I ordered pretzel nuggets to go. When I began eating them I realized they were almost all only cooked half way. I never had an issue before. Gave it two stars because the lemonade is always awesome!

I have Crohns’s disease. I had to use a restroom really quick. They don’t have public restrooms, but they refused to let me use the employees restroom. So I had to another one really quick. They have no respect for people that have Crohns’s like I do. This happened on 10/31/21.

Went in having a bad day already and the workers had super bad attitudes. Laughing and messing around just staring at us rolling their eyes. Really made me feel welcome. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

Every. Single. Time. I go here and order a Strawberry and Cream Chillatta, there are ten tons of strawberry piled on the bottom, and a little puddle on the whippped topping and it's never mixed through the drink like it's supposed to be.

The place has really gone down hill. Food is still great but the workers have no clue what they are doing. Wrong order two visits in a row. Food is never ready when ordered and staff seems miserable. Very disappointed.

I mean it's not the greatest mall in the world but it does have some pretty good stuff in it. A corporate Verizon, Sprint and AT&T store, American Eagle, Hollister, Gertrude Hawk, GAP, Kids Gap, FYE, Game Stop, Crazy 8, Children's Place, and Justice just to name a few. It of course has the standard corporate giants you'd find in almost any mall across America, at least any mall I've been in, like Sear, JcPenny, Bon Ton, and Boscov's. I mean Boscov's are being coming a little rare any more, but it's got one. There is no real food court to speak of. However there are little restaurants threw out the mall mainly in the front long stretch. There are places like Subway, Annie Ann's/Cinnabon Cafe, a Pizza place, and a full sized Garfield's sports bar.

I try not to go up to that end of the mall because as soon as I smell the cinnamon I just have to stop to have one of their delicious treats
