I guess the guy never finished setting up my new $1300 S24 Ultra so now it is still trying to send codes to my old phone to finish the set up... the old phone was already wiped and traded in at the store. Oh and it will only run in safe mode which means I can only make calls and texts and none of my apps work. So glad I just bought the $1300 smart phone 😡

Terrible customer service piss poor attitudes with minimal explanation on situations that make you travel for in stock items on an online purchase even as a new customer left a sour taste we will see how it goes from here I guess

I needed some helping finding a product that would work to suit our family's Internet needs.It was suggested to try AT&T and I am so thankful that I did!I was immediately greeted when I came into the store by Dennis. He was quick to listen to what I was looking for, and dug for more information so he could find us the very best option. I appreciated the friendliness and care he demonstrated.Another employee stopped over and interacted with my kiddos while I was being helped, and a 3rd employee took time on his personal time (Ryan) to try and give us suggestions as well.I really appreciated the team effort, and kindness from everyone who we interacted with!It's difficult to find exceptional customer service, and we saw that when we were there in the store by numerous employees!

I’m very pleased with the service I received at the Susquehanna Valley Mall. My husband and I were greeted as we walked in the store by Anthony. I had recently made a purchase in December and was there to turn in my device while Anthony was taking care of that he told us about the store promotions and showed my husband the new Apple Watch, The manager Ryan came over to see how everything was going and if we had any questions. We were very pleased with the service that we received today and my husband left with the new watch and was smiling from ear to ear!!!Thanks to Anthony for great service we will be continuing to do business at your store

I went into AT&T to see if my phone was available for a trade in and it is. The series’s very good and they helped me right away I had to not really wait for the next available person. They were able to help me figure out how much it is worth and how much it would cost to trade it in for the iPhone 13 pro max! They were also very helpful by helping me made sure everything on my phone is backed up. Then my mom went into order me the phone and they helped her right away and got the phone ordered.

Nate the store manager was extremely rude as well as Dennis. Refused to help because we did not purchase the phones from them but purchased online Told us not to come back when I asked him if he wasn’t helping us because there was no commission involved for him. Everyone should go to the ATT store right down the road by Texas Riadhouse. Josh was amazing
