Got a hot dog and a Peanut Butter milkshake. The hot dog was lukewarm, and I asked for an extra scoop of Peanut butter, but still tasted like a vanilla milkshake with a hit of pb. The lid also popped off my shake, wouldn't stay on. Asked for a new cup, but couldn't give me a lid. It spilled in the truck. These new cups are very cheap and crush easily when holding them.The service was to be expected, training new people, which I was ok with.

A friendly little ice cream shop in the middle of a quaint town. It is well worth stopping and paying this place a visit. They have flavors galore and the staff is super friendly. They really love dogs. It was definitely the highlight of the town.

This place is pretty awesome. We found it while passing through. The foods they offer were very tasty and of a high quality with very affordable pricing. However they are closing for the season on October 25th and will reopen in the Spring. We will definately revisit this gem!

Not a big fan of the staff, witnessed a manager named Kristina screaming at two or three young teenage employees to “work faster” and very rudely told one girl to get her “act” together (except she didn’t say “act”). But they were doing a fine job other than seeming a bit lost or confused probably due to the lack of training they received. It’s a shame their managers would rather sit around and power trip teenagers than actually teach them how to do their job. You can’t hire these kids and expect them to be perfect. I tipped the poor young employees well, but I’m not ever coming back here.

If you are in Saegertown or just driving past, you need to stop here. The ice cream had good flavor and so thick it didn't melt as soon as you got your cone. When the ice cream did start to melt, it was creamy and not watery like many ice cream chains are. The flurry had the perfect amount of candy and flavor, and was also thick. Highly recommend stopping here!

This is also a great place for a quick meal or snack. The prices are fantastic as is the customer service. I was also excited they added Dole Whip to their menu, since I can't take part in all the ice cream. It was amazing and we will definitely be going back soon.

Great soft-serve ice cream, especially the different weekly special flavor. They also have several hard flavors. The food here is also good and very inexpensive. It's best to phone order if you don't want a long wait for food.

The food was poorly made hamburger was horrible my kids hamburger didn't taste like real beef .. my fish was over Cooked had bones in it they just use cheep food and sell it at premium prices 3 Burgers and fish sandwich Small ice cream cones was over $60 and wasn't worth it could have gone to golden corral for same price as that and been full and had as much ice cream as my kids could have eaten. Really bad experience sorry I used to love the place years ago they lost sight of the quality of the food

I used to come here often and enjoy the food and service. The employees are great! My only concern is the price being charged isn't consistent, especially on the hot food items. It's higher or lower than the previous time, for the same item. It's probably because of the newly hired help. The counter people are friendly but they need to learn the pricing structure so that their customers aren't caught off guard. But I'll always keep going back.Update:They opened February 26, 2022… and of course, as always, they were busy even though it was cold outside. Great place.

My wife and I have been coming here since we were children. It is still a joy now as it was then, the staff are friendly and polite. In this ever changing world, some places keep their originality! The subs are great👍👍

I love this place! They are open before and after the other ice cream stands seasons. And boy do they know how to properly make a crunch coat ice cream cone! That and their hot fudge cake are my favorites!

Huge menu! We just got two small waffle cone ice creams. They were rather large. Hard ice cream is what I like and they had that. They also have soft serve for those who like it and frozen yogurt. Nice friendly service. On our list of places to stop by again.

Went to order the tutti fruity milkshake from the menu. The workers didn't know what I was talking about even though it is clearly there. Instead of them saying "That is unavailable at the moment" I got "Do you just want a chocolate one or what?" In a very rude tone. The girl acted like I was an inconvenience by ordering something OFF THE MENU that she didn't know about. That isn't my fault, no need to be rude.

Foods pretty good. I've had better ice cream. Ice cream prices seem high for the portion size. Like their fish hoagies and muchroom cheese burgers. Good fresh buns on sandwiches. Raspberry milkshakes are good

Depends on who is working if your large icecream cone is a med.or a actual large.and they charge extra for a extra thick milkshake and u dont get extra thick. Also they always seem to be out of almost every flavor they have advised for their milkshakes.The employees were really nice tho.

This place is ridiculously good for a roadside stand. I'm not even talking about the ice cream. The burgers, the kielbasa, the french fries... You'll hardly believe what this tiny little unassuming glass box can cook up for you and everything I've ever had there has been good. Skip the chain fast food and go to the Dairy Inn. You will be glad you did.
