Dollar general is a nice store. They have just about everything you need. I like the products too. The prices are reasonable as well. What bothers me though, in every single store in this particular chain in my area, the isles are overcrowded with items and you can't get through. It looks messy and unkempt. It's also a safety hazard. My suggestion is to always remove ladders during working hours. Create a better shelving display so that items aren't on the floor and customers can actually view the products. What frustrates me the most is when I'm waiting and calling out for a cashier to help check me out. I also don't like when employees get snippy. I understand they get understaffed but you don't take it out on the customers. I believe one cashier should stay behind the counter at all times. Finally, never disrespect an employee by chastising them in front of customers. This causes humiliation with your employees and it makes management look bad. If you have an issue, wait until you have a free moment and take them to a private place where you can calmly explain what it is they are doing wrong. It's not very professional to lose your cool with an employee in front of customers. That is just poor work ethic.

Manager is always friendly! They aren't always at the counter to check out right away, yet I always know they're at least working and putting stuff away. Much better than the one in Sarver on 356 these days.

I like where this store is located you almost drive past it... but it's never busy so I can get in and out fast.. really nice service seems to always have employees with good attitudes.

same good deals as all the other dollar general stores,the store sign is hidden by trees and should be closer to the roadi almost drove past it because of that

Witnessed a female employee being harassed by an older male employee. I said something but I'm not impressed with the management of the local DG stores.
