We will never be back we said before we wouldn't go but after today NEVER AGAIN. We went through the drive through of course they didn't have supplies for blizzards again. We order a meal and a small blizzard we were the only ones in line waited for ever finally get food start to pull away and noticed no blizzard. Went right back and told them we didn't get the blizzard they said since we didn't have a receipt they couldn't give us one we weren't even asked if we wanted a receipt. This place sucks I would have given no stars if able to

I went there at seven o’clock pm, so it wasn’t like we were there late. The workers were being rude and made it feel like whenever we asked for another item we were doing something wrong. Also we paid for a Royal Rocky Road blizzard and a order of fries and we didn’t get either of those things when we opened the bag.Very disappointed in this event!

I love this place and would give it 5 stars if there was a seperate line for buying "take home" ice creams and cakes. Sometimes the food line gets long and even though I'm glad to see them busy, chances are I just went grocery shopping and decided to bring home some Buster Bars and it's just not in my time budget to wait 15 minutes. I like their food and the employees are always real nice.

4/25/23 8pm Rude girl at the window, I ask for my receipt and she shut the door on me. Fried shrimp and fries were under cooked. Young kids joking and dancing around , it's a shame they can't do there jobs. 25 bucks for food that wasn't that good,should of went to BK. Should of ordered ice cream the food was to hard for them.

I only recently tried the DQ burgers and I don't know why I hadn't before. I think they are a closely held secret by those in the know. They are super good. And the lunch specials are awesome. Seriously can't be beat. Traditional fast food options are more expensive and not as good...and don't come with icecream. We all know the icecream is great. Not sure why I was in the dark about the food for so long!

Used to be good but lately getting my order wrong every time. Just came from there. I ordered a quarter pound grillburger with everything. Got a double cheeseburger with just cheese.Last time I ordered a burger with no cheese for someone but it came with cheese.Ordered a banana split blizzard which is supposed to have chunks of fruit in it, not purreed like a smoothie.Tried to call to tell them and you can't even leave a message. It just tells you to call at another time. Really. Bad customer service.

I'm a DQ fan so In stopped on my way into town. First time at this location. First the service was awesome, friendly and fast. Second the food was probably the Best DQ I ever had, I appreciate the simple care they provided. Third my damn blizzard was amazing. Thank you guys and gals.

Ordered 2 chicken bacon sandwiches. When I got home 20-30 minutes later.. I find out there is no chicken on the sandwiches. When I called, because they were closing, they only offered to post my name at front and back window so when I come back they will give me 2 sandwiches. Really. I just want my money back!!

I got the new raspberry brownie bliss blizzard. It was so disgusting, I only ate a few bites of it. The brownie pieces didn't even taste like brownies. Definitely would not recommend.

I don't like to give five to anybody but this is an exceptional dairy Queen. They're not perfect you'll understand you get what you pay for I think a little bit more

Small place,food wasn't the best. Remind me of high school food. Employees were nice. It was relatively clean. If you are going north on 356 you have to turn at the light and go all the way around the back to get in.

They need to stop putting the burgers (With everything on them) in the microwave.. my lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and condiments, are all steaming hot. I stopped eating their food years ago because of this. Thought I'd give it another try years later. They haven't changed. If you want a fresh DQ burger, go to ANY other DQ..

The highschool workers need to learn how to give equal portions in meals. I always have a different amount of food everytime I go and sometimes I feel like I don't get my money's worth. Would give a 5 star if this can get addressed.

Drive thru is slow. Service is slow. You dont get what you order. My biggest complaint is if you order food and ice cream in drive thru they give you the ice cream first and its melted by the time you get your food.

Burger and fries were barely warm. Sent them back. The second ones were no better.so much mustard it was dripping out. Will never visit this DQ again

I usually order a vanilla cone dipped in cherry at DQ's and this location seems to give the biggest portions out of all the Grill and Chill locations in the surrounding areas. That's a win in my book.

Very unsatisfied we go there atleast twice a week its been getting worse very little toppings on the sundeas, cups weren't full, milkshake half mixed, ice cream and toppings all over the sides had to wipe them off myself before they even went in the holdersNot happy

The ice cream is ok. The staff always leaves the lights out on the menu board and the side of the building, well after it gets dark outside, giving the appearance it is closed.
