Im a loyal shopper.The store used to be horrible. Staff always greeted me when I entered but was rude and disrespectful to many customers but now with a new friendly store manager and workers everything is getting better. More products on shelves and great friendly service except for the one older lady that been there forever. Shes very slow, rude and talks too much.

I shop at family dollar regularly. JACKSON STREET NEEDS ALL NEW EMPLOYEES especially supervisors. Just keep doors closed..I go out of my way to go to main street.Young girl with dark hair is very professional. I could never tell if she's having a bad day..She can be one break or checking someone out its always Hello ,How are you? Haven't see her much lately hope she's still with your company. Gonna find out her name so she can get a good review.

In the app the items say a price and in the store the items are three dollars higher and the store employees are very rude

Went there the other day and Karen this lady named every item I had PLUS literally counted my changed by the name 2 penny's 3 one dollar bills ect. Like what? Idk if she was taking this seriously or a joke but was so slow the other lady working there with Karen looked like she had to work harder as Karen cashing me out for 20 min I could have been left the store smh don't go cash out near Karen 😒 has alot if items in the store though other then that dont cash at at Karen's register slow work ethic

I was in your store on jackson street in scranton i was horrified when your cashier talked to a customer disrespectfuly yes the customer had a few choice words. but your cashier acted as if her job was to stand there and look pretty. The customer had asked if the phone she grabed was the one on sale well the cashier was rude and stated look in the add when the customer said politely there were no add you employee stated oh well and offered no other assistance. I walked out i will no longer shop at this store and hope others wont ether.

Definitely would not go there think twice about sending your kids in there too there is a lady that works there that follows kids around the store and also adults thinking that you're going to steal. Ask for corporates number and they gave me the wrong number after getting the right number I called and made a complaint nothing was done about it.. she also speaks to you rudely and I'm professionally hopefully something is done about it because they're going to lose a lot of business because of it. The only reason they got one Stars cuz I can't give them no stars!!!!!!!! This place is getting worse by the minute it's nuts

Doesn't have much I need. Hard to get around in always boxes in lanes. Employees look very sloppy and unprofessional. The lady working nights complains and seems to b looking for a man. Since she can only talk nicely to men.

Good dollar store , super cheap and large inventory, also very nice workers.My suggestion would include keeping the parking lot and front of the store cleaner, because unfortunately the neighborhood has changed with people who do not care if they pollute!

I need corporate's number or something to report the manager at this location his name is Christopher and he is a very rude individual I go there very often and he is always extremely rude and I would very much like to talk to somebody hopefully they can look at cameras or anything like that

Love the store. But got ripped off because sign on shelf said the Pepsi was on sale but when I got to register it wasn't and the clerk wouldn't give me dale price.ughhh

Had what I needed for a cheap price for a rental property. Definitely worth the trip. Neighborhood seems a bit sketchy and parking can be a bit annoying.
