We have been coming here for a few years now, and SAH has always been very patient with our beagle/lab, Henry. The facilities are always clean. They are upfront about the cost and time needed for any procedures. Every staff member I have interacted with (in-person and over the phone) has been absolutely great! The team there always seems to be running smoothly and on the same page.I do appreciate that we still wait in the parking lot before going straight to an exam room since my dog is a LOUD crier. It gives me more time to walk him outside to help calm his nerves.Appointments are usually scheduled a few weeks out, but they always send an email reminder when a booster or checkup is due in the upcoming months so that I have plenty of time to call.

We love bringing our dog to sarver animal hospital! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and efficient! I love that they call after an appointment to make sure our dog is doing okay with the shots etc. We’re so thankful to have such a wonderful place to care for our doggo!

Can’t say enough about how great SAH is!! They were super helpful with me when my boy was a puppy any time I had a concern, and they’re always friendly when you call. My boy loves going and the entire staff just goes crazy for him (he reciprocates the love). They always check if you can afford treatments and try to give a cheaper alternative if you can’t afford something. They even accommodated my parent’s dog who’s old and has really bad anxiety about the vet, and let us send pics of a wound on her leg so we didn’t have to stress her out too much! I love this vet so much and I’m so thankful for all they’ve done for us!! ☺️

The staff at Sarver Vets started caring for our beloved Duke when we moved to Freeport in 2015 he was 3 & a half. They have always been so loving & professional. Duke was our anxious fur baby GSD that went everywhere with us, and the staff always took great care with him. Unfortunately our hearts are broken, having had to send Duke over the rainbow bridge about 3 weeks ago after DM took its toll. Dr Milligan, Dr Lee & especially Jill we’re right there with us. They all came in to say goodbye to Duke & let him know what a good boy he was, & stayed with him afterwards - Duke hated being alone. It’s been really tough the last few weeks without him. The staff mailed us a beautiful card with individual condolences written in it from all the staff & a beautiful memorial chime with Duke’s name. We also picked up Duke’s ashes & paw print which the staff took care of for us, & we put them in his favorite spot - looking out his window. Larry & I can’t thank them enough for being there for Duke & for us.

Expensive and they push overpriced over the counter products without telling you that you can buy it for half the price on Amazon. They recommend unnecessary testing and they try to shame and guilt you into doing it. Will not return.

Wonderful, had to have my dog euthanized, and my regular vet of many years couldn't "fit me in". I called them and they took us in. Wonderful, caring and compassionate! Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!!👍

This was my first visit and it was impressive. Jaysa the Vet Tech was patient, informative and sweet. Doctor Lee was just as amazing with my fur-baby Abbie. Pricing was on point and I was happy to pay it. Facility was clean and they had pride in their workplace. It was refreshing to see. No complaints!

Moved to the area recently and we've been so fortunate to have Sarver Animal Hospital close by. The vets and vet techs have been great with both my dogs. They recently helped treat my pit bull's skin infection and allergies -- not only has she made a complete 180, but she seemed to really love going to her checkups. When your dog actually gets excited to go to the vet, you know they're doing something right! :)

Dr. Milligan and the staff (all of them) are amazing. I lost my Elliott unexpectedly 2 months ago. I can’t tell you how sympathetic and patient they were. It was the worst week ever but they were right there loving my boy and doing what they could for both of us. Thank you for taking care of him and always treating him like he was your own. I rescued him from an abused situation so he was a special needs boy but they won him over with patience and kindness. Thank you for giving him the best care for the 5 yrs we were blessed to have him in our lives 💙

I appreciate how patient and understanding both Dr Milligan and the techs are with any behavioral issues my pets may have. They also always do their best to fit us in for unplanned issues outside of our regularly scheduled appointments. Dr Milligan does her best to treat whatever she can in her practice, but also willingly refers us elsewhere when necessary. Having trust in your vet is of utmost importance and I appreciate that we can count on her for honesty.

I took my injured poodle to Dr. Milligan today. This was the best veterinary experience I've ever had. It started when I called. The person who answered the phone seemed to really care that my pet was not feeling well. When I got to the office, I was immediately taken to an exam room and the doctor was 5 minutes early. As a health care provider, this is great to see. I wasn't pressured on services and the doctor took a very conservative approach to helping my pet get well. Everyone seems genuine and you could tell they cared. I recommend this veterinarian to everyone.

Had a emergency with my cat and my vet didn't have a opening that day. So they referred me to saver animal clinic. Got her right in the day i called. I was not sure bc I love my vet but my cat had to have help that day. Turns out they are wonderful people who took great care of my cat. Very caring toward animals and you.

I don't know what we would've done without Dr. Milligan! She & her staff are so caring! I wish Dr's for humans cared as much as she does! They call & check up on their patients after each visit to make sure they are recovering from their illness & or check up! I feel so blessed to have found her!!

We have taken both our mini fox terriors to Sarver Animal Hospital and let be real clear I would never go anywhere else unless they pointed me to somplace that they trusted.The Dr and all the staff are so carding and explain all they can and treat our 2 little girls like we do with care concern and tons of TLC,this group of office workers tech's and the Dr are Truly a GODsent.And if they have to send any test out they will tell you how long it will take and they call you as soon as they get the results.The biggest thing we like is the honesty they have and the choices they give you if you only have so much money to work with like which tests would be more helpful if you can't afford the more expensive one. Look I understand people say vets are high priced but my dogs are my kids so for me I want to give them the best care,sometimes we give up things we want ,to make sure are little girls get what they need to keep them healthy and happy and with us as long as the good Lord wants us to have them,because they are Truly a blessing from God. So bottom line Sarver Animal Hospital Deserves 10+++ Stars not just 5 stars.

I just had my first visit there, and I must say, I LOVE it there. The staff is super friendly and gently with all the animals. And oh boy, treats galore!! Happy to have such a friendly place to go so close to home.
