Great local hardware store with everything you could need. Guys working on the floor are very helpful in locating what you need and answering questions. Older lady at the cash register is not the friendliest.

I always go here unless they do not have what I need. There is always a knowledgeable staff person to help you and help you select exactly what you need. Much better than the big box stores. I have gone here for plumbing, electrical, some framing lumber, yard treatments and all those miscellaneous things you always need like drill bits, sandpaper, etc. Prices are reasonable and not worth my time to shop anywhere else unless they don't have it and even then, they will tell you what exactly you need. Nice staff all around. Love their new expanded store a few meters from their old store in the same strip mall.

Friendly service where they are eager to help you find what you are looking for. You get decent store coupons and you can pretty much find anything you need for your home improvement needs. That being said some things are slightly more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe's.

This store was renovated and expanded in the past year. The aisles are wide, choices are numerous and the staff is very helpful. You may find things a bit cheaper at the big box stores but there is no comparison when it comes to customer service.

Good spot. Helpful people. Prices are obviously a little high, but they usually have what you need when you need it. The upgrades to the building made to the building made for a very large improvement.

Excellent hardware store. The staff is very helpful and courteous Plus they seem to have everything you need . Just like the old mom and pop hardware stores only they have more Stuff. I would recommend this hardware store to anyone great place to shop!!!!

They moved about 2 stores down from where they used to be. Very nice modern store. Employees are helpful and kind. Have a nice selection of hoses cut to length. Only place in the area that had blue pvc backwash hose cut to length for a pool

Fine example of older hardware stores that are being pushed out of existence for multiple reasons. I frequently drive past this location in my travels. Store is old and has a bit of a musty smell to it, but they provide an invaluable service being one of the best if not the best hardware stores in the area. You will get more personalized service here than any other store. Again, that depends on who is working but for the most part store associates are always a very helpful. Was unable to find weather stripping for a front door in many different other stores. Went to this place and was please to find it they had what I was looking for. It would have been easier to go online and browse for items but that can be impossible when you have no idea what you really are looking for when the part you are replacing is nonexistent. Overall an excellent experience.

18 June 2021. In store today. At check out Carol was doing something on her computer. She never acknowledged my presence, never said "Ill be right with you" I stood there waiting on her for at least one minute --- at least!. She was right there at the check out! When she finally finished as to what SHE was doing, she took my transaction. When time to to sign the box on the card reader she said "sign the box!" in not at all a nice way. When transaction was complete, she gave me the receipt. Upon leaving I said to her "enjoy your day". Her reply was "Uh huh". Never even looked at me, never said thank you. It was though I was an imposition into her life. Carol was very rude, not at all customer service friendly.

New location, just one store down but much larger. They were still setting it up when I was there but it looks like it will be less cramped than the old store. Hope they keep the same knowledgeable people on staff and stock all the oddball parts that in my opinion differenate them from HD and L big box stores.

They have a very good selection. To me the salespeople are a little bit overbearing. I don't need to be asked a half a dozen times if I need help. If I need help I would ask. Shop here often but I'm finding it annoying

Bad customer service. After leaving work, driving a half hour, arrived at the store just to be told by the guy that cuts the keys to return in a half hour because he was on his lunch break. Wow, just lost our business forever. Left Ace and drove to Lowes where they happily assisted us in getting a new keymade.

The folks working here have a lot of knowledge to help you with your task. They really are amazing to chat with. The selections aren't always great but that's more to do with True Value and less to do with the staff. The folks make this store a stand out yes!

I live in Allentown, and I drive to 13 miles to Paul’s hardware store anytime I need anything. Terry is a big help and he stays with you to you find what you need, and then explains how to use whatever you need. He knows where anything in that store is.
