I stopped in today and was very disappointed with the customer service of the 4 workers in there. NEVER got greeted the ladies up front never acknowledged me just continued on with their personal conversation them they got one of the men to confront me which i proceeded to explain what i was working on, he commented that he does not work with wood . So I shopped around for like 2 mi . And was very uneasy as if I was some kind of ĝ criminal or just didn't fit their type clienteleI will neverstep back into their store and they had all kinds of neat stuff

Can always find what I need here. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. It's always amazing what they pack into this store and yet it's not cluttered feeling in the least.As they say "if you can't find it here, you probably didn't need it anyway!"

I was just there today 8/30. There is a wonderful tribute to the soldiers we just lost. It was so impressive. You wouldnt find that at Walmart or Lowes. Everytime I go there I find what I'm looking for and everyone is so helpful. A nice fella even carried my purchases to the car. We should be supporting our local businesses. The few extra dollars is well worth it! Thank you Horns True Value

If you were to read the reviews that I've done you would see that I only take time to comment when it's five star or one star. I just received a level of service at horns true value from a gentleman by the name of Bernie which will bring me back to his store again and again. I only needed a machine screw and a washer but was having difficulty fixing my item. Bernie kind of took over and in about 10 minutes he fixed my item!! and again the cost of it was less than the dollar. that's just fantastic service! Service that you will not receive at the big chain hardware stores like Lowe's or home Depot. I will be back! Thank you Bernie!

My favorite hardware store ever. This place has everything. Way more knowledgeable staff than a big box store. Oh yeah and I truly mean everything, toasters, tape measures, nails, shower caddy, grill accessories...... I could wander the aisles for hours!

I drive a power wheelchair and the unthinkable happened. It fell off the back of my vehicle and onto the road and we didn't realize it until we've gotten to the restaurant that we were going to have lunch at. We had to call the local state troopers and low and behold it was just down the road from where we were located but it was pretty banged up. I am devastated. One of the men at the local gas station told us about the true value located in South Waverly New York. We drove over there and my husband talked to someone in the store and he was able to help us find the bolt that was needed and get out the bolt that had broken off. He was very very kind but we did not get his name. We live in Arizona so I can't do business on a regular basis but I sure would recommend it to anyone.

Going into the hardware store is something that I don't often do. I am not someone who is good at "Do-it-yourself" projects, but I found a tutorial on the Horn's website and decided to give it a go. Going into the store I took the materials sheet that I printed out and showed it to an employee who took me around the store helping me pick up the necessary items and sharing some information on how to finish my project safely.Great place, highly recommended!

Excellent AWESOMETASTIC SERVICE and they had what I was l👀king for for my sweet 5year old grand-daughter. A child size REALISTIC wheelbarrow and watering can too!! If I could I would rate them, hands down , the best in a 50 mile area 10 🌟's!

True value was great when I went in the signs no mask no service HURRAY FOR THEM. They were very quick to ask if they could help me find what I wanted. I really felt safe. I will be going there again.
