Excellent customer service at my CVS pharmacy!!I was having issues getting my prior authorization approved with my insurance company(for my normal BP medicine) and was running out of medication due to delays. It was the weekend and I was in a panic.My pharmacist(Michael) provided options/solutions over the weekend so that I could get a script to cover me during the Prior Authorization appeal process.I consider this exceptional service because not only did he care enough to help me, but did it on the weekend as well, and had a very calming presence which was very helpful to me at the time.

My experience with the CVS on Township Line Road in Skippack PA has been a very good one. Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful.!!!!
