My husband and I are very grateful to Creature Comforts. We had our dog attacked by another dog last Sunday. They agreed to take us even though we are not local. Dr. Mary, Patrick, Julie and the staff were wonderful and fixed up our dog. We can not say enough good things about this Vet and the staff. Thank you so much!!!

Took my two young rabbits here (a 1 year old neutered male and a 3 month old intact female) for suspected snuffles. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and had never gone here before, they managed to get us in! They handled my rabbits wonderfully and were very informed and professional. Both rabbits are now on antibiotics. Their staff members are lovely, their office is very clean and welcoming, and they certainly know what they’re doing! I will be taking my rabbits here again!

Second time I’ve taken a pet bird in on an emergency. Dr. Karin was amazing and as always able to squeeze me in. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and treat my little cockatiel without hesitation. I’m extremely grateful for this veterinary hospital, the staff and especially Dr.Karin. I will only take by pets to them.

I am grateful that my girls Kitty Cat and Cheddar had the best care in the Lehigh Valley! Shout out to all of you! My girls lived wonderful full lives. Cheddar passed at 15 and last night my Kit Cat joined her. I can not thank the staff and Dr. Karen enough! You have been there for us for years and we will always remember the kindness and compassion you showed not only our girls but us as well. Once we have some time to grieve we will be back so you can all take care of our next family addition! Until then, know you are all angels to The Garlands ❤️

I called for emergency visit .right away they wanted 100 dollar deposit saying people don't show .in distress I gave the 100 dollars . I called back 10 min later to say I wasn't coming there had a friend vet meeting me ,they wouldn't return my 100.as a potential customer not a way to treat someone.i could see if I did a no show or hour later ..but 10 min later really???? After reading all the bad reviews and hearing the past situation there I'm glad I didn't bring my dog there .Nor would I ever refer them .All about the money !!

Wonderful Clinic!❤ I couldn't find help anywhere for my Guinea Pig Lou. He was very sick & needed help immediately. Creature Comforts saw him and I truly believe they saved his life. They provided Lou with antibiotics, vitamin C treats, an educational pamphlet with Fantastic information for Guinea pigs, and a special food he needed to eat through a syringe until he could eat on his own. They also provided the syringes. I was able to get on a payment plan as well. I will never go anywhere else for my pet's health care. Thank You So Much Creature Comforts!! Lou says Thank You Too!❤🐹❤

They saved my cat Pepperoni's life and helped me afford his care when he had a urinary blockage. After going to another hospital that cost 3x the money for a temporary fix, they did things the right way. Its been a few years now and weve been back several times for regular appointments. They are always there for you, they try to get you in asap, more affordable than most, and they are always so friendly toward me and my cat.

Super helpful at our time of need. Staff is friendly and very caring. They call me with updates on my dog Marley during his stay . Had an awesome experience with the night shift staff when I had to take Marley back for the second time in the same night for bleeding from a procedure. Would recommend going here for great pet care.

My 12 yr old was in ICU for 4 days. The staff were wonderful, providing twice daily updates, reviewing x-rays/labs and discussing options. My boy is now home on cardiac medications and his symptoms are controlled. He's smiling again and still enjoying life.

I had been there before when there were no exotic vets in my area a few years ago for my bunny and liked it there..I called with my bunny who was in statis. I called everywhere I could to try to get my bunny seen as soon as I noticed he wasn't rite. For people who are not familiar with statis it is an illnes that can cause a bunnys demise within hours.They had already told me they had no appointments but then spoke to my daughter and they told her they would take him in-between appointments if they can. We made the drive (they are an hour away) and waited in the parking lot for them to have time to see him. They did take him in quickly. They admitted him to their hospital and they treated him for two days after which he was OK to come home. . If it was not for the compassion of these people I know I would not have my baby anymore. I cannot thank them enough.

Everyone here was so helpful and amazing with our dog. When she had a weird episode in the middle of the night we tried to call emergency vets closer to home but every place was full and said they couldn’t give advice over the phone. The lady who answered the phone here was so nice and helpful, asking all the questions she could to figure out how to help us. I felt like maybe I was being over dramatic but our animals are our kids and she understood that and made me feel validated in my concerns, gave us some advice, and got us an appointment for the next day. Even in person, everyone was very sweet and helpful and thorough with the tests and checkups. They really show much they care about the animals they treat. Thank you from Pip and her humans.

My family and I just moved to the area and Creature Comforts was my first call. It’s very hard to find an exotic vet that takes rabbits, let alone one close to where you live, so I was extremely relieved and excited to find out that they could take my rabbit, as well as my cats. The staff there is very friendly and you can tell that they love their jobs and the work they do because it shows. The vet techs and Dr. Karin are the best. Great bedside manner, friendly and they know what they’re doing. They even let me come inside with my trifecta and be a part of their care and appointment, which was nice. Nice calming environment for pets and their humans and very reasonably priced. 10 stars. I found my vet for life.. thanks CC!

The staff that answers the phones are horrendous. When a pet is having an emergency and that’s the first thing you deal with, it makes a bad situation even worse. The owner goes along with it and backs her staff and lets them act and say whatever they want. They have a clause that indicates if a person is not sweet as sugar to the staff, they will no longer be clients. However, that demanded level of respect is certainly not given to clients; not even at the lowest level. If one chooses to go there with a pet, be sure to have the lowest of standards set because they are NOT going to rise to a level of good, forget about excellence.

The staff here really care about our animals, and they know what they’re doing! Also, they don’t charge an arm and a leg for services. I’ve been to many vets who’ve treated my animals poorly or just didn’t know what they were doing, but creature comforts isn’t like that! They’re very good with all of my animals, my big dog, small dog, and my pigs too! Definitely would recommend coming here over any other place in the area, even if it’s a drive to get there.

