I'm giving two generous stars because they were busy. The pharmacy had at least 7 people working there but couldn't honor an appointment for a flu vaccine. Also they don't take NJ insurance. I would never come back here for anything pharmacy related

My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for over a year. Most of the pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful, but for the past few weeks the male pharmacist that answers the phone has been an issue. About 2 weeks ago I called with a question about a prescription, he put me on hold for 10 minutes, then the call somehow got taken off of hold, and I sat there listening him talk to someone about Target for another 5 minutes until I hung up and called back. Then today I called because the app said I had to call in for a refill. He kept talking over me when I was trying to speak. I mentioned that I had a question and he continued to ignore me and carry on with HIS questions.I've worked for CVS before in their Specialty Pharmacy. It's not a hard job. This guy obviously has some sort of inferiority complex or something that makes him feel the need to treat people this way. Definitely shouldn't be in a customer-facing role.

The pharmacy department is unprofessional and VERY RUDE!! I was hung up on by the pharmacy manger because they didn’t feel like transferring my medication to the correct cvs pharmacy!! He told me that he didn’t feel like doing it!! I needed my medication and they made it hard. It’s been 2 weeks and they still have yet to fix the problem.

Would give no stars if I could. Pharmacy workers are absolutely rude and slow. The drive thru is suppose to be convenience but you’ll sit at the window for 10 minutes before getting helped.

Medication wise they are ok, on time and smooth. I am here for a flu shot and this is a mess. People all over the place and This is not organized at all. I will not ever get a flu shot here again.

This location in Secane, PA, I had forgotten about. I had recently visited the Secane PA Post Office to mail a bill for my mom. I purchased a money order and lo and behold, this location of CVS was across from the Post Office. I purchased some Christmas cards and some mints for the house. These mints are to die for. The soft red and white peppermint puffs. I could eat them all day!! I also reloaded a card here. The associates were friendly and kind. I enjoyed my visit experience here today and I will return.

Ordered prescription 2 weeks ago. Told me needs preapproval so I wait. Then I get there after approval tech says get to it right away. Then pharmacist says that it needs more approval again. And needs to speak to doctor. Then next day I checking on rx and pharmacy tech huffs and puffs on the phone and slams phone down on me. This is not the 1st time this pharmacy has acted inappropriately

Cvs in Glenolden has a very rude female in pharmacy. No respect for customer service. Unprofessional, the store needs to think about what makes them a success, quantity or quality. I'm out

i could tell the pharmacist who took my call was not a very happy person from the moment he answered the phone. This was around 1:15P on Saturday, February 17th. I was very sick and needed a prescription transferred from my Penn Medicine pharmacy to somewhere closer to my house. He said I had to come in first and subscribe and all this other stuff that I wasn’t sure needed to be done in person. Then he told me they didn’t have my medication. That may have been true but I hung up from the call feeling like he made it up to get rid of me. I then called Walmart and they signed me up on the phone in 5 minutes and said I would receive a text when it was ready. No attitude or judgement. Very professional and kind. Bottom line, you lost a potential customer to a competitor.

The head pharmacist and her team back there are amazing! Very attentive. Pretty quick service even when busy. And showed care and concern toward the medication I was receiving.

David the store manager was beyond helpful this morning when I was struggling to find a covid test for my parents !!! He even helped me save a couple dollars. Thank you for your great customer service david you deserve way more than whatever cvs is paying you!!!!!!!!!!!

Inconvenient hours and they lost my grandmother's prescription. When I called they said they must have given it to someone else?!?! How does that happen? Now there's someone out there potentially taking the wrong pills which is very scary.
