Shannon did an excellent job with our husky. He was so silky smooth and her products made him smell fresh and clean. Few weeks later and still silky smooth fur! Highly recommend!

Yes well I’m new to the area and I called to reschedule my appointment bc I had emergency surgery. So I left a voicemail and I believe it was Bella who called me back and I said yes I would like to reschedule my appointment because I had emergency surgery and she said oh no you were a no call no show so I cannot take you as a client and hung right up on me. I would have prepaid with my credit on the phone if I had to but there are obviously other good groomers in the area and I wouldn’t want my poodle to go there anyway with her attitude very bad for business.

An appointment was originally scheduled last Sunday and I had an emergency which led me to calling to reschedule set appointment they had advised me that they would be closed the following Sunday so I had to schedule for Saturday which was no problem I showed up for my appointment this Saturday and they were closed I then proceeded to contact them via Facebook message which I was told I was wrong and that I didn’t reschedule and I must be mistaken I advised them that that’s incorrect that I did reschedule and that was the whole point of me showing up to the appointment I just received a personal fb message from the owner personally on her personal Facebook which she then proceeded to call me crazy because I’m saying that I had an appointment and that somebody obviously is lying because they don’t wanna get in trouble for making a mistake I am absolutely appalled with the kind of customer service this place provides and clearly can see that they aren’t the place to bring your pets avoid it at all cost!