My cat had to have 12 of his teeth taken out due to infection. I was kept informed every step of the way. My cat is doing well now. I'm glad for all the staff. They were very knowledgeable and careing.

Highly recommend veterinarian! My bunny was sick on a Saturday evening. I called and they immediately saw him and after 4 days in their care, he came home all better!! I’m very thankful for their caring and very professional staff!

Do not go to this place. First appointment, minor issues - gave way too many shots, which made my mother's cat ill, and diagnosed her with a viral infection for what was very obviously an upper respiratory infection, so the cat suffered for two weeks before the second appointment where they finally gave her azithromycin for the URI. I told my mother to go to the vet in the first place for the URI so this was an annoying waste of money (we live in different states so I cannot directly handle all of this).Second appointment: they didn't write down my senior mother's appointment properly so she showed up and they had no record of the appointment. They apparently got a technician to do more shots (how many shots does a cat need? Seems like a money grab at this point) and do a microchip. Well, this guy inserted it WITHOUT ACTIVATING IT and then had to dig it out, traumatizing the cat beyond belief. The cat was bleeding all over the place and my mother didn't know what to do and actually let this guy do it again. She had to wait over an hour for the vet after that horrifying experience, who apologized and gave her a $10 discount (lol!) - this guy should not be touching animals. He apparently wasn't even new, just careless and terrible at his job. My mother's cat was shaking and panting and she didn't know what to do - I obviously would have left immediately after a full refund and additional money to have her treated at a different vet. The poor cat will obviously never trust her carrier or a vet's office ever again and of course they will never, ever go back to this horrible place. Train your staff! What a ridiculous experience that no pet or pet parent should ever have to go through!Other issue: they wrote a particular dose of medication on the prescription and then marked the syringe a different amount so who knows which of those is correct. I personally have zero confidence they even mixed the medication correctly at this point so who knows what the cat is getting.I told my mother not to go to this place due to bad ratings but it was less expensive than White Haven, the much better rated place. Well, less $ = poor service, obviously. We're obviously switching to White Haven immediately.AVOID.

I don't want to tell my story, it won't bring my baby back, but please never come here if you want to save your animal's life! Disgusting hospital, disgusting staff who only care about money and forget that they should provide HELP first! Read all the negative reviews and multiply by 100, it's all true! If I could give the highest number of negative points, I would give it all! How can you continue to work!!!!!!

Took my rabbit smores to this vet twice in the past 3 weeks first time they claim she was starting a gi infection but didn't need no medicine, they gave her Iv fluid and told me to take her pellets away and sold me food to give in a syringe till she was back to eating and drinking normally, so 3 days later she was doing better so I gave her back her food then this past Monday I left work early to take my rabbit back to vet bc she wasn't being herself I ask maybe she needs a antibiotic, they said no all she needs is fluids that I had to give her twice a day thur iv and syringe food with her hay,Friday I called asking for a sooner appointment before Sunday bc she looked like she was losing weight they gave me a appt for Saturday night, didn't offer me a emergency stand by appointment or anything Saturday morning we woke up to a dead rabbit my family is completely heart broken ,my kids talk ,play with this rabbit daily it was loved alot, we miss smores daily, please if u love ur animals don't go here they don't care about your pet all they care about is ur money this place should be closed down

Finding a vet for a reptile is a huge struggle for us. Finding a vet for a reptile that's willing to see our little guy within 24 hours on a SATURDAY and NOT charge us $200 just to walk through the door is IMPOSSIBLE for us. Or so I thought!I am beyond grateful for the care I received for my bearded dragon today (a Saturday!). The staff was super friendly, Dr. Karin was fantastic, and my guy is now on the mend. Many thanks!!

Creature comforts was the only Veterinarian that would take our cat when he was blocked. When noticing our cat was not urinating at all. We called all the vet's and emergency clinics around our area and after we explained what was happening to our cat we were told by them that, no "appointments were available" including our catsvet's office which referred us to Barton heights veterinarian emergency vet. Who said they only had one vet on staff? And that vet was not taking appointments because "he was in surgery all day?? We found out later from Creature comforts that our cat was hours away from dieing. Creature comforts, Which thankfully turned out to be an emergency vet care service as well, told us to bring our cat in immediately due to the serious of the situation. They kept him a couple of days, catheter, IV, and antibiotics. And, my cat is now doing amazing. He's all better. I couldn't be more thankful and grateful to creature comforts for their care for our cat and animals. They seem to be the only veterinarian's left that puts the animals well being ahead of all else.

After having been told my baby was dying (and was only in discomfort not pain) by a reputable vet, I took him to this vet (whom I've had an okay experience previously) only because I was distraught from watching him deteriorate. This vet chastised me for not bringing him to her because she "could have saved him" and that I had to leave him because "she could make him better". And then her staff took me into another room where they convinced me I needed to open a credit card to pay for his care. I paid $500 up front and agreed to a payment plan. He died in my arms in their ICU.....after a phone call to my office asking if I wanted him resuscitated...... This woman stole my last days with baby. I feel he died so quickly because I left him there. Instead of giving him and me our last moments together she decided to defraud me of my money. I objected to their extortion and offered to settle with them, but they sold my debt quickly just before their federal tax theft case became public. Make your own decision but I won't trust this place again.

My gf and i had to visit this place on new years day after another dog brutally attacked our greyhound. This place is open 24 hours and took us in and took care of our hound in this emergency. The techs and doctors are very competent and was able to control our very anxious, scared, and injured dog. We will definetly use this place in the future. The reason for only 4 stars is that they are painfully slow and overbooked. Plan to spend hours waiting.

We love this place, our pets have always been given excellent care. We have a difficult little dog with major anxiety & the staff is so sweet and patient with her which we're very greatful for.
