Had a Yellowjacket nest underneath our front porch so we called a few other places but Spectrum answered right away and gave an explanation of what they would do to remove this nest. Their technician was able to arrive the next day and explained what he was going to do and assured me that he would be able to take care of the problem and also explained they would stand by their work for 60 days. It’s been a few days and we haven’t seen any Yellowjackets. I would recommend them because they were very prompt and professional.Service: Bee extermination

Brian and his assistant came to our home both guys are so nice…..Brian answered every question that we had and he kept telling us that if we had any questions, issues, or problems for us to call the office immediately and they would back out. Brian made sure that he soaked outside the house and got every corner, crack, hole where we saw those pesky ants moving around from inside.Then he went to the basement and proceeded to take care of those nasty spiders!! Since then we haven’t seen a spider crawling, spinning a web, or taking on bait. Sure there might be cheaper places out there but are they going to answer all of your questions? I don’t think so … These people are best….Jim the owner patiently explained to me how to get rid of those nasty, nasty, fruit flies. He didn’t have to..he already sold us the year contract. But that’s how these people are. They want to make sure that you, us , the customer is 100% happy.So what are you waiting for….give a call you know it’s the right thing to do!Services: Spider extermination, Ant extermination
