I've been shopping at Dollar General for almost 20 years and yesterday I was at this store on 183 and there was a woman working there by the name of Kelly h. She was so busy and she's still managed to answer 20 questions I had and help me with price checks and help me with coupons and help me with a smile she made me smile she made me laugh she asked me if I needed any other help she walked down the aisle with me and let me know where she did not hesitate to help me with anything and because of that experience I will shop at that store for the rest of my life thank you Kelly and have a great day

They had a sale for buy one get one 50% off on select children's toys. They failed to give me the sale price so I went back in to get it fixed and waited in line with my receipt. I was then told I had to get the items in question so I retrieved them from my car and then she makes me wait in line a third time. Whatever. So finally she's doing the refund and I requested it be refunded to my original payment method (debit card) and then she says "We don't have to do that" and gave it to me in cash. That's Schuylkill County for you.

The store has been recently remodeled with a ton of new food selections and self checkout. Great employees, but they seem overworked and may need more staff at times. Would love more self checkout isles so staff can do other tasks.

Always have what I need and the store is in much better condition than some other DG stores. You can actually find what your looking for because everything is where its supposed to be. Cashiers are a little on the rough side, they could definitely be nicer but its a good store to get what you need.

I love general store BUT this store is such a mess. there should be someone there to make sure it is going well and clean. everytime I go there, it is such a mess where we cant even go in aisle. each shelf is not organized and correct way. please have it all better. other dollar general in Auburn is the best and clean. I would go there because it is organized and clean.

Purchased a few things and asked to do cash back.Was told that they "cannot do cash back this early in the morning".Not sure how you can run a store without cash for customers. Won't be back.

I always have a great shopping experience. 2 me customer service is extremly valuable& important! Only 1 new cashier has been rude. My 12 year old son said ,"she was very rude 2 u". He proceed to say ," she could have been fake nice"! Colten finally said," You r supposed 2 leave problems outside of work";!!! It was soooo GREAT 2 hear him repeat what i have taught him. A young woman with black hair is always a pleasure, and a short man with long black hair is also great. I shop alot at the 1 on route 183& 61. Sincerly, Mrs. C.Brown

Went there today 25th of May. No cold monsters in the coolers. 3 workers were on shift. Went to get checked out and when the girl with black curly hair was asked to help she sighed. I went to the cash register no hello, no greeting of any kind. She smartly said my total i payed. No have a good day. I believe the manager was right there too! Customer service must have been sick with covid. I wont be going back there again.

Some of the items I normally get there were not on the shelves. This was the 2nd time in I week that I had stopped to check. They need to unpacked the goods and get the shelves restocked so the consumer can get to it!5/24/2020 It has shown improvement!

Selection of meat, produce, and baked goods is minimal at best, but prices on cereal and canned goods were very competitive. Space is kind of tight, but the store is well organized and clean, and the customer associates were friendly.

its real nice when I pick up headache meds and cant for the life of me figure out why all of sudden they DONT work as well as previous boxes did. I was using them more often and hardly any relief. someone needs to learn how to rotate stock and check dates, the box I got was almost 2 year OUT OF DATE. I guess I now have to check dates on this stuff too.

This location does not carry Q-tip brand swabs...um...really? Also out of DG ibuprofen...also either out of or does not carry the DiGiorno pizza that another location carries...disappointing visit. Although it is a clean store compared to a few I've been in. I really like shopping at Dollar General as a chain but seriously, every single location is different than the next.

Service is always immensely slow and usually one person to serve many if that one person can even be found. Prices are mislabeled, junk in aisles. Need for much improvement.

Typical dollar store, prices and good as well as selections... however, if you're in a hurry I'd go elsewhere, usually only one cashier so it'll take you awhile if there's a line.

It's so small and unorganized. There's always 2+ carts blocking isles. The younger employees are never at the register and you usually have to find them or wait forever.
