I recently stopped in to return an item. The young man at the counter was friendly . He asked if there was anything else I needed today and when I told him what I was working on, he walked around with me looking at different options I could use for my project. He was very knowledgeable of the materials I was working with. I was nice to actually go to a hardware store and have a person ring up the sale instead of being forced to a self check out!

Great people. Great store. Older guy at the counter that gets negative comments is VERY knowledgeable on most subjects and I have NEVER had a problem or issue with him. When people post negative comments about other people and single them out there is a real possibility it just may be the poster.

The selection and amount of products available here is larger than I thought it would be. They have almost everything you'd find at a big box store. Bill may be "prickly" at times, but I agree with another reviewer that he is *very* knowledgeable and has helped me find things or explained things to me, which I appreciate.

This not the first, but will be the last. I am really annoyed about my experience today. We bought a fair amout of stuff including paint that I asked him to shake up, he didnt, nor did he give us any stirring sticks. He is an older guy that is consistently rude, and condisending. He looks at you like your dumb when you ask questions and gives sarcastic answers. I dont know if it is because I am a woman, or if he is just not cut out to be working with people, but I am over it. We just moved here and wanted to give our business to them as opposed to a big box store, but it looks like that's not going to happen. Lowes and Home Depot here I come.

The place has a decent amount of stuff, maybe a little pricey but you pay for convenience, the manager , Bill, I think, is a Richard Cranium, big f'n time, rest of the staff great

Customer service is greatly lacking. Older guy at the front desk is very rude to customers. I rather drive to a Lowe's in Greensburg or Indiana. The Stanford in Holiday Park is also a good choice.
