Came in earlier this week for subway and the employee didn’t speak one word while he took our order. Found out he had a mouth infection and his manger denied his time off (should be able to have a sick day for a mouth infection) Tried it again tonight and there was attitude from the employees on top of waiting 6 minutes to be checked out as the employees are standing around the office talking. Won’t be returning food is horrible.

I drive trucks and I try to stop by when I can. Not for the clean restrooms, not for the nice overnight parking they have for us, not for the friendly staff. Now all of those are also good reasons to stop. I stopped for the pickled Kielbasa. Just wish I knew when they restocked it. Last time I got the garlic one and it was really good. This time I got the regular it's not bad sometimes a little too spicy for me.

Deborah, a worker, was just incredibly rude in an aggressive way. I had a pricing question. The cashier answered it nicely. Then she came over with a raised voice. And continued to berate me in front of other customers. Spending over $200 to get yelled at doesn't make me want to come here again.

If Randy Williams is gonna hold a monopoly to the Valley's throat, he needs to have higher standards for his places of establishment. I'm tired of being cashed out by people who don't cover their mouth when they cough, not using gloves when I buy pizza (that's either rock solid, or soggy soft). Even though I'm the only person in the dandy at times they still make me wait 15+ mins on a 30min lunch for something as stupid not knowing whether mustard or mayo goes on a sandwich. Sheetz needs to move up to the valley already. Randy Williams must be letting his standards drop dramatically because the quality and consistency of this Dandy alone shows that, and if he actually cared about his business he'd focus on that. But instead he's scared to let other businesses into the valley. Be better or step aside.

I went into the dandy this morning the store was clean and well stocked,went to get drinks waited over 3 minutes walked over to see if I could get someone to find someone in the office walked back to the register to wait for her she never came out then another clerk came out and didn't acknowledged me she stayed in the subway area after about 3 more minutes another clerk came out to wait on me, we need to at the least acknowledge when a customer comes in and not ignore them.

I'm a trucker went in to get a sandwich from the subway inside. When presented with the ticket the price of the sandwich was $1.57 more than the menu price. I brought this to the attention of the sandwich artist and she said it was the tax. I reviewed the receipt and the $10.99 sandwich (as shown on the menu) was listed on the receipt as being $12.59+tax. I explained this to the cashier where you pay he said there was nothing he could do about it and threw the sandwich away after I told him I wasn't interested in purchasing it at that price. I am staying here for the night and won't be buying my 175gal of fuel here nor will I ever return to a Dandy and spend my money.

Awesome place to stop in at night! Very friendly night staff. The nicest lady named Cheri made me the most delicious subway that I have tried. And the guy Luk at the cash register had a good sense of humor. These guys created a very good vibe at the whole store. :))

Plenty of parking. All the standard Jim Dandy items in the convenient store. The bathrooms are disgusting. The walls are falling down patched up with junk wood blocks, filthy, piss on the floors, dirty sinks. It’s a shame to call this a truck stop with inadequate rest room facilities.

Stop here on a regular basis, the last 3 times I have had the worst experiences. The coffee was cold and not fresh, the milk, half & half, and french vanilla creamer were all empty. Today 12\29\22, the coffee station was filthy along with everything previously mentioned. When brought to the attention of the cashier was told "Then don't shop here." So I won't any longer.

Large truck lot, adequate selection of food for a convenience mart, and very friendly staff. The cashier, Cheri, went above and beyond in customer service. She was great at anticipating the customers needs and it was nice to carry on a conversation with her. Will ONLY stop at this truck stop if I'm ever in the area. Way to go Dandy!!!

In to buy beer on a Sunday for football and had the cashier that couldn't ring me out for alcohol go grab the other cashier who could cone back and tell me to wait 3 to 4 minutes while the one who could ring me out to finish her cigarette!

Stop here often, nice and convenient off I-86. However, the one cashier is always so rude, (short, dark haired guy, looks young) This evening it happened again, I cringe when he’s at the register because it happens every time. He reacted as if my request was an inconvenience and it was pretty obvious with the body language. Deep sigh, quick jerk when he grabbed the item and hit the register keys very hard to show his displeasure. Definitely not a friendly personality to have in a customer facing role.

Paved lot with plenty of room to maneuver your truck to a spot. BUT, bathroom has lacked toilet paper last five out of six times I've been there the last four months. Also, there is a Subway and their typical selection of gas station pizza or hot dogs and bagged junk food but that is it. No other place for miles. Basically, a good place to sleep or grab a drink. Just bring your own toilet paper.

I got Subway while filling up my car, and the employee, Jacob, was a pleasure to talk to while he made my food. He double checked everything I added, had a very positive attitude, and the sub was great! The woman at the register, Brooke, was a treat as well. Definitely recommended!

Lottery machine to pay out never works....hmm but the one that takes your money always does...dirty and really slow service. Third time in 4 days they cant pay out a 100 lottery ticket...or so they say...rude and not helpful at all
