I was given a gift certificate for Christmas a couple of years ago to take my dogs (2) in for grooming. They are the nicest people. They treat my babies like their own and always do such a great job grooming them. Highly recommend!!!!

I was always treated with kindness & courtesy, as was my dog. She was a senior dog with some special needs, but I was always happy with the service we received. My best friend recently passed away. I have just purchased a new puppy. When the time is right, I will be returning to this establishment.

The staff are wonderful. My dog hadn't been there in over 3 years and went there for a nail trim. They were wonderful with him and he cooperated with them with no issues

First time taking Jesse my jackapoo to this groomer. They already take care of my mom and my sisters dogs. Staff seem very nice and even though they couldn't do a full cut on Jessie since she was a puppy she looked really good afterwards. Mom said the one groomer said I need to keep her combed out and not matted or they'll have to shave her when they groom her. Not that I disagree but my only defense is I have a little puppy that just loves to run through water fountains and get into all kinds of stuff I'm sure she'll get better as she gets older.

Suzie and her staff are really kind! They have taken great care of our cocker spaniel and fluffy Jack Russel. Lexi is super sweet too. Good pricing.

Had a horrible experience. My first trip to this establishment and no one even introduced themselves when I brought my dogs in. When I went to pick them up I wasn't acknowledged and my dogs were crying and barking in their cages for 5 minutes while 4 people worked on 3 other dogs. 2 other people were waited on who walked in after me. I finally had to ask for someone to get my dogs out. I handed someone a wad of cash to pay for my dogs and didn't even get a thank you. To top it all off, the cuts were really bad.

I took my chihuahua in just to get her nails done and it was the worst job I've ever seen. They cut the one nail to the quick and it was bleeding. They cut 5 of the nails shorter than needed. 2 of them bled. I just can't get over how bad the one nail was! I wish I could put up a picture to show you how ridiculous it is, honestly. Maybe it's because of how small my dog is, but they should of been more careful. It also would of been a lot better if they would of pointed it out to me that they cut it too short but they just let me leave without saying a word. I didn't notice until I was on the way home how AWFUL it really was.

Horrible. Owner had attitude. When I made the appointment i specifically asked if they can do a Pomeranian sheltie mix. They said yes. When I got their they said that never had a pom sheltie mix.. I left quickly
