Groomer is very thorough and nice, always does a good job! Owner is very professional and clearly has a love for animals. Also prices are rather reasonable (compared to places like Petco or the like) plus she does a much better job than they would.

Took my two standard poodles to Sue's. We were traveling and wanted baths, but she had time to do full groom. What a wonderful end result on both dogs. So pleased. I highly recommend PLUS her prices are more than fair. Grateful heading back to AZ.

I have been taking my fur babies to Susan’s for a several years now. My girls away look outstanding when I pick them up. Susan and Jessica have the Westie and long haired Shih tzu cut down. I have happy girls going in and coming out of Susan’s. Both Susan and Jessica are easy going and I feel the pets there can feel this energy as well. It’s a good sign when your timid shih tzu actually jumps out of the car and walks in on her own to see the ladies who make her beautiful. It’s a place is perfect for my needs even tho now it’s a drive from Horseheads. It’s valuable to me because I know my girls are loved and cared for while they’re at the dog spa.

I have used Sue's services for nearly two decades. When Sue was still at the pet shop in Athens I took my beloved, but very hyper dog Hannah to her for nail trims and good baths. Sue was very patient with all of Hannah's drama for 17 years. I wouldn't take her (or any of my dogs) anywhere else. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Hannah.

Me and my husband took our two kittens here to get a bath and get their nails trimmed, and when we returned to pick them up and got home, the kittens already felt and looked so much better. We've never taken our babies there before(I'm more or less a new owner, my husband has had pets before) so when we dropped them off I was a little hesitant at first but we are pleased with the service that Susan has delivered, will definitely be coming back and will recommend! They did an amazing job on my malamute mix! He was a big baby at first so Sue let me walk him back and comfort him until he was comfortable enough without me by his side. These ladies had so much patients between him being a baby, a cuddle bug, and then being yappy when he wanted to go home. Like I said, amazing job!

Extremely kind and patient, my dog was done to PERFECTION! I have taken my moody dog to several dog groomers and SHE HAS NEVER COME OUT THIS NICE! NEVER! Ears done, nails cut done, and my favorite SHE WASHED HER AFTER THE CUT, SO NOT ONE HAIR CAME OFF ONCE SHE CAME HOME! Plus she smelled wonderful and was so so soft. I have definitely found our FOREVER dog groomer! THANK-GOODNESS, so happy. THANK YOU SUE!

Oh Lordy! Jalissa and Susan just saved the day for us. After another local establishment left him half groomed and scared, they took him in without an appointment and gave him the TLC that he needed to cheer him up. He was running around and smiling when we picked him up. No doubt I will use their services from this point forward and 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for someone to love on their pups and keep them handsome and happy.

We've been using Sue's for years now for a very "difficult" Pekingese. She does great with him, is so patient and he looks wonderful by the time she's done with him. Would highly recommend Sue's.
