Pharmacy didn’t let me know my medication wasn’t covered by insurance (contacted BlueCross BlueShield and I could get my medication covered at multiple other pharmacies). Believing it was through my insurance I paid nearly $360 for the medication as I was told by the technician that it was for a three month supply, arrived at home to discover it was a one month supply. Filed complaint and was told “I got an apology” - the fact that the store made TWO major mistakes and I’m out money due to it is the worst possible customer service I’ve encountered. Never have I written a negative review but this is frankly inexcusable at this point.

This CVS location is hit or miss. The pharmacy dive thru seems to be OK, however, there have been several times when they were either out of a prescription or it took them a long while to fill one. I have also noticed that their prices are a bit higher then other pharmacies in the area. ***update*** This is a terrible pharmacy... the people are rude and the customer service is horrible.

This place is trash. This place should not be allowed to handle anyone's medication. After arguing with them about my medication they said I needed a pre authorization for. Got tired and after 2 weeks had the dr office send it to a different pharmacy and had it filled no problem. Better off getting if filled on the street corner then there.

There’s one pharmacy tech that is absolutely awful to deal with. Very rude, hates her life and hates you. Her only concern is lunch time. She’s an older MASKED lady and you’ll know her right away because she doesn’t greet, she’ll rudely say NAME:They didn’t have the medicine in stock and she literally refused to help me locate it in another CVS claiming her computer won’t allow it. I went to another and they didn’t have it either but they located it in a third CVS in 10 seconds.

My doctor called my needs into CVS in Schnecksville ' by accident' well . They didn't give me my medicine. Then claim they did. Then said there's give it to me Monday, I went there, of course they didn't give it to me. What's a run around pain in the butt. No one seems to know anything.. obviously someone there took it. I hadn't been there in years because they've were rude before and I had medicine that magically I couldn't get because they didn't have enough. They said I couldn't even pick it up later. When they got the ,rest of the ,Medicine. Oh really why not?

Been a customer since this location was built. Service zoomed downhill over the last several years. Prescription prices are higher than Rite Aid but more important than that, NOBODY IS NICE IN THIS STORE. Pharmacy people especially. Last evening was the final straw when some jackass at the window was rude to my wife. If I had been present i would have dragged him through the window and kicked the hell out of him. There are tons of other pharmacies, choose another one, these people are useless. Hopefully, CVS will go away , sell the property and a wonderful Italian restaurant will buy it. To post a review you have to choose at least one star...they deserve less than zero stars.

The new pharmacy staff is unfortunately making me consider changing my pharmacy for my prescriptions. I’ve never felt more disrespected. My last two visits I was treated as if I was a burden to them. I had multiple ladies from my doctors office call me or let me know in person that the employees at the pharmacy called my doctors offices and yelled at / disrespected them so it’s clearly not just me enduring this. I’ve been patronizing this pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had anything less than positive interactions / transactions / help with the staff until now. Serious changes need to be made in the pharmacy staff and or their attitudes if CVS intends to keep patients business. It’s unnecessary and it’s rude. It’s 2023, it costs zero dollars to be kind and have patience. You have no idea what any of your customers have to deal with when they leave your store, don’t make it worse.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 54 years. They take forever to come to the drive-through window and then you sit there for 20 minutes what is the point of having a drive-through if it's going to take a 1/2 hour to pick up your prescription. And that's if it's ready ....And they simply do not care about their customers not one little bit you can complain or say anything or suggest something to help speed things along and they nod their head and act like they're listening but you know they're not.I've been going to this 1 for 6 months or so and it is absolutely horrible the one in Nazareth is fantastic never had these problems there. Now I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Even if it's going to be less convenient for me to drive there it's worth not having all the aggravation and and employees who don't care about the customer

No one was at front registers! Empty carts that had been used to stock shelves still standing in aisles. Do employees wear any type of uniform or identification so customers know who to ask? There are always more customers than employees. Very sad

DO NOT USE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO! Worst experience ever of a pharmacy! Rude workers, unable to get orders correct and lack of willingness to own their mistakes. I would use a different pharmacy if my insurance would let me. 😭😭

I go to this pharmacy because it is close, that is the only reason. I have 3 regular Rxs that I get and they can't seem to ever have them ready on time. I got a phone call saying all my stuff was ready and when I got there not even ten minutes later, none of the stuff was filled. I get random text messages from them saying it's too early to fill certain meds,when in fact I never even requested them. There are one or two nice people in the pharmacy who are helpful, but the rest of them are extremely rude.I do like the coupons and rewards that I get, but other than that, not much good to say. One time they gave both my mother and me the wrong medication and acted like it was no big deal. Crazy. Funny thing is that my very first job as a teen was at a CVS! LOL

Don't waste your time. Hit up another CVS or any other drug store. They have no idea what's going on. Ever. P.S.-If they're out of stock of a prescription you need (understandable), they'll pretend to call another location and lie about it being in stock there (completely outrageous) just to get you to leave.

19 months and haven’t had my prescription filled smoothly. I switched to this cvs and the pharmacist was courteous and seems to have made sure I have a good experience. She double checked authorization and availability etc. going to pick up shortly...will update

It's an okay place to go for a snack run, I don't go here for medication so I don't know how they are in that department. The place is clean and has quite a large selection of different items and foods! The workers are nice also. my only complaint is some of the items are a bit pricey when compared to other places like Weis or Walmart.

Always low or out of stock on basic essential goods. I also asked about getting the covid-19 vaccine and I was stonewalled. Apparently no one knows how to schedule an appointment and they don't do walk-ins, although their website says otherwise.

1 person specifically in the pharmacy always gives me attitude when I tell her I get more than one medication. She has darkish brown or red hair and wears glasses. If I could switch pharmacy's I would. She's extremely rude everytime I come there and always gives me attitude. I'm bout done with this place and guna find a different pharmacy. I wish they would fire that person. Would really recommend hiring nicer people cvs, you'll loose alot of customers

Great selection of items. Pharmacy is quick and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because sometimes a cashier is not readily available and I've had to look for one. But that's not always the case.

Went to pick up prescription due to constant text reminders. Sat at window.... 3ppl inside pharmacy.... I Sat there for 5minutes no hello, we'll be right with you. nothing!!!Im changing pharmacies

This was my first experience with this location. I was calling and driving all over for an uncommon dosage amount I needed ASAP. They were super helpful and made sure I got the script filled very quickly

Love this CVS staff always seems pleasant pharmacy always asks if I have questions about my prescriptions and doesn't mind helping if you need to find something in the medicine isles.
