Store is always very dirty and unorganized. Most products do not have price labels. Manager (Holly) is very rude, consistently. Profiling customers and accusing of stealing. Following customers around store, making inappropriate comments. Very unprofessional as a whole. Overpriced, nothing worth stealing even if you Needed to. Not worth the abuse, disrespect, and attitudes. Not a welcoming shopping environment. Definitely will not be supporting this store.

I'd give this store zero stars if I could. Stopped in quick for some candy, store is a mess and smells like pee. Random items all over floor, disorganized, shelves are not stocked. Lady who ran cash register was the absolute least professional I have ever seen in my years of dealing with/working for customer service. Lack of attire (she was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top) and openingly swearing to me about the girl that was before me, loud enough for her to hear. It's unfortunate because it's the only dollar store convenient to downtown Sayre. I probably won't be back.

The manager there is s absolutely awful. She kicked me out of the store because I spoke up when she was giving me attitude. She also closes early and opens late. What a joke.

If a zero was an opition that is what I would put. Being an employee in the customer service industry I was very disappointed in this store employees and management tonight . watched my sister have to drag her crying 3 year old who pretty much grew up in that store because the clerk has a problem with my sister over he said she said so they banded my sister from the store so asked her to leave in front of a full store .. Its the managements job to make sure employees can be profecianal even if they don't care for someone so poor customer service and poor management skills she has contacted Corp. And they said they the store had no right to ban her yet she was kicked out even when she told the male employee that tonight

Workers were loud and could be heard through out store yelling and using F-word. Store messy, disorganized. Didn’t purchase anything; couldn’t get out fast enough! It’s too bad because it really looked great when it was first remodeled.

Every time I’ve visited this store since Covid, I have had to ask the associates to put on or pull up their masks. Otherwise it’s a great store and very convenient to me, but they are losing my business and the business of my friends due to this.

Convenient and good prices . good place to go for a quick store run for those who arent shopping for a lot and dont want to wait for only 2 open registers at wal mart and such

I WENT IN TO THIS STORE AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00 TO GET SOME WATER. I wore a mask as Pennsylvania said. ALL of your associates were without mask. If they cannot follow the directions of the State , I will not be a shopper there again until the virus is gone.

I'm 57 years old got carded for cigs I have grey hair I look well over 40 and wouldn't sell me cigs what a crock never will stop there again
