The 2 for $7 is a good deal. I love the roast beef sandwich, but it could have been warmer. The service was excellent. She was confident and knew the menu. You could tell she was experienced at her job. I would recommend it.Wheelchair accessibility: It is available.

I pulled to the drive through and I was cut off multiple times by the employee as I was trying to tell him my order. I pulled to the window and kindly explained to the kid that he should let the customer finish saying what they had to say before interrupting. He told me that he couldn't hear me. I told him to communicate that through the speaker to the customer in question. I proceed to hand him my card and he snatched it out of my hand. He hands me my food but with no smile and doesn't say a word to me. He hands back my card as well.I'll chalk this up as the kid was having a bad day since the manager was handling the orders and he was the cashier.

Haven’t been to Arby’s in over 10 years and wouldn’t have gone to Arby’s If it wasn’t for this new devil dare challenge which is a new spicy chicken or smoked brisket sandwich . So let’s talk about this Arby’s, it’s new location so I thought to myself the staff might not have it together which they did. I ordered 2 sandwiches at a order of 5 mozzarella sticks and it came out to be $27. Before going to this location I saw on the Arby’s website that the sandwiches were $5.99 each so I asked them for the price in which they said they where $9.99. A little bit shock at the price, I went home and tried to the sandwiches. They were decent for fast food, not spicy enough for me but not worth $9.99. Don’t understand why they are $3 more at this location but totally not worth it. Won’t back anytime soon.

Just opened and food was good . And the gyro was on point ! The Rubenwas good as well . Fries were hot the other food warm to cold . Portions of the food could be a lot better very little meat in the beef and cheddar. Hopefully as they are open long things will improve. The staff was Friendly and the service was not bad it's drive thru only so exact a wait . For me the line moved fairly quickly but I do have patience

I worked here from 2 January ‘22 to 18 March ‘22. The staff, including managers, are racist and anti-semetic. One shift manager made several inappropriate comments towards me including calling me fat. The assistant manager continually verbally abused the staff including calling us ‘worthless’. If you complain about food they deliberately over cook it. I could go on and on about what an awful environment this is not only for the customers, but the staff as well.

I had to edit my previous review.I was missing a main item from my order today. I called and my options were to get it another day, come back to get the item now or come back for a refund.I opted for the refund and went back through the drive thru.At no point did anyone say, "Hey sorry about that." It was honestly a pretty icy reception. That was surprising given that I was not rude about it to the employees.If they didn't mess up the orders, they wouldn't have to deal with people coming back for refunds.On top of all of that, I had to wait a long time to get my food in the first place and it seemed like the employees were playing around with mops instead of working.Judging by other recent reviews, it seems like management has to be aware they have a problem and do not care to fix it.

Terrible service. Since when does a Roast Beef Restaurant not have any beef ready to serve especially at dinner hours?? Went there late yesterday and was told the roast beef wasn’t done cooking. It would be a 15 minute wait. No problem we said. After 25 min. and still no food being brought out I went in to check. The manager said I am sorry it will at least another 15 minutes, what?? No way We had groceries n the car and we were done waiting. He did return my money and we left with nothing to eat! Don’t lie to your customers about their food waiting time. Twice before they have given us the wrong fries and sandwich. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more, we are done with this place.

Was the only car in the drivethru. Waited 20 minutes and was handed a bag of food that wasn’t ours. Had to go inside and waited another 25 minutes to get the correct items, that were cold and bland. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Workers were all very young and very unhygienic. Disgusting and aggravating experience. Must be extremely hard to hire competent people.

This is honestly the cleanest restaurant/fast food place that I've EVER been to. We weren't even in there for 5 minutes. We ordered, then the food got there in less than 1-2 minutes. The workers were so nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend eating here. Very cheap and reliable.

The worst Arby's I've ever visited. Went there during lunch rush and was the only one in the drive thru. I now know why. The staff here do not know what they're doing. I'm not sure if the lady who took my order and money at the window even worked there. She was wearing some NRA hoodie with rifles. Couldn't tell the difference between curly and crinkle cut. Couldn't tell the difference between small and large. It was a surreal experience.

The food was good. Bread was very fresh. Sandwiches are huge!My only complain is after we went through the drive through we pulled over to check our food. We were missing a sandwich. We went inside to get our sandwich, which was sitting there, they forgot to put it in the bag. The person that waited on me just handed me the sandwich. He didn't say sorry or anything. He could have been nicer about it.

