This place is a medical savior for the Scranton area, due to being the only 24 hrs place that you can get prescriptions filled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I regularly use a different pharmacy due to my location and familiarity of the pharmacist. But if you need meds filled quick or had one of those I just got out of the E.R. and it's 3 am moments , then it's a life saver.

The woman working this evening is a horrible person. She should not be in retail especially while talking bad about customers while they are one aisle over. First time at this store and now I will forever this Scranton PA CVS as one of the worst locations in the country. They deny access to restrooms, they keep a filthy store, and they have absolutely no common courtesy and/or hospitality toward their potential customers.

I went to this CVS and I asked the night pharmacist if I can get a pack of Needles that I need for my brother who takes insulins. I have bought them here a few times. HE CAME AND TOLD ME THAT HE DOESN'T SELL THEM. I TOLD HIM I BOUGHT THEM HERE A FEW TIME. HE CAME OUT AND SAID "I" DON'T SELL THEM. I ASKED HIM IS THIS A PERSONAL THING? AND AGAIN I DON'T SELL THEM. WELL HIS NAME IS FRANCES THE NIGHT PHARMACIST. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY MY BROTHER NEEDS THEM. IT WAS WRONG FOR HIM TO DENIED ME WHAT I NEED. SHAME ON YOU MR. FRANCES SHAME ON YOU!!!.
