I’m 75 years old. Have different pharmacies over the years. After 8 years using The Giant Eagle Pharmacy at Buffalo Plaza, Sarver, I had enough and changed pharmacy to Saxonburg, PA. I won’t waste the reader’s time detailing the many times of poor service, delayed filling of meds, rude employees and wasted trips to pick up meds that were not available for another 24 -36 hours.

To the lady who was rude to my elderly mother ........ I don't appreciate it !!! She could not take her vaccine after she filled out paperwork..... and you lectured her on the cost .... I am in the medical field also ....... it's called patience ..... YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THRU ! Show some kindness!

I was waiting in line. My son’s order had 5 more minutes. Made me drop out to wait on others. That was an hour after it was called in. Another person was there when I received my son’s was ready. They took the time to adjust all of her billing while I waited. The to top it off, someone came to the drive through and the other associate ran right to the window. I spoke to the pharmacist and he said if I don’t like it there to go somewhere else. I guess he is right.

Our family of five got our flu shot at the pharmacy. Not only did we get $25 towards groceries, but our pharmacists took the time to make our kids feel comfortable and made the experience as painless as possible. I was so impressed with her kindness!

Just waited in the drive thru at this location for HALF A HOUR. There were just 2 cars ahead of me so I don’t know what took so long. The waits at this pharmacy are always incredibly long. They’ve mislabeled prescriptions and given me generic when my dr specified a non-generic med. If you have another pharmacy that’s convenient for you, GO THERE

This area needs another pharmacy. The Giant Eagle pharmacy always has a line, inside and at the drive thru. My mother is on multiple meds and they always forget one of them and then I have to come back and wait in another 45-minute long line. The store clearly doesn’t care, and pharmacy customers are a low priority for them.

Absolutely AWFUL. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Mumbling when talking to you. There is ALWAYS an issue EVERY-TIME I pick up. I used to use this pharmacy and moved away for a few years.. I decided to give them a try again since it’s the closest pharmacy since I have moved back. What a mistake. ZERO stars.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the folks at this pharmacy. I don’t know where all the negative reviews are coming from but I’ve been helped in a timely manner with nothing but respect from these guys, every time!

The app says they are opened till 8pm drove all the way there and they are closed 7pm. Don't like the new drive through, takes to long and the card reader never works right. You got sign with your left hand.

Drive thru pharmacy is soooooo slow. Sat for 20 mins today before anyone even said a word to me. Not good customer service.

I absolutely dread coming to this pharmacy but there is nothing else in the area! They are slow, rude, and insensitive. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs, if you can!

There is a group of us school bus drivers that frequent the Cafe every weekday morning and although we live the sun....the Cafe needs some blinds on the windows because it is so sunny, it is difficult to sit at the tables.
