Produce is always disappointing. Meat is usually starting to turn color on the shelves. I would stick to anything that doesn't expire in short amounts of time.

Went in and had a interaction with a supervisor (C), this individual was helping me out with a issue but was rude and offered no assistance. However other than her, they had such a friendly staff and clean store. Would not come back due to this interaction.

The hot and ready chicken breast tenders is the best thing this place has to offer. There is sometimes good deals but it is very rare, and they have poor excuses for discounts

As a family we shop here on a regular basis. The staff at the pharmacy is top notch! If I could give 10 stars I would. They know us by name and are very professional. We had a family emergency one time and they helped us tremendously with our needs by offering a discount for a family members needs. I would recommend the pharmacy to anyone!

Only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. My wife and I decided to shop here last night, and things were fine throughout the store. We stopped at the deli case, and the young man working there was helpful and courteous. They have a decent selection of products throughout the store, and some good bargains. Our visit went from pleasant to horrible when we reached the checkout. We went to a line that was marked as open and my wife began loading the belt. About 1/4 of the way through, the woman working the express checkout started shouting at us that we had to leave that line. She couldn't be bothered to come over and explain, and when she finally did she was exceedingly rude. She insulted my wife, and was extremely unpleasant during the checkout. I'll never be spending my money at this location again, and I'm not sure if I will ever even visit another location. Definitely can't recommend this store.

I love the employees at this store!! Bernie at the deli is awesome. I have had so many wonderful experiences when ordering wrap trays and fried chicken. The cashiers are soooo very friendly and helpful too. Its a nice shopping experience!!

The store is very clean, the employees are nice and they have decent sales on numerous items.**EDIT**Changing this review from 4 to 5 stars.Why? Because of Bobbi at the customer service desk. Drove to 5 different businesses trying to receive a Western Union. I spoke to Bobbi on the phone and she was so polite and said for me to stop at the store. I drove from Pottsville.Bobbi is the Western Union hero... Much appreciated, and she was a tremendous help.

So, due to "staffing issues" the deli closes at 5:30 today. Meanwhile, the store manager (I presume) stands guard at the "customer service" desk manicuring his nails. Maybe he could take his role as manager a bit more seriously and step up to help in the deli. Screw this place, I'll start shopping at Giant.

Redner's is a great place to shop. The location in Schuylkill haven is top notch. No matter what time I go shopping the store is clean and bright. Prices are competitive with other markets. I have never had a bad cashier.

It's a grocery store. Prices are pretty decent. It's clean and has a nice parking area. I purchased bad meat there more than once, so I don't buy much from the meat department anymore. The bakery makes some decent fresh bread. Overall it's a very okay store.

Not a bad grocery store! They have stuff in weird places and they didn't carry regular food dye. They had the gel stuff, though, so I guess it's fine. I'd go here again.

I love redners! They carry the brands I love. Plus there brands are a great alternative to the mainstream brands. They have awesome Bakery Goods. We love they're hot chicken also. And the prices are always better then the other grocery stores.

LOVE shopping here! Staff is super friendly. Even the store manager. Fruits and veggies fresh,. meats and seafood fresh! Any concerns were addressed quickly and professionally ( not many, btw)! LUV Renders!!

My husband and I recently moved to Pennsylvania and went to check out the local grocery stores. (No Redner’s where we’re from.) From the name, I expected this to be a discount store, but found that the prices are just as high, if not higher, than other local stores. And the feeling of the store is disjointed and dirty. (Not that it’s dirty, just that it feels that way.) There is very little gluten free or “healthy” foods. Definitely not my favorite store.

I found everything I needed, but I noticed that employees avoid eye contact or conversation/ getting hello and do not offer any help. A gentleman in the produce department is the only person in the whole store that even acknowledged me, he also checked to see if the item I was looking for 2d in the back.

I've been going to this Redners for years and I will keep going to this store. It's nice to walk in and they greet you with a smileThe girls in the deli always do a great job slicing my cheese because I'm very picky how I like it sliced and they always do it with a friendly smile.

Yeah decent place to shop but never work here. It really is a joke. One of the most mundane low paying jobs of my life. For such a big corporation and obviously wealthy store they do pay low and treat you second hand

Purchased $20 of hamburger meat at Schuylkill haven Redners. 2 days ago. Yesterday, my wife and I seen it turned all gray. So mad, never shopping at Redners again.

Sadly I base my review on years of shopping at Redners (it's close to home). The staff is friendly, I will say that, otherwise I struggle to find a positive. Checking expiration dates at a regular grocery store (vs discount grocery store) is something I don't think you should have to worry about (my mind is focused on NOT forgetting anything on my grocery list, not watching expiration dates) I've gotten home and realized what I just bought was expired or a day or two away from expiring COUNTLESS times. I've gotten produce that LOOKED good until opening the package at home & finding the underside to be spoiled..gray, discolored meat in the meat case, etc. All disappointing. I also feel that there has been the same selection of brands for YEARS. So I know if I see an ad for a new brand/flavor of something that I will probably NOT find it at Redners and I have to try somewhere else. Overall I've given Redners a more than fair shot and have been consistently disappointed. Being open 24 hrs is another positive I'll throw their way but there are 2 other 24 hr stores within a few miles so even that's a stretch. Sorry Redners, I give up on TRYING to be a loyal customer.

I moved here in November and I like redners food stores the best. Clean , great hot foods, plenty of room in ailes and great pricesMy favorite store here for miles. Nice people work thereIt is owned by the employees.

It is close 2 where we live. Always liked shopping at redners,since moving 2 the area.im glad 4 the store,being here...the staff (empl)has always been kind 2 me.In fact when not finding things,everyone I asked went out of their way 2 help me.fund what I needed.When we 1st went 2 this store in s haven,my grandson spoke out,na na it's backwards.We all laughed,he was5.now that we got use 2 things,as they r.&I've become familiar,All is OK.Thanks redners,employees,etc.
