Just delt with a nightmare delivery order due to doordash the shift lead kalina was wonderful going above and betound to try and help me talking back and fourth with both customers to try to fix this problem unfortunately she wasn't able to fix it on her end. Having to deal with this at the start of shift definitely is not fun she was a peach and did fantastic at trying to fix this problem. I hope her mangers appreciate her if you ever see this kalina thank you very much for time and professionalism in this matter I know we spoke about 8 times taking you from your tasks but I really do appreciate all your help

Crystal the night clerk is a miserable human being and I will literally go ANYWHERE else to avoid her. What a terrible human being, she needs a job that doesn't involve human interaction. Too bad, I enjoyed having a Walgreens so close to home.

Horrible customer service. Visited walgreens yesterday and had received the worst customer service from the cashier Serenity. I ensured to get her name so I can leave a review. It seemed like she didn't want to assist and had the nastiest attitude. Not even a “hello how are you” when I approached the register. Just a mean mug and attitude. Atleast fake it till you make it. She made me not want to ever shop here again. Great customer service makes you want to come back unfortunately this store lacks that.

Experience was very lovely, and workers are also very nice! The worker known as "Nancy" is extremely kind and patient with the customers. She got through my order quickly and told me to not say sorry after I messed up something! Definitely deserves a raise, that's for sure!This place is also very nice when it comes to covid vaccines and handling all other types of orders. Managers are also quite lovely too, as they assisted other customers with problems that they had with ease. Don't listen to the other reviews, they're just bad customers that don't know how to appreciate retail workers.

Walked up to the register to get rung up. Cashier stared at me for a second, asked me "are you buying these?" I was like "yes?" And she replied "I have to scan them" like do you think I was trying to steal? Don't you think i would have just tried to walk out if i was? Lowest IQ cashier I've encountered in a while

Was an employee there left me at the register by myself refused to help when I needed it, manager got up in my face, overpriced items, and they never gave me my final paycheck before I left there. Staff is not trained right at all, and manager talks about customers bad behind their back. Would not recommend going to this store as it should be shut down.

Terrible service by the lady at the store. Called in to see if they take photos and the agent said they do. Waited for 15 minutes. Then the lady said she can’t do passport photos. No sorry nothing. Wonder why they have such pleasant sales personnel. Would not recommend.

Employees here are unbelievable rude… I was looking for a certain product in the store and saw it on the carts to be put on the shelves and asked if there was any chance she could open it to see, she said no it’s not what your looking for and I came back about a hour later and there it was the empty box on the shelf, like is it seriously that hard to do your job? Will not be coming here anymore.

The most poorly managed and poorly stocked Walgreens ever. They put the wrong products in the wrong spots and do not honor the price. They need to hire people that can read. The female manager with red hair and glasses is very rude...absolute trash. I suppose the area of town it is in that's the best they can hire...trash.

My mom and I went to this Walgreens in West Side Scranton and it is the second time the workers have refused us service because we will not wear a mask. We have cleared this with their corporate office and they told us we could walk in without the mask. We have had no problem previous times but lately the workers are getting severely rude and mistreating us. Due to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, nobody can deny anyone entry of a business or else it is considered religious discrimination. Their store policy is invalid due to our religious immunity. HIPPA law also states if we have a medical condition, due to privacy we do not have to reveal that to them. They want to deny us our rights to pharmaceuticals and that is highly immoral and against our Constitutional freedoms. The customer service is terrible, the ignorance of the people is repulsive, and overall, our experience was awful. Pure science can not convince them and stating our Constitutional freedoms is like speaking a different language to them. The workers don’t even understand The meaning of the word customer service or know how to treat another person like a human being. Their ignorance is disgusting and a disgrace to humanity.

Really disappointed lately, you can see from recent comments that less than a year ago my husband had posted that we were quite pleased with the service we received at this pharmacy. But for the past four times every time I’ve had to deal with them there’s been some kind of issue. They’ve even gone as far as asking the patient to do their job for them. I hope the management takes notice and changes things back to the way they used to be about a year ago and get rid of this new philosophy of every patient for themselves.

Sketchy area but the store itself is decent. Staff are generally friendly. Some nights you encounter kids hanging out in the parking lot fooling around. Definitely lock your car doors when you go in.
