Over the past few weeks, the pharmacy has decided to stop answering calls. Whether they are busy and/or understaffed, this is unacceptable. There have been 5 instances where we called, wait times ranging from 20-40 minutes, none of which were ever picked up. Some folks are elderly, disabled, or simply can't run out mid-day to go to the pharmacy for a matter that could have been addressed over the phone. If you don't plan to answer calls, at least have the courtesy to send to voicemail or provide alternate instructions.

This used to be a great pharmacy but in the past few years their service level has gone down dramatically. They're online service is consistently inaccurate and its hit or miss when you try ri soeak to someone by phone. They have issues with things being out of stock even when you have them on autofill. Getting a prescription filled shouldnt be so stressful.

The pharmacist would not let my girlfriend refill her ADHD medication because they claimed she had it filled on the 8th of this month so that her prescription isn’t up yet. But she actually last got it a month ago and she needed it for tomorrow. She was left on hold for an extended unnecessary amount of time and had to go through so much trouble before the pharmacist realized that they were wrong.

Service is awful. Left in que on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. The Pharmacy department claims they are short staffed and so they made the decision not to answer phones at all. Anam raised voice on the phone and cut me off mid sentence multiple times. 3rd time had an issue for us at this location. They did not fill prescription's from over a day ago, no updates and long waits. It seems they are only filling prescription's as you get there at pick up and then making you wait 20-30 minutes while they fill it at that time. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

Emily in the pharmacy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve an insurance issue. Not only is she very good at her job and found a way to work around a unique challenge, but she was efficient and incredibly pleasant. Thank you, Emily!

The pharmacy is horrible. Have been using this location for almost 20 years and the last 12 months have been horrible. Pharmacist is not helpful and they do not fill prescriptions correctly. I have had to return 4 times to get the correct dose, amount and drug. BEWARE! When asked to get it corrected they ask you to come back. It is unbelievable how poorly managed this pharmacy is. They seem to be completely overwhelmed and not capable of serving their patients. I miss the pharmacists that were there prior. They seemed to be able to manage the staff and patient needs. My advice is to avoid this pharmacy even if it is convenient!

By far the rudest, laziest pack of incompetents I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. I spent 15 minutes at the drive-thru window being completely ignored. I gave up and went inside and was told "sorry, the pharmacy closed 4 minutes ago" by some clerk who was standing at the counter engaged in a conversation with her co-workers. Literally 6 people standing around ignoring the customers, running down the clock so they wouldn't have to do anything further for the day. What a sad bunch.... CVS, you should be ashamed of what you've hired at this location.

No idea why there are so many negative reviews. I have found the pharmacy here to be fine. Never a problem getting a prescription, everything has always worked very smoothly. The employees are helpful and answer questions well. I am very happy getting my prescriptions here.

Super helpful to both download the CVS App and also pay to sign up for the Caremark App. You can either pay $5 a month or $48 a year. With Caremark, you get $10 Extracare Bucks, 20% off of any CVS Health Product. $2 Extra Care Bucks for every 5 Prescriptions that you pick up (don't forget to scan your CVS Reward card). So you get a $2 EB coupon on your app for every 5 Prescriptions you purchase, with a limit up to $50 worth of Prescriptions over the year. You get any extra rewards, (i.e. $10 EB Rewards for spending $30 on certain products - which are listed on the shelves and in the Weekly Ad. - With the Caremark part of the CVS app, it becomes very easy to earn many more coupons, rewards, Extra Care Bucks not only on the things listed in the Weekly Ad, but 20% off all CVS Health Items, so many coupons, so many Extra Care Bucks for every purchase you make simply by remembering to get a Reward Card and scanning the Reward Card each time you shop at CVS and purchase things. Another good thing to do is to find a Product Price Scanner and scan products using the barcodes on the products because I have found so many discounts on items, which are not listed at all, not listed near the items, or not listed in the Weekly Ad, etc. Also, the app gives you tons of really good coupons that you can use for useful products, including Really Good/Useful Coupons, and Extra Care Bucks that show up on the Deal section in the app.

Terrible terrible service and young employee has awful attitude.My 6 month old son takes 3 medications multiple times a day. I had called my dr to send a refill. For whatever reason the prescription was sent to CHOP in Philadelphia instead of the CVS. Thats fine. That was an error my dr made.Well i had advised CVS of this and gave them the number to the pharmacy at CHOP to get everything switched. CVS told me my prescriptions would be ready for pick up after 2pm.Around 230pm i made my way to the drive thru to pick everything up. A young girl informed me that they never got ahold of CHOP and they were unable to give me the medicine (Mind you he had already missed one dose). I asked what time they called and she could not give me any info. I asked why i was not informed and how this could be resolved and she gave me attitude as if i was inconveniening her.I left and immediately called CHOP. They had no record of CVS calling but they informed me they would reach out and get everything squared away.About an hour later i walked into the CVS to see if everything was ready. They asked for my name. When i gave it to the woman, the young blonde who assisted me at the drive thru was standing back behind a shelf, she rolled her eyes and told her co-worker "what is she doing back here, i told her it was not ready".Well if this was the first instance of CVS not having my prescriptions ready in a timely matter, or an employee being rude, i would have no said anything. But i yelled to the blonde young girl who rolled her eyes, that i could hear everything she was saying and did not appreciate her attitude.There was a line waiting for flu shots and a woman in that line asked if i was talking about the young blonde. I informed her i was and she told me that she is always incredibly nasty when she needs to pick up prescriptions.Well after that day i immediately found and new pharmacy and advised all those in line to do the same. I will not be back.This young incredibly rude woman is the only reason and if she is treating multiple people that way, something should be done.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My mother and I had a covid test at this location and we scheduled and even had a confirmation and they tell us we don’t do covid tests here. The location was right. We had the confirmation right there in our hands and they shut the window. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. We now had to find an impromptu appointment at rite aid. We are traveling in a couple days and it was very difficult for us to find another testing location. Very poor service and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. 👎🏼

While I expect the pharmacist knows what he is doing, I have found the pharmacy staff to be really rude. One day last winter I called to inquire about a flu shot and was told to come right in, that they had plenty. I went out of my way to get over there, but when I went to counter and asked for a flu shot, the pharmacist laughed in my face, telling me that I was out of my mind to imagine I could walk in for a flu shot. -- A simple mis-communication amongst their staff should have been cause for an apology. Instead this arrogant pharmacist was rude, nasty and belittling. I have avoided the place since then, and now have my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

The pharmacists, Carrie was absolutely awful. I love the stuff at this cvs I find all of them to be super pleasant and helpful. I guess she saw that I was younger and could be “taken advantage off”. But I do not tolerate people with an attitude towards me and only me when she was super nice to every other customer. Absolutely awful. Such a poor highering choice.
