Every time I’ve walked in this place (Scranton location) the staff has always been super nice and yesterday I couldn’t resist bringing this guy home with me. The family couldn’t be happier and so far so good. I see a lot of bad reviews and to each their own but I’m very satisfied! Will be taking him to the vet soon to finish up his shots and hopefully I have a happy healthy pup!

I bought bichon frise puppy from Brookside, Scranton, about three weeks ago. At the time of purchase, the clerk said this dog is definitely pure breed bichon. However my friends who raise a puppy said my dog is not pure bichon and even doctor said it is kind of mixed maltese. I sent an email to Scranton. A few days later, An woman left voicemail so the next day I called the store again and a woman just hung up. This old woman was very rude, and told me they would send me the APRI-registered documents, but did not still answer. They scammed by telling my dog is pure breed and being not responsible for what they did.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM HERE!! SCAMMERS!!!They're deceitful and unjust. I should've followed my instincts and left but I didn't and now I have a puppy that is not what I expected for the extraordinary price. When I reached out to the store in less than 24 hours to return the puppy I was told I could but without a refund. They actually thought I'd give them a puppy that I paid over $2,000 for & let them resell it. This place is a scam!! The first time I was told about no refund was over the phone when I called to return the puppy. The guy on the phone suggested that I sell the puppy on the internet to try to get my money back.

Veronica was very attentive and knows what she is doing. The dogs are well kept when I went there. I purchase my dog there. The dogs a little pricey but other then that she did a good job. Thanks Veronica for following up with us.

Purchased a puppy in July. We had to have him treated (unsuccessfully) for a parasitic infection for months - tried several different antibiotics. First shown symptoms within a day of being home. Took invoices to Brookside, waited two weeks for a response...no response. Called back and was told by owner they would not reimburse for the vet bills and then hung up on me. DO NOT purchase a puppy from this place, the animals are sick with parasites and the owner will not take responsibility. I should have know better and got a rescue. Please learn from my mistake.Edit - Reply to owner response: The puppy was purchased for me by my husband. I’m sure if you look through the invoices brought in to you recently, you’d see the connection. I’m sure you don’t intentionally sell sick animals but I find it hard to believe the vet cleared a dog with this specific parasite, as he was pooping blood. All we were looking for was reimbursement for bills, it would have been the right thing to do.

Veronica was very compassionate and understanding after the recent loss of our beloved dog. She helped us find the perfect new addition to our family and even texted us to check on him after we brought him home. I would recommend the Scranton location to anyone looking for excellent service.

I always thought I would go through a rescue but we happpen to come across this puppy and thought he was a good fit. We went to see him a couple times. They let us take him out to play with my girls. It was very clean and he was a happy pup. He was an older pup and had been there a bit. My girls had mentioned the man seemed happy but also a bit bummed his buddy was leaving.We took him to the vet. He was due for his second shots but they did tell my husband that when we got him. He of course had to be treated for worms and did have a rather common parasite. We are just finishing up his meds and he is great. The vet didnt seem worried and said what he had was very common.My girls and I are very pleased and love our little guy!!I have to pick up more food so we will be stopping in with him for a visit.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Walked in to potentially buy the Rottie, so I asked if I could take her out to look at her. I was rudely responded by a man saying only if you’re really gonna buy her or she’ll get sick. Which makes no sense if they have their shots. Now I know not to go here again. Also if you want to sell your puppies maybe allow people to look at them just a helpful hint.

I bought a Toy poodle and she has a great temperament....Love her to death but $2500 and I was told she is purebred but I was lied to ACA is not purebred only AKC is..I just sent out for DNA and if she is not purebred like I was told and papers received well then guess we are going to the Magistrate because this would be the 2nd time you screwed me...See you in court if these papers are fake

EXTREMELY rude staff. Got very nasty with my 9yr old son. Dont waste your time going to this place. The sad part is the victims are the animals that are desperately crave attention. A business that argues with people posting reviews on Google is a joke. I am here to say that all the negative reviews on here are 1000% accurate.

THOSE DOGS COME FROM PUPPY MILLS! They have a baby boxer who OBVIOUSLY needs surgery due to deformation from the mother being overbred and/or inbreeding, and its sad as hell. Still want 1500 for the pup. THEYRE SICKLY!
