I will say the place was clean, but not happy with the calls with them to get information about my Dog. It was very damp and dark in there, my dog was very laid back when he was picked up and is now on Antibiotics for possible kennel cough. My coworkers dog was there the week before and she was picked up with swollen feet and soars on her legs and they said they never noticed them. Unbelievable. Do not recommend this kennel.

When going out of town, I always took my lab to Summit Kennel. My lab had diabetes and Bob (the owner) was always willing to give him an insulin shot in the morning and evening for me.My dog has passed away but I was always very satisfied with the service at Summit Kennel. Bob was very personable and does take good care of your dog when you are away. I think you would be very happy with Summit Kennel, too.

I had my dog, Lily, stay at Summit many times when I visited out of town relatives. Lily was always happy to see Bob, and he took excellent care of her. He was always good about the pick up and drop off hours.Unfortunately, Lily just passed away. If I ever have another dog I will take her to Summit. from Paul

I couldn't be happier with the care that Sophia and Titan received under the care of Summit Kennels. Our kids were not happy that we were gone but, they received excellent care at the kennels. Very clean, I was impressed. Thank you so much for taking the time with our fur babies. We will return. Lenora

Bob is one of a kind. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and an all-around people person. Our family trusts our cuddly fuzzballs with this family. Bob also is very accommodating when it comes to pick-up and drop off times. A great local find!!!

Very nice man who runs it and definitely best prices he also got us in on a short notice our puppy had made new friends when we took him there it was so cute because he was kinda sad to say goodbye to them
