Great store. I'm in there at least 1 a week. I think they should have their hot food take out menu more organized so you know which day they have what. Ther Salisbury steak is to die for but I have to guess which day they have it. Also they have great chili and soups.

Parking sucks Big time lay out wrong should have a better stop for busses ect. No good time to go there without getting your car or tk. Hit by cart's or people who don't care about others

If you're paying in cash be very careful because apparently the cashiers get distracted easily, can't count change and then accuse you of stealing from the store. This happened to a family member of mine and they threatened to involve police if they did not come back and pay and also REFUSED to show any type of video footage proof that the whole thing even occurred. Just avoid this store or pay with a card!!! Taking hard earned money from a customer where a store can clearly cover the "misunderstanding " abillion dollar company....laughable!

Best market in the area. Friendliest cashiers. Management is first class, not like those big box stores where you become a number in line. Prices are about average, but if you shop by the flyer and coupons they're better than most.

I went to gettity food shopping for some hot lunch on the buffet. Plus a few other items. Great store to shop every thing we need is right there .plus on the way in bought 2 lottery tickets and won 1.000.00 dollars great day for shopping

Great shopping experience and tasty meatballs for a quick pasta meal. Very tasty get them real hot and add grated cheese and Rigatoni and and garden or chunky Ragu sauce. And Italian Bread from the bakery and your all set.

Changed their discount cards and can't get sale prices without it. So I'll not be shopping here any more.Sure, I don't do discount cards, period. It was never about convenience of getting one it's about convenience of getting the best price. It's just you knowing all my information. For many years I've used either my mothers or ex-wife's via phone number. Never been a problem till now. You don't need my personal info to give me your best price. If you want my business you give me your best price up front. Otherwise you don't have my business. It's that simple. Sorry but my life style, habits, preferences, etc... are none of your business. Good luck with the new roll out, but this is one customer you've lost as a result.

I have shopped at the Kaiser Oak and Clarks Summit stores for many years. Though I sometimes do go to Wegmans and Walmart as well as wise supermarkets for specialty items or special sales. Or for other reasons. My go to place is still Gerritys for well over 1/2 of what I purchase. That in itself illustrates that I like the place. Its bakery, deli, dairy, and produce sections are all very good especially for a small chain like this is. The workers are largely competent and friendly. I can get most anything I want there at a fair price and their sales specials are as good or better than most. Impressively, when they switched over from one major supplier to another and, they didn't have certain things that were favorites of regulars who shopped and complained, they added many of these things back to their shelves. The "new" stores now appear to be doing better than the old stores to me. Their sale prices are competitive with anyone. Their quality is as well. The people who work there at least 90% of them let's say to be fair are terrific. Of course they're always exceptions to everything but I will continue to shop at these stores for a long time.

I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I always feel safe and confident, especially if I have people following me. Yesterday, after leaving a medical procedure appointment the staff saw I was a bit tired and brought me my food as I was sitting down. That was the cutest thing. Thank you! 🙏🏽🖤🌟

The store is a disaster attempting to navigate with all the obstacles and narrow aisles. The split aisles with non coordinating items is extremely frustrating and then the attitudes of the employees who don't care turned me off. The open walkway to Ace Hardware is completely useless, you can't purchase items from one to the other so why is it there? Oh the parking lot layout, worst in Pennsylvania. I happily drive 3 miles to a different store that has all these issues addressed.

I have always loved shopping for groceries at Gerrty's, but I must say that this location in particularly is my favorite. My reasoning is because, I feel it has the most delicious and exciting deli department. They have an amazing selection of hot foods, a buffet bar, custom made subs, and fresh cold cuts of all your favorite meats. The store also has a huge selection of bakery goods, flowers and plants for yourself or someone that you love 💘. The store is always stocked, clean, and has the most pleasant workers. If you want to shop in a upscale supermarket with the freshest produce and food, take a hard pass at all others and shop here; you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a lb of summer salad which is one of my favorites. I buy it often. Well this recent purchase was not good. Tasted terrible! Cost me $5.14. Something was not right. I called the deli and they put me on hold and forgot about me. I'm taking it back tomorrow.

Usually good deals on NY Strip Steak, and London Broil. But I’m mainly writing this and giving 5 stars to the sub shop there🙌 I don’t eat bread anymore(Keto diet), and Teresa at the Sub Shop made me a great sub without the bread. And it’s so cheap for what you get. And I wanna give a S/O to the delivery team there for always getting my order right and delivered in a timely manner. Keep up the good work guys!

This isn't the Gerrity's I am used to. The prices seem to be be higher.Store brands are different. Some things I'm familiar with they don't carry anymore. I'm confused by the layout and disappointed in the prices. The best thing I found was the meat department still offers a quality selection and the mums were beautiful.

I shop there regularly. I often buy deli sandwiches or their meals. It is difficult for me to cook because of health issues. Today, I tried the roast beef sandwich. Absolutely Amazing! The bread was so fresh and the beef excellent! I loved it!

It’s never clean for a food supermarket is always dirty the carts are dirty, i see the deli workers have gloves but don’t take them off from customer to customer they keep the same pair in half the day. The fruit and vegetables dept always selling bad fruits and vegetables more than good and when they come in from vendors the produce manager is suppose to check that. The cash registers are constantly dirty everyone’s always talking to everyone never doing there jobs.

Love shopping at Gerrity's for a change of pace! Always a great selection of lunch meats & homemade salads to choose from at on sale prices! I always make sure to get a large container of their homemade chili for my husband, it's his absolute favorite! What's not to love about this store?

Need to fix what ever is wrong out front .smells like sewage as you enter the store where carts are and vending machines. No toilet paper or soap in men's restrooms. Restrooms are a mess.

Great store. Excellent deli, bakery, and prepared foods. This has become my go to store. UPDATE- Not very happy with the new Fresh Grocer franchise. Things have changed, and not for the better. It's Shop Rite light. Shure Save was a better brand with better selection.

Food and atmosphere and cleanliness is great. But a little pricier than most. I do love this store most homemade things are worth price but when I went to buy hummus that is. $1 99 everywhere is $3.99 there for exact same thing. Basically double! But won't uy meat anywhere else. My favorite store.

I must praise this store!! ALL of the employees are courteous and helpful. I have had many intricately detailed cakes done here and they have exceeded my expectations!! I used to decorate cakes , so I know what I want, and Kelsey, Deb, and Gretchen have done amazing cakes for me! Thank you for having such great employees!!

I will never go food shopping at Keyser oak Gerritys ever again when I swiped my EBT card it would not accept it...I tried a few times ...I wound up paying with my debit card...I found out not only did they take money from my debit card they also took it from EBT card...so now gerritys is saying it's the banks fault when the bank had nothing to do with it and EBT is saying it's gerritys fault one thing I do know is that I will never ever set foot in gerritys ever again
