My experiences with Dr. Steve and his staff are always professional and friendly. My son has been with Vetcetera for awhile now, and when I and some of our family were in need of a new Healthcare center for our pets, we followed suit, because of all the good things he had to say about Dr. Steve and his staff. All of us are very satisfied, always, but especially recently, with surgical procedures and follow up care and the dedication to his patients and their their families. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies.

Everyone at Vetcetera is AMAZING. Dr. Steve is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. PAM is the best vet tech! She’s also VERY knowledgeable. She has a special connection to each and every pet. Dr Steve is very knowledgeable and compassionate and his staff are all amazing to my fur children they are always on time with your appointment unless an emergency comes up.Pam the technician is awesome she has patients with my nervous nelly when it comes time to getting his nail trims and examines.You guys do a fantastic job Carol the secretary is great at getting back to you if you call and leave a message or if there is an urgent matter she will make sure Dr Steve or herself call you back I love this vet so much there very friendly and compassionate people

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Steve and his team! I started taking my dog there a couple of years ago to get a second opinion and I instantly made the decision to make him our primary vet. He genuinely cares about his patients and they go above and beyond to make sure that my dog is given the best care possible. Dink looks forward to every vet visit, I cannot recommend them enough!

Staff was super friendly. This was my first visit, and my dogs were super anxious. When Dr. Steve came in, he introduced himself and then sat down on the floor so my dogs could get familiar with this new person. He told my female dog she needed to switch to decaf, lol. During the actual exam her was extremely thorough and tried to make them as comfortable as possible. I was highly pleased and impressed!

Dr. Steve and his staff are always so kind and caring towards the animals and animal owners he works with. My jack russell gets nervous and barks at things he doesn't understand and today was no less of a surprise in that regard. Pamela the vet tech and Dr. Steve both had conversations with my dog and were quickly able to calm him down in their presence. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great vet that is also kind and compassionate.

I am so glad we found Vetcetera!! Dr. Steven is amazing with our dogs and cat. He really truly cares about the animals, enough to get down on their level and work at their pace, building trust through patience and understanding. I tell everyone I talk to about how wonderful he is and how happy we are to have found vetcetera. Everyone I have met at Vetcetera has been wonderful. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate you all, for treating my animals with care and compassion, and for including my kids in the appointments so they can learn and understand. I love Vet Cetra ! My Dog shadow needed surgery on his leg and his old vet was talking about reconstructive surgery after removing the mass. I took him to vet cetra and I'm happy to say shadow had laser surgery and has healed up very nicely with no reconstructive surgery needed! Both the staff and The vet are so kind and caring to their patients that my shadow is very comfortable around them. Im very satisfied how things are explained and compassion shown. Shadow is the second Dog I've taken to vetcetra and I have 2 more I'll be taking there just as well . I wouldn't trust my babies to any other vet for their care.

Nice, comfortable place with professional care tucked away in quiet country area. Not good with names, however everybody there is great. Dr Steve took the time to fully evaluate my cats condition and discuss treatment options.

The staff are amazing. I've had so many vets complain about my lab being way too hyper, but they handled her like champs. You can tell they love animals and they love what they do. It's also a plus that they made my mia very comfortable as well and assured me that her hyper ness was typical lab behavior. I highly recommend them

We are very pleased with the personal care provided to our 4-legged babies. Vetcetera was able to keep costs reasonable while still providing our dogs with love and care through their recent surgeries. Updating us through the day regarding their status. Kept my mind at ease knowing they were in such caring hands! My personal contact was with the 2 ladies that took the dogs back to surgery was great! They referred to my dogs as my kids (which is the truth!) I thought that was perfect! Personal care and low cost!

We're new to the area and selected Vetcetera based on their reviews. We recently had our first visit and so for so good. The veterinarian and vet techs were very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our pet and us!! Didn't try to over sell unnecessary vaccinations, medications or treatments. They listened to our concerns, gave a thorough exam and a sensible treatment plan. I'm sure that we'll be happy patients with them for the long term.One year update:Today's visit, just like all visits, was completed by friendly, enthusiastic, veterinary professionals!! Dr. Steve and all employees are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable professionals!!We are lucky to call them our veterinarian office for our two dogs! They're all outstanding!!Haven't had a single thing to complain about at any visit.

Dr Steve and his staff are great. My pets always receive a thorough exam. Any questions I have are answered without rushing me out the door. Watching the way Dr Steve interacts with my pets shows me how much he truly cares about animals. I also especially like that you pay your bill in the exam room now. It was always a hassle trying to keep my dogs controlled while I was digging through my purse for my wallet, then digging through my wallet for payment, and then digging looking for my calendar to schedule another appt.

Dr Steve has build a great relationship with our dog, build his trust and is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, on any account that we had come to the office . Dr. Steve and his team are phenomenal. They are caring, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer any questions and hear any concerns I may have. It is easy to see they truly love the animals they work with (and the humans they bring with them)! I have three large dogs who range in age from 1 year to 14 years, and they are great with them all. I feel so fortunate to have such great care so close to home.
