid with you and you're heading home and need to stop in but they also offer curbside. I cannot stress enough how great the staff is. Deals and point system is awesome prices are amazing!

The place is great, it is clean and it always smells wonderful. The staff is friendly and very informative about their products. I do wish the prices were a bit more reasonable, but I always tend to buy when there's a sale so I can get way more for my money.

I have never been gaslit so hard before in my adult life. There was a woman that was working the door today and I needed help but she didn’t do anything but cause a scene. I literally heard her lying about me to her manager so that it seemed like I was just some random Karen. I kept saying I didn’t want any trouble and that I could just take my card and go but the manager had my card and I didn’t want to be rude or seem irrational when they seemed willing to help now. The eye rolls, the smirking/snickering to eachother when they thought I couldn’t see them, the snide comments— I just don’t feel comfortable here anymore. That was so embarrassing and it’s still confusing as to what I said wrong. I’m just going to start fresh some place else. Thank you

Never had an issue in the bloomsburg AYR or any other dispensary I went to but the security here is absolutely horrible. My husband and I typically go in together as he forgets about getting his discount and the first time I come here the security was extremely hostile when there was no need. Like I said never had an issue with this anywhere else I have gone and I honestly never leave reviews but this was completely uncalled for. If I could give 0 stars I would. You’ll never see me in this dispensary again

Their ATM was down and I thought it was my card so I called my wife to verify the amount of money in our account and the "security guard" decided to be overly aggressive. He said you can't be on the phone so I proceeded to walk out to wait for my wife's response but he proceeded to following me saying aggressively "you can't be on the phone" in which I was already leaving. He then proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed back, which is fine because I have other places closer and never had an issue. I only used them because I was near by shopping. The security definitely wanted to push around his "authority" over something small as I was trying to leave. Turns out it wasn't even my card, it was their ATM. Also I'm a veteran and it's memorial day. Thank you Ayr for your poor treatment of a vet.

This place was much better when it was Natures Medicine. AYR'S selection is awful, usually out of all major PA brands. Not sure how they are holding a 4 star rating... wait times get pretty busy, and they have had issues multiple times with different forms of payment. It must be rated by folks that don't use or have never used other dispensaries. I personally do not use any AYR locations anymore.2 stars because the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

It's a good place to get weed but Employees are rude, especially the doorman. You have to wait outside or in the car if somebody is in there just filling out paperwork and hoping you won't lose your spot. If you going to have a door men Maybe you need to make a bigger entrance I waited for half an hour To just have somebody else take my spot The worst service I ever had

I've been going to the Selinsgrove location for over a year and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, since the hours changed, I can't take advantage of many of the best weekly specials. I work 10am till 8:30pm and can't arrive before closing. My best timing was 9am. Thanks for being there, keep up the professional work.

My favorite pharmacy:) Thank you for letting me medicate my mental illness naturally Ayr, I appreciate you. I recommend Ayr to anyone considering mmj for whatever ailments are troubling them. It can be a godsend to so many and I have nothing negative about Ayr. Cheers & Thanks
