Unbelievable. Called and put containers on hold. Drove an hour to get them only to find out they threw them out because they claim they cannot sell without lids. I didn't need lids. Matt is terrible. The worst customer service and communication I've ever seen. Goodbye Ace.

Not a big fan of Gerritys but this store is on point. I was helped by Rick who asked me for help as soon as I walked in. Very friendly and super helpful. Will shop again when in the area. Thanks for the lag bolts Rick!

I have to say thanks to this store! I drove over an hour (one way) because this Ace was the only store in the region that had the specific model Ego brand lawn mower I was searching for. I was so relieved that the website was accurate and it was in fact in stock. So many stores are failing these days at inventory, even large expense items somehow! Not the case here. I walked in and found it immediately. An associate assisted me in getting the large box onto a cart and into my Jeep. I didn’t have to ask. That’s excellent customer service. The young guy who rang it up was nice and (sorry not sorry) a cutie 😏I didn’t get the change to really explore the store. It was almost closing time and I got what I came for. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this store again when in the area and need something they’d have. Will recommend this Ace to a few people I know there. Keep it up!

Not a huge selection but instead of going to Dickson city. The problem is the staff is incredibly rude, not knowledgeable, and doesn't seem to have the time of day to help you or point you to the right aisle.

What a great idea to have Ace Hardware right there inside of a grocery store. I must say this was my only second time going to this store and I had the most amazing customer service Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to aiding me in my adventure today!! Awesome store great employees! Great customer support

I purchased 4 plastic chairs online and arrived at the store with a sedan knowing full well I would need help strapping them in my trunk with a bungee cord. A young man, (Jace maybe) was very pleasant and patient in getting me situated. Definitely appreciated.

So I stopped at the flower tent to see if they can reuse some hanging pots I saved from last year. I sawa worker and asked him, and he pointed to a lady wearing a purple shirt and said you have to ask the lady in the purple shirt as she is the boss. So I walked over to that lady and started talking to her, and she was a customer, not anyone who worked there. Then I turned to look for the worker who sent me to her, and he was gone. Strangest experience ever. BTW some of the exact potted flowers are HALF the price at the Gerrity's in Clarks Summit. I thought I might get more flowers while I was at the Keyser location but I did not want to pay double the price for the same exact item I just bought in CS for 12.99.

Just had curbside pickup of some potting mix....so nice and convenient....Such friendly folks on the phone and out to the car...:) ...SO FAST from phone to my car!!! Very impressed very thankful :) !!!!!

I love this Ace. The people working there are very helpful and have a fantastic sense of humor. Dave was super helpful when I couldn't find items, which was great since it was only my 3rd time to the store.

I noticed was there was profanity on novelty socks for sale on a display near the register.Hopefully nobody's kids pay too much attention to that. ( I actually called management, and politely told them about the situation. They seemed concerned, but yet 2 weeks later the socks are still there.)It's hard to get used to it, but I guess it is the "new normal" to see and hear profanity in more and more public places.

It reminds me of the old hardware store where I was a boy. There's a little of everything (except lumber) and a lot of stuff geared towards country living... like real country, not gentrified county.... canners, work boots, apple peelers. You can still buy a single screw or bolt! This is blessed freedom from big boxes and blister paks. Prices are comparable, quality is as good as the brand. My favorite hardware store.

Love it here. They have everything and when you sign up for their card you get tons of weekly coupons . The past two months I used 4 coupons, each being $5 off.

Went for a hammer & nails. Customer service was great. Very convenient, you could walk right into Gerrity's and do your other shopping. Got lunch.

Love the store has a little bit of everything for house repairs, gardening & general merchandise. Easier than going up on highway plus there is customer service here -- usually hard to find at major chain stores.

Not a fan of the Ace Keyser Valley. Paint guy was rude, staff wasn't very helpful. I don't enjoy giving a local business a 3 star review, but they should get their act together.
