I visit this store daily for cigarettes and such. I must say the choice to add an beer cooler was a piss poor choice by corporate dandy. The store is already limited for cooler space. As the other guy said there is plenty of places in this tiny town to purchase adult beverages and at a lower price.. If feel sympathy for the manager as she is a great manager and prolly had no say in the introduction of alcoholic to store.

They HAD the best french fries in the area, golden crispy perfection, but for some reason recently decided to trade those out for whatever bland chalky mush fries they are serving now. Then on top of that they get rid of ice cream and the other grocery products along the back wall to fill it with booze. No grocery stores on this end of town...but what we do have are 5 bars, just in this corner of town, and two beer distributors...we don't really need more beer over here. That's aside from them being the only 24 hour store left in the valley where you could get late night emergency items or do a middle of the night craving run. Nope, let's fill the coolers with beer that can't even be sold over night. Seems like the goal is to sell cold beer to drivers on the highway....which is an interesting choice. They've eliminated my reasons for ending up in their store.

Waited at counter for several minutes. When cashier finally decided to man her station, she felt it more important to turn her back to me and say nothing than to proceed with my transaction, or, at the very least, to offer a greeting. Retail is a super easy job; just stand there and be halfway pleasant. This is why employers don't want to pay their employees. That would never happen at a SHEETZ.

My sub was wonderful, I'm a little upset there was lettuce on it tho, I just wanted spinach leaves. It might have been because the computer thing was glitches, but I'm still a little mad bc i really didn't want all that lettuce.

The staff is fast and friendly, the sandwiches, burgers, onion rings and fries are all really good and the ordering kiosk is user-friendly! Surprised that a gas station can prepare such good fast food. (Though honestly, the shakes aren't that great.)

Very good customer service. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. They make some great subs! Be sure to check out the Philly cheese steak, it's one of the best. If you need a cup of ice, they will always let you have one for free. Bathroom is clean and you can use free Wi-Fi.

This store is hit and miss. Few workers are missing when you enter in the am and Constantly missing missing items and when asked about their stock or vendor they have zero clue. When neighbor stores stock the same items and keep them in stock. Now I drive to wilawana or nichols. Wish waverly was 24hrs. Been a customer for a few years. Now I’m going elsewhere.

Great place to stop, specially if you're on the road...Not only nice, clean, with options to eat here or just grab a snack to go.They also have Flyers of interest points in this region and clean restrooms, with diapers changing stations :)

I usually go into the store during 3rd shift hours so I can only rate what I know. Staff is very friendly and food is fresh and so is the coffee.

Why are they night time workers always so rude? I've seen them roll their eyes as they come up to wait on me. They never smile and barely say anything. Also they never card me for my cigarettes, I'm of age, but you might want to retrain them on that, I'm only 23 and could pass for 18.
