Filthy store mold in coolers and the shelves are very disorganized, the employees at this location should be ashamed to work here so many better dollar tree locations in the Scranton area it seems like they need more employees but who wants to work for dollar tree what do they pay 9 dollars an hour won’t be back.

This is one of the worst stores I've been in in my life. There's always a line, most likely because their staff is uneducated, rude and ignorant. And since it is not one, but all of them, I can only assume Dollar tree encourages their associates to yell and curse at the customer's. Very scary experience.

Dark. Very disorganized. Don't try to buy alot because they will NOT let you take the cart out of the store. Most of the employees act like they do not even want you there. Several other Dollar tree locations are in the area , so the best advice is to go to any of the other locations where they seem to want to do their jobs and treat customers like humans.

The people who work here are disgusting. Every time I go there I can hear all of them cussing!! I asked the girl stocking shelves about where to find something. She didn’t look at me and gave me a snarky answer. Then I could hear the Male that was working the register being really loud. They were all cussing while I was there . . The store is a total mess and they have to have convicts and trailer trash working there . And I say convicts because the loud loser ringing people up mentioned to me that he was. They are all gross and I’ll be contacting managers when I’m done here

Extremely dirty. Entire floor was one big stain. Floor layout looked like someone just threw things everywhere. I understand it's not a high end store, but, have a little pride. Line was very long. Checkout should have at least 2 associates there. I would have given a 1 star, however, the older gentleman cashier was very nice.

Everyone was pleasant. Neat and clean. It's also nice to see our older generation getting hired. What a shame they still have to work. They built our country. Usually you hear retail employees trash talking the boss but they spoke highly of her. I'll start coming here instead of the one closer to me

Wow what a place! This is the second time we went there and violence broke out! Two women attacked a young teenage girl. The police were called and it was just really ugly. I have no issues with the staff. They were nice and handled the situation well. But I no longer feel safe going to that store!

I mean it was business as usual for a Dollar Tree but this one did seem a little dirty and unorganized. There were some sketchy people coming in and out of there too but that doesn't mean that is a usual occurrence since this is my only time ever visiting. There was random items laying on shelves that obviously shouldn't be there and I even found a half eaten McD's burger laying on one of the food shelves.

There's something about getting something for a dollar that's so satisfying for bargain conscious people. There are certain items that people use every day that don't necessarily have to be bought at Macy's with a gold foil wrapper and custom designed brand tag for $30.When you need a few bars of soap, a roll of tape, some gift wrap, a toy to occupy your little niece for an hour or a penlight to keep in your glovebox this store is the place! Some items are reduced in size or build-quality but it may be a compromise that's worth it if you only need it for a short time before it's replaced. A few items I have replaced several times over so would have been better bought at the traditional stores but the majority of their stock is pretty decent. And a dollar is always easier to part with than 30!

Great selection of items for only a dollar. It's not the cleanest or most organized dollar tree around but it's close to my home. Some of the girls working there are very friendly and helpful.

my phone got stolen right out of my cart from this store! I looked away for 1 second and it was gone. I do not feel safe there. and to whom ever stole my phone was it worth it? can't use it huh? Sorry for the rant but I definitely would not take your valuables in there. NOT SAFE

I am a regular customer at the South side dollar tree and I saw the post about Jennifer Fenton and her being a racist, I work in customer service myself and I get called a racist myself , when I am a white female with 2 out of 3 children who u mixed race themselves. Jennifer Fenton herself is mixed race with 2 children who r also mixed. ppl need to start finding the facts out before they say anything about anyone. The ppl in the store do everything they can for the customer. They do their best to keep the store clean and they go out of their way. It's ppl like this lady who wants to accuse ppl of being racist that make our jobs hard because they did something wrong and don't want to confess that they are in the wrong. Jennifer Fenton and very body else at the store don't let ppl like this chick or anybody else get u down because ppl can't get their head out of their @$$. Now everyone have a great day and a blessed one.😘😁😆💐. Love you all, keep doing the great job

Not well staffed nor very friendly. Never clean and freezer items frequently left out on the floor for hours before someone can get to it to put it away. I come here for food, teaching supplies, and random household projects materials.

Always an fn line with 3 or four workers working. They hide in the office like douchenags nd just watch through the two way mirror including the manager or a floor worker will just walk by nd stare instead of hopping on nd helping.. THERE IS A LINE EVERY GOD DA** TIME WITHOUT FAILURE! THE WORST!

Great selection of items, however, the store is not very clean and this location is understaffed. They also recently ran out of Dollar tree bags and was using McDonald's bags when bagging purchases.

JENNIFER FENTON OF THIS DOLLAR TREE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME BECAUSE SHE SAID MY KIDS SPRAYED OUT AN ITEM. SHE NEVER IDENTIFIED HERSELF OR NEVER GAVE ME PROOF OF MY CHILDREN DOING THIS. I WANTED TO SEE THE CAMERAS SHE WALKED AWAY. I PAID FOR MY OTHER ITEMS AND LEFT THE STORE. POLICE STOPPED ME BY CROWN CHICKEN SAYING I WAS BANNED FROM THE STORE NOT BECAUSE I STOLE AN ITEM BUT BECAUSE MY CHILDREN SPRAYED AN ITEM. THE CORPORATE OFFICE TOLD ME THIS WAS NOT THE RIGHT WAY SHE HANDLED THE SITUATION OVER A "DOLLAR ITEM". I AM WAITING TO BE CONTACTED BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER. SHE EVEN CURSED WHILE WALKING AWAY!!!! BEWARE OF JENNIFER FENTON SHE IS A RACIST!!! I GET PAID 32$ AN HOUR. SHE THOUGHT I WAS A BLACK PERSON ON WELFARE BUT NO. I AM A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE WHO KNOWS HER RIGHTS. MY CHILDREN SAID THEY DIDNT DO IT AND ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS SHOW ME PROOF AND THE ITEM WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID. SHE NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED.

Very disappointed! They are putting items in the Christmas clearance and when I get to the register they say its not Christmas item. So I tell cashiers to take items off and they said they did but receipt says different and they kept the items. I will be calling the General Mgr asap.
