Our first time there and we were treated badly by both an employee on the floor whom we ask for help and the cashier. We are renovating a house in the area and planned to frequent this hardware store, but it seems it may be worth the drive to LaVale if we are this much of a botherhere.one

Place has what ya need but on the pricey side compared to some other places if u need something quick though it's nice where say the competitive places are further away. Still over all nice place just do ya research first pricing.They also blame you for stuff you don't do wait till months down the road to tell you... Rediculous..

Talk about taking advantage of supply and demand issues due to covid. We were quoted via phone $15.05 per deck board and once my Husband drove 40 minutes to purchase 39 boards, price went up to $16.12 per deck board. I couldn't believe price of each board could go up that much within 3 hours so we contacted the Manager who basically stated "that he cannot control lumber prices". Poor business practices. Shopping at Lowes and Home Depot going forward!!

We purchased Anderson window almost 10 years ago, and we are having issues with them. Called Salisbury Builder last year and they stated we need to put a dehumidifier in the room where the window are collecting moisture and ruining the woodwork. Call again and stated that all the window are collecting moisture and they recommend the dehumidifier again. I do not know why we purchased expensive Anderson Window's when it seem that their is always a reason not to contact the Anderson Window department regarding our warranty. I did tell Salisbury Builders that are big picture window also may be loosing gas because it is cloudy and they did give me a number to call. Thank you for getting me the Anderson Customer Service phone number. But, I would not recommend expensive Anderson Window.
