I absolutely love Boscovs. I buy all my junior pants there. And I get amazing $4.99 blouses on clearance, some with original prices over $50.00. I also love the fact that they box and wrap all my Christmas presents. Whenever I receive their coupons, I go there immediately, and use my coupon.The other day, I got 6 outfits for $113.00.I get the best deals there, and online too.

Very happy with the clothing choices and fair pricing. It's a shame we don't have more stores like this around. It's definitely a nice clean store to shop at with much better quality merchandise. it's definitely a leader. In a class of it's own nothing like the big box junk store thank you for your well thought out choices.

Nice store. Great variety of men's & women's clothing & apparel. Easy parking in a well light under store garage. Handicap accessible. Quality products from wallets, shoes, dresses, suits, sunglasses, cologne & perfumes, kitchenware, fudge & candy counters, bedding, furniture and decorations. Enjoy 😉

Always a pleasant experience at Boscov's. They always, at least with my past, have the articles that are for sale available ( unlike Target). Plenty of cashiers and they are really good about asking if you would like your parking validated.

I went in for a quick browse and wound up in there for over an hour, and spending over 150 dollars. They really surprised me with the deals on clothes. T shirts for 3.99, flannels for 7.99, sherpa-lined fall jackets for 15.99. Plus, they have clothes for all age groups, candy and chocolates, various appliances, etc. It reminded me of the department stores I went to as a child, in the 1990s. Definitely worth a visit.

Mens suits section, I walked around for about 15 minutes looking for someone. Finally a sales associate walked out, I asked her for help, I showed her a picture on my phone of the suit I was looking for. She answered very quickly "we don't have that" and walked away. I asked if they had anything similar and she said no. They did she just couldn't be bothered. It's a suit, not a unicorn, she could have tried, but I spent $1,850 at JC Penny the next day,happily.

Can always find some great deals at Boscovs! They have something for everyone, & any occasion! Associate in jewelry was extremely nice & helpful. Cosmetics were little less. Misses associates were also extremely friendly & helpful. I don't get to Scranton store that often, & the assistance in navigating departments was appreciated. Shop Wilkes-Barre store most of time, & everyone is friendly & helpful.

I love Boscovs. I have finally been able to shop after major surgery and rehab 3 years ago. I have to use a cart to shop. I wanted new ladies wear. Boscovs has a huge section of women clothing. I picked up a few items but my body was telling me, that is enough shopping. I go to check out in this huge clothing area.....no checkout. I had to walk further to small appliances to checkout. I met someone there with the same issue. She told me that the checkout in womens clothing is always closed when she comes in. This was 12 noon. Why??????

I love the clothes!! huge selection of dresses, the prices are great, and always on sale! The sales ladies are always very nice and helpful! It’s even my husband’s favorite store for clothes and he doesn’t even like to go clothing shopping but he loves Boscovs! ❤️

I absolutely love the store, however the only 2 times I've ordered online I've had my order canceled due to items being out of stock, so they say, I drive to the store both times and purchased the exact items that were "out of stock "! Went to the steamtown mall for some lunch and after we ate my fiance and I ran into boscovs for some of there amazing fudge and some jeans for me for work and a dress and skirt for her. 4 pairs of jeans and a dress n a skirt was only $58.00#amazing there candy corner on the second floor has amazing homemade fudge and alot of other not often seen classic candy assortments too

Boscovs used to be my favorite place to shop and the store where I always got the best deals but lately their prices have skyrocketed! They still have some good sales but the days of buying an entire outfit for 20 bucks are over unfortunately.

Over all a nice looking store. Lots of great items to buy. I do offer constructive criticism in regards to the check out process.I had a coupon for 10% off my purchase, which was about... 16 items all of which met the criteria yo use the coupon. The gentleman had to individually scan the barcode of the coupon after scanning the item for it to work.Boscovs.. it's 2023, it should not be that tedious for your employee to have to scan the same barcode after each item. My advice is to get a better point of sale system.Also, I had to order an item in stock and I had to ring this up as a separate transaction, which I understood. What made me very uncomfortable was that the cashier could not look up my information via my phone number and I HAD to say out loud (numerous times) my name, address, phone number with a group of strangers around. It felt like I was just handing them all they needed to start stealing my info.Please address these things. If I have a Credit Card, they should be able to get that info from the card or even using my telephone number. Again, it's 2023. Let's get caught up technology wise.

You can basically get anything you want here. And, if they don't have it in store, you can probably get online. Great variety and prices and sales as well.
