I moved back to the area last year and the Saylorsburg dollar general was new and improved. Today I went into the store and myself having a rough day had to use a few different debit cards to pay for my purchase. The wonderful Girl Ariel was taking care of me ,with a smile and never complained. It was a great experience and made my day better. Thank you Ariel.

Manager harassed my family and I saying we were dumping stuff in their dumpster. Funny thing is there is more trash in the parking lot than anywhere else. Same manager stands at entrance smoking so you get a face full of smoke.My dash cam shows all we did was go shopping and left like normal people but since we parked on the side spaces she thinks it’s ok to harass my family. Will be following up with corporate and attorney general about this managers threats .

Great to know this Dollar Tree accepts fedex packages for drop shipment with a pre-Paid label.The associate accepted my package, sent me a confirmation email and that was it!.Thanks, Kayla for helping me with transaction. Sorry to interrupt your break. 🌼

this is the cleanest store I have been in. employees are friendly and very accomodating. they deserve to be applauded!

I enjoy the staff here! They are friendly and actually make me remember this location. I do not usually shop here often, but as of late it has become a store I prefer.It's a bit crowded in the aisles, but its better than the shelves and aisles being empty from lack of stock♡

Amazing! There was a long line and this lady was at the one register took like forever to pay. The Amazing thing was nobody on the line said anything about it and everyone just waited patiently. One of the things I love about Pennsylvania. The lady at the register was cheerful the entire time. Good peeps!

Great addition to the neighborhood. Awesome for quick essentials priced affordable, locally not 30 minutes away. Offer wide variety of products including food, personal hygiene, pet needs, households, toys, & more. Little bit if everything.

Ok for a dollar store. Not exactly the cleanest nor the most organized. When I asked to use the restroom, the customer one was out of order. The employee stated the employee one was out of order as well. So unless the employee was lying, that means there was no working bathroom in that building. Unless they have one in the back they do not let customers know about.

Nice to have a local DG. Just would love to see them have stock staff. They shouldn't have to be out stocking shelves while customers are on line. This is due to greedy owners Customers are stuck waiting on long lines because of the store being understaffed at all tines

We shop here multiple times a week, it has always been very convenient. Lately it's seems the selves are empty of common items for days. We have been going there for years and this was never the case. I don't know who manages this location but they need to get on the ball. It's not very convenient when your out of so many items for days on end.

The Manager that works on Wednesday during the day (3/18/2020) is very unprofessional. I witnessed her berating a customer for trying to purchase 2 packages of antibacterial wipes. I can tell you there was NO sign stating the limit of 2, while in line, the cashier told the customer, very nicely(and the way things should be handled) that she could only buy one, the customer was going to give the second container back and that is when the manager came walking over like a crazy woman shouting at the customer that she was being greedy and to save some for everybody else. I walked out without my purchases. I will NEVER shop there again! Apparently she was not trained properly to deal with customers...might want to stick her in the backroom doing stock! I will also be telling my friends and family to never go there...it's the Ignorant General......there are plenty of Family Dollars to go to...

Horrible experience overall. I was one of a long line of customers. I waited in line for 20 minutes, while the cashier "Dawn" loudly stated, "the customers in line are going to be mad at me, but I don't care." Atrocious reflection on the store, horrible attitude. The store needs to hire exceedingly better staff.

Everyone is helpful and very nice. There's one young lady that really inpressed me. I'm in my 70s and she told me if I need help with anything to please let her know. Her name is Gina. I think she's a very nice and helpful young lady. Thank You

Convenient, with a wide selection of items and extremely reasonable prices! My Dollar General has saved me from having to travel to the supermarket, Hardware, and even drugstore. Sadly the only thing they don't carry is fresh produce and diet Snapple! Oh well can't have everything - but very close!

This is a great store if you're on a budget it has everything you need at discounted prices. The aisles are a little cramped and sometimes the store is a little dim looking but overall it's a great shopping experience and you can save a lot of money by going here.

Jus walked in 12pm cashier was yelling at Customer. I asked the Cashier to pls not talk like that to the Customer. Today is March 27th 2021 12.pm. I went over and help the customer apply his DG coupons. Then walked out. Did not want to shop there until some other cashier appears. No manager in store at this time and day.

My daughter and I stopped by to grab envelopes and locked her keys in the Jeep. The Manger and the employees were extremely helpful and kind. We appreciate all of their help.

Always clean. And the managers are wonderful people, and the employees are always nice and friendly; we live down the road and its wonderful having this store so we dont have to drive 15- 20 mins to a grocery store just to get milk and bread.

If you need snacks, medicine, and other odds and ends and don't want to drive 20 minutes this is the place for you. Good selection, nice staff, weird customers.

Really needed nondairy creamer for my mom. It literally was not in the place I expected. Grabbed a substitute when I happened to mention I wanted something different. Staff went out of their way at check out to get me what I came there for. Super service!

I just started this year , going to this store.. lots of full blown random collection of everthing your looking for ..But didn't know it, but you can't have dollar in the name and not one thing be a dollar... literally the slogan on the streets is...Everything aRUOnd a dollar 🤭😉

I love Dollar general sometimes their prices are not on things which it is a Dollar general and not that expensive I get it but a little more organized to be awesome otherwise I love this store
