My girlfriend and I came here for our COVID-19 vaccinations. Staff were very friendly and the store was neat and clean. Very pleasant atmosphere, would definitely recommend.

Went in with my mother on Friday, December 10th, so she could get her COVID booster and flu shot because the sign out front said walk-ins for immunizations were welcome. We waited about five minutes at the counter (no big deal) before a pharmacy employee walked past and said "So did you have a question or something...?"Moving past that singularly unpleasant greeting, my mother let her know she needed her vaccinations but did not have an appointment. The employee asked "So you DON'T have an appointment?" as though astonished we had the audacity to request a walk-in service at a place that advertises walk-in services. When my mother confirmed she did not have an appointment, the employee curtly responded "I can't take you." No guidance on how to get helped, just wanted us to leave. Note, while two gentlemen were checked in for shots, there was no line behind us and no one waiting at pickup, so it was not like we were interrupting a busy service counter.A simple "Hello, sorry we don't have any walk in availability for COVID boosters" would have accomplished exactly the same thing but wouldn't have left the negative impression. As it is, I can't imagine returning to this pharmacy when there are other options in town.

First of all, this location has the best Pharmacy Manager, Matt. He was able to assist me with all my vaccination needs when no other location or pharmacy was able to do. So accomodating and helpful. Heaven sent! He is the best!

I showed up at 5:30 p.m. with a prescription. the lady was so nice that she filled the prescription in front of me. Rite aid is way more professional than CVS pharmacy.

I have had a great experience for the past 4+ years with this pharmacy. You're prescriptions are filled quickly and if there is a problem with your insurance, they will go the extra step for you. Especially Kelsey. She is beyond wonderful and nice and usually knows you by name without ever having to tell her! I used to go to Walmart. NEVER AGAIN. I was given the run around by them almost everytime I went to pick up something and the lines at Walmart! Forget that. Go to a nice STRESS FREE environment at the Rite Aid on 1593 Elmira ST. You will feel as a valued customer and patient EVERYTIME!

1 horrible driveway I can loose my van in just one of the thousand pot holes2 waiting over 45mins just to pay for a script already done and rung up while he waits on others who's script wasn't even filled yet3 the doors are absolutely backwards n very dirty entrance way

Rite aid on Elmira St. Behind the burger king...was very net and clean. Didn't have to wait to check out and the girl there was very friendly.
