Top notch! In staff store is great, but specifically wanted to write about the awesome rental staff: always willing to take time to help understand my needs and figure out what's best for the job at hand. Very patient answering questions to help me schedule the right period of time for my jobs. Delivery staff is super helpful in getting us set up and answering questions. Always do a great job of picking up as well. They really treat you like a caring neighbor. Doing jobs (or watching my neighbor do them to help me out) is always stressful, but they really help make it easy to get what you need! Look forward to using them again in the next few weeks to finish up the project. Used them 3 times last year and this is a long overdue thank you!

Ever go to a major hardware store and can't find help, or better yet even "competent" help? This is the most professional, family friendly, helpful store with that rare hometown touch. I wish there were more stores like this. I have gone here for a long time, and although I'm not from this area originally, in all the places I've lived I've never seen a better staff at a hardware store. Kudos!!

My favorite place to go for home improvements. They are super helpful will go above and beyond to help you. I needed assistance with shark bites and the guy made sure I had everything needed for my project of changing my shower fixture.They have great selection and prices too.

Come here multiple times a month. Love being able to support locally owned business. May not have everything that Lowe’s or Home Depot may have but the employees are much more knowledgeable here than the big box stores. There is always someone to find what you are looking for or thinking of.

I love the selection at this little hardware store. It has all my needs for home repairs without the oversized inventory. I wish their weekend hours were later or I'd remember that I need something before they close. Either way I highly recommend this great store.

I called about 2 weeks in advance to reserve a 55' towable lift. I arrived at the specified date and time to pick up the lift. The young man working the counter hem-hawed for about 15 minutes before telling me they didn't have it and said it was rented to someone else. Apparently, the previous renter extended their rental & no one confirmed if it was rented to anyone else. While he was polite and observably nervous to deliver the bad news to me, he never offered to assist me in any other way or to make it right, nor did either of the two older gentlemen he went and spoke to, who I am assuming that at least 1 was the manager.  2 days of work to do, 3 guys off to do it, 48 man hours and no lift. I emailed them and their corporate office, no response.Fortunately, Kenmac Rentals bailed me out. Absolutely wonderful people. Good experiences at Rental Time as well.

Customer service you just won't get anywhere else! On more than one occasion, Mike and his crew at Sarver True Value has gone out of their way to make sure I got everything I need. They have always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm very glad to have this great store in our community!

The store was great. The rental area, not so much. Make sure they give you everything that comes with your rental. Two trips from Worthington to Sarver. Nothing makes a man happier than having to go back to get what wasn't given and then no sorry for the inconvenience. I had to ask if my husband could keep the rental longer.

I dont often stop here, even though I live in Sarver...for some reason I always forget it's there cause I usually dont drive that way. Every time I do go there though it's because the other places I shop don't have what I'm looking for (or they're too expensive) Every time I've gone the staff has been extra friendly and very helpful, offering to help me lift or load things into my truck for me without me even having to ask is an extra bonus! The prices are good too! Excellent customer service, keep up the great work!

I called out to reserve and rent a toolWhen I got there they said a part of it was rented out for a week. The guy got an ok to open a new tool and put it in service as a rental. Stellar customer service. They could have easily said sorry have a nice day but they didn't. I will gladly drive the extra distance to rent from them and shop in their store from now on.

I prefer to buy here instead of walmart. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, none of staff are wearing facemasks, and half or more of customers were not wearing them when I visited today, so be careful if you visit this store.

I brought my Husquvarna Saw in because the bolts broke loose and the muffler fell off. In our research. the guys at that Rental desk couldn't find the year the saw was made. They offered to order the original screws even though they were not a Husquvarna dealer.Matt (at the Rental desk) didn't just give up and tell me to "find a Husqvarna Dealer", Matt assisted me. I never got the impression that it was a bother for him to assist me. He simply walked me over to the screws, found a screw that fit (that in itself was difficult) and then proceeded to help me attach the muffler on to the saw in the back of the shop.Additionally, Matt didn't make me feel like a "weekend warrior" who had no clue about tools.I just want to say, employees like Matt, who put the extra effort in their job, make small town businesses thrive. And after searching high and low for someone to help me out with that saw, it felt good to end the day at your local store.I also wanted to give a thank you to the assistant store manager who was at the store. He assisted in getting me to Matt and also was helpful.

Great local hardware store that carries an assortment of pretty much everything you need for doing projects around your house. In addition they have a rental side that has an assortment of equipment. Friendly staff as well.
