I live close but try not to shop there anymore unless it's necessary. I think out of the 30 different cashiers in the last year only 2 have not been rude. Today was the end of me shopping there though. I'm sick of the miserable people. Get a different job if you don't like it.

Very ghetto disrespectful associates not no help at all. What kind of store owner is this? Somebody should look into good health. I will never go back to shop there. They are very rude. I had to also call the police and I was with my kids. I purchase an item from there, I went to bring it back. They said they could not return it so unless I had the papers it came in so then I went home and retrieved my receipt but not the paper that it came in and these people say it’s me it’s nothing that they can do for me rudely and disrespectfully and I thought it was funny and hilarious the way to the street in the amongst each other and for the final decision that was made, they said all they can do is give me a gift card so I took the gift card and purchased the items that I needed in the store at the end of the day. All I wanted to do was make an exchange, so I basically did the same thing , just a big headache

There is a worker at the Jackson St. Family dollar. Her name is Karen she has an awful attitude and she is very unsanitary when she has a cold or she is sick.

Daytime staff is great, but the night staff is horrible. Extremely rude! Several months ago, a "manager" was dropping the "F-bomb" in front of a long line of customers because she had to work the register. Tonight, I went to the store for a couple bags of cat treats. When I got home, I was missing a bag. They accused me of trying to get a free bag of treats and I had to pay for another bag!!! DO BETTER!!!

Thank you for everyone visiting our store. Please excuse our transition from our newly renovated store. We love our customers, and we will always be there to help with anything you need. We are still learning the new layout of the store but certainly happy to help find things with you. Just ask anyone of us. As most of you know we are dedicated to you and your experience in our store. We love to see smile on your faces and love to put them there. If we don't have something your looking for that your are used to seeing at that time we will do our best to try to find it on the floor or get it in for you. Why are the shelves always empty? Shipments are not being put out on a regular basis at this store. It is still in the back stockroom. I shop there a few times a week, over the past 4 years, and it's been this way for a very long time, even before the pandemic. And it's not even things that are in high demand. Signage and price points on items are always displayed wrong, and depending who is working they state that things just sell out fast...not true (as I said, it is in the back stockroom). And then, they will not honor the price shown on the display tags saying it's old signage that should have been removed but wasn't. By law they must honor the sale price on an item (not more than one) and immediately take the old sale signage down, but don't, and they leave the signage on display. District or Regional management needs to visit this store and put all employees on the same page.Employee turnover is always at an all-time high in this particular store. Clearance items are thrown in the back of the store on shelving with no pricing. The apparel aisle is ridiculously one big mess.

Very poor customer service at this location they never answer the phone and items are scattered through out the store. I have also been to the store and witnessed the store manager have her kid with her more than once. Jessica the new cashier is amazing and always has a great attitude

1 person at register , 8 people including myself in line , 15 mins of waiting and I finally get up to the teller for her to try to tell me her register is closed . I had to let her know that I've been waiting in my opinion a substantial amount of time . She fusses and says fine but I'm closed after you. It seemed like her co worker came in late as she was I guess trying to get her register up to par so she can start and during that she dropped something behind her and she spent her time picking whatever up ...2nd time out of 3 visits something like this occured.

This store is going downhill i will never shop here again. The food is old and the line for checkout is ridiculously long for no reason. Most of the items are broken and the workers have a very disgusting attitude. Calling corporate is very nessesary and i will take my buisness somewhere else.

Clientele is a strange bunch. Clutch your purses anxiously upon entrance. Also, if you see a lady getting picked up by an ambulance, fear not; she is ok. She does this all the time.

The Manager. Dorie, is more interested in her cigarettes and stands outside smoking and makes a groaning sound every time a customer comes to the register and distracts her from her smoke.

Manager was rude, and people in line after us informed us he was bad mouthing us after we left the store...it has definitely gone downhill since it merged with dollar tree...and in the time of covid they really should clean and sanitize more often than they do the store was filthy...very disappointing