ORDER ID: AADHGKN2AGA2 3/6/2022 2:28:20 PMordered2 half pound RB and 2 large fries and a order of poppers. Got 2 small (2 FOR 6) RB with dried out buns 2 half orders of cold fries. The poppers were the only thing hot. Asked for 4 packs a mayo twice. And didn't get any and no napkins. Sat at the order station for 10 min before even moving. So hard to get good help. Paid 23 bucks and got the 2 for 5 and cold food. Where is the management at this place. New employees need guidance and the customers are paying the price. Teach your cooks to close the buns up so they don't dry out.Need better Management.Stopped by again and orded fish and fry basket and when I got home they were not cooked enough. How hard can it be to cook fish and fried till they are brown. Again piss poor management!

I'm only giving this a three because the staff were very pleasant. Otherwise, this Arby's would of gotten a one. The food was an entirely different matter. I started to eat almost as soon as I left the drive through. The mac and cheese was a gelantious mess. It was just barely warm and appeared to have been sitting around for awhile as it had congealed.The beef and cheddar sandwich was cold. The bun was hard. You could almost see the meat on it (it was the single size). Cheese sauce was like a teaspoon full if that. Very disappointed. Finally what happened to handing out napkins? There were none.

Omg went to Arby’s last night after movies. Decided to eat in so went inside and placed order and paid. We sat next to couple that was also waiting for their meals. They finally got their meals 22 minutes after placing their order. We saw several people come in after us and place orders and got their orders. So after 30 minutes waiting we decided maybe we should go to counter and check. The same guy we order our meals with waited on us again and said what do you need. Out meal of course. So he proceeds to look for order. He comes back with your order was lost. Like it was no big deal we sat for 30 minutes waiting. By this time we were so upset we said just give us our money back and we left. This is the second time at this location we had poor service, and poor meals. So very disappointed.

I should have looked at the reviews before I went. Haven't been to Arby's in years ! And will probably never again. I spent way more then I would anywhere else, but I thought hey it's something new. Arby's really lost at this location. Food looks like something my 4 year old put together, I didn't really have any meat in my sandwich, huh go figure 🤦🏻‍♀️. They forgot one meal item as well. I wish I didn't give them the benefit of the doubt, but that's my fault. They all need to be re-trained except for the order taker. Usually when a place is newish..... they should be trying to make a statement ya know. Oh well. Hope you guys improve. Best of luck

We LOVE Arby's the gyros are excellent!! So happy the Sarver one is now open. We can come into the dining room.I did have one problem. When we when to set down. The table had salt/sugar and the seat had crumbles on it. I used my hand sanitizer and a napkin to clean it off. The bathroom wasn't awful but could have use a freshen up. The time we sat down and finished eating no one came out to wipe off any tables or look at the bathrooms.There were plenty of people in the back kitchen area. I of course don't know what you need to run a fast food establishment but I would think someone could have cleaned the tables.

First time going there, drive through wait was rather long w/only 3 cars ahead of us. Employees very friendly. Ordered 2 roast beefs, 3 buffalo sliders, and an order of chicken strips with curly fries. Was annoyed when we got home that the order of chicken strips was missing so one of us didn’t eat, and the roast beef sandwich that I opened to eat had so little meet on it and it looked super old/cold and disgusting, that after the second bite the meet wouldn’t even bite off, that I just wrapped it back up and didn’t touch ether of them, sliders were ok, curly fries were warm as I ate them on the drive home. What sucked is that there’s no phone number on the receipt or on the website/internet to even call them to let them know, so if I ever do go back “not for a long time, if at all” that they could replace the missing meal items so I have never wrote a review before but since I couldn’t call the store just wanted to reach out here I guess. Hopefully give it a few months to work out the kinks before I feel like having an Arbys roast beef sandwich again

Needs new management. Employees were slow. The one was literally blowing up a balloon as people were trying to order. I could hear them complaining that they didn't want to serve the drive thru customers. They weren't even busy. Just go to Burger King next door.

45 minute wait in the drive thru. I get it, and this is a new restaurant in Calimesa. The girl in the drive thru was very nice. The food...my God the food was horrible. I spent $67.00 on a family of four. They forgot one of my child's kids meal and my wife's wrap. This isn't a little cheapie McDonald's cheeseburger, it's a $7.00 wrap and my one of my kids didn't get their food. The curly fries were ice cold, along with all the food. Absolutely horrible. If you are going to an Arby's, go to the one in Redlands. Again, horrible.

For a new Arby's, everything was great, service, appearance, fresh food. However, the portion size left a bit to be desired. This was the smallest double beef and Cheddar I've eaten and my wife's was the same.Parking: The lot and drive thru line are laid out oddly. Just be careful walking across the lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Meets all ADA requirements.
