Arrived at 0610 for a 0700 appointment time. We entered off of Painterville Rd. Use the call box at the gate and guard will come from the other gate to escort you back. Got a got right away, now waiting for them to unload us. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks. Staff were professional and helpful.

UPDATE: OWNER OPS BEWARE CAPSTONE JUST CHARGED ME A $881 LUMPER FEESlow slow SLOW 6 hours and counting for about 14 pallets. They finished unloading a couple hours ago, my light is green, I even PAID the fee already and they're STILL NOT DONE WITH THE PAPERWORK OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I went in and asked for it myself "we'll call you".No overnight parking btw. Many of the docks are tight because of how close the docks in the opposite building are. Porta johns for drivers. Lumper office in the trailer next to 22. Capstone.

All right for parking......... You can show up early there is overnight early parking.......Now what I was told from the guard at the guard shack when I checked in Is that after you're delivery you must vacate the premises by 5:00 a.m........By then you can PC to a truck stop nearby and I'm sure they'll be spots availableI had a 1:30 pm. appointment and was given a door at 10:30 pm and Had my paperwork by 1:30 🤷 So I had a great experience.Also I Just to let you know It's a little bit of a pain to back into a dock especially if you have a truck across from you so take it easy and take your time.

Before leaving I asked if I could park here, they told me yes, over at the staging area.Here I am, waking up to some dude screaming, threatening a "citation", and said who I talked to has no authority.I had a good experience here otherwise.Edit : +1 star, I talked to the guy on the way out. They've been having problems with truckers trashing the parking lot. No surprise, I and we see it everywhere.There's gotta be a better way to say no overnight parking

After reading the reviews thinking there is overnight parking. There isn't. Once done. U gotta roll. Good luck finding somewhere to park. Unloading gets 4 stars. I only had 2 pallets. Waiting for paperwork. 2 stars. Make sure they sign the paperwork.

Nice overnight parking. Clear information for check in & check out time. On my this first experience they got me a dock based on my appt time. It took them like about 3 hours to unload which is fine, it depends what commodity you load.

Attention Truckers: I was given a load at the last minute to deliver to this place. I informed them I was gonna arrive late due to my driving hours. I'm on my way here until my dispatcher tells me since I'm gonna be late they are not gonna accommodate me. I offered to wait a day to make my delivery they said they can't work me in. So I had to drive to the shipper to return the product thus wasting fuel. Since this place is unable to work with truckers in a situation I would never want to pick up/deliver here at any time. FYI other drivers have said there is no overnight parking here, Use your trucker path to find parking.4/10/22...I can see UNFI choose to respond to my review for being called out for who they really are. The fact that you can't work outside your so-called normal hours and your competition can shows you are unwilling to work with inbounders. You don't know how real world trucking works since your gut reaction is to "Reject" even if I offered to wait a day to make it there at another time.

They have overnight parking which is great because they take a while to unload. Not a lot of room to back but it’s also not extremely tight. Just make sure your setup is good. Be careful with gos because it might send you to the north side which is no longer a truck entrance. Entrance is in the east side.

Ok place to deliver, tight backing I'm doors. You can park there before you deliver but once you're done you have to leave, so get there 10 hours before you deliver if you want a fresh clock when you leave..

Had a 3am appointment, arrived at 1:50. Waited in staging area until 3am. Received a call, got in the door. Unloading took about 15 minutes. Paperwork took 20. Go figure. Didn't see a restroom or 5 stars !!!

I just moved to PA from another state. I have my share of experience in the work force also I've experienced poor management at some places I've worked and this place is another added to the list. I was raised to tell the truth and this place is not it if you respect the job and take pride in the work and job. Good work ethic isn't required to work here. They care about technology statistics not people and real reality work situations.

Well, where do I begin with this Amazingly Awesome company. First they let me check in at 1400 on a 0100 appt for next day and directed me to the giant staging area as well as overnight safe haven. Receiving starts at 2200 and got a knock on my doors at 2155 and was assigned a lovely door right away. 15 pallets - a fairly filled up truck was unloaded in abt 25 minutes. Unbelievable! Then I went back to the Safe Haven to complete my rest break and waited for my next load. Very Peaceful. Food can be ordered with a few delivering companies.One of my favorites to date.

Got here day before. Plenty of overnight parking. Easy in and out. Capstone is the lumper service so you will be overcharged and have a long wait due to lazy people. I didn't get a door till 4 hrs after my apt. Been sitting in door well over an hour and they still haven't started to unload me

UPDATE ON NIGHT PARKING, as of 2023 they don’t allow parking after you get empty. Security will kick you out, their is couple trucks stops near by.

They have overnight parking and chances are if you have a 1am delivery you will get called back to a door by 10 to 1030 and be done by 2am. They do have a lumper too. Easy backing and when you are done you can go back and park for the rest of your brake.

Dropping off here is very big pleasure. Quick check in, you get your dock almost right away. Quick unloading and hustle free Check out. Staff is very friendly unlike their VA brothers .

I love this place! Very well ran. Only minor gripe is that it can be a little tight backing in when it gets busy. Capstone is the lumper service, which I usually have a problem with, but not here. Great job guys! I usually unload my own freight whenever I can. I only had 2 pallets this time, I backed into the door, and by the time I went inside to unload they already had the product pulled off, counting it! In and out in 15 minutes! In a grocery warehouse! Staging area, and overnight parking available If you need it. Thanks again guys!

7th truck in. 1 1/2 hours early. My appointment time was for 0200. My first stop too. Took 3 people to unload my truck 3 hours. Another 1 1/2 hours for supervalu to verify the load. Then they stole my 2nd stop Bill's and approved the load on my 2nd stop last page. It's sad to say " Are they smarter than a 5th grader"G

3 stars for the lady at the gate. Not the worst attitude in the world which is always helpful. That aside.. no overnight parking and capstone lumper service. Plan on being here a little while. 12 pallets coming off took them a good 6 hours. No drive or energy with this place. Pretty lousy.

11pm appointment and 45 minutes early to it, 7 hours later and still seating at the door being unloaded.How can this be acceptable, how can these people do this and keep drivers seating for so long it's mind boggling!!! GET IT TOGETHER CAPSTONE!Going inside and complain about it doesn't do anything but slows down the progress even more.So drivers if you don't have another stop after this place then this is the place for a 10 hour break.Ended up having to stay at this place for 7 and half hours, messed up my time for my next pick up in Ohio and delayed my home time all because these capstone workers do what they want to do and don’t care about us drivers.

Good and bad days. Deliveries at night which I don’t like but freight is freight. Arrived 12:40 am for 1 am. Got a door at 3 am. Forgot to call me at 530 am and boned me out of 2 extra hours of detention when I requested the UNFI detention slip. Finally able to leave at 730 am. Good thing I over priced the rate on the front end.

MAKE SURE you get paperwork that says DETENTION Request! U r going to need it to fight to get detention. They have no respect for the driver or company's time! None. And ps, bring a bucket for personal restroom!

Stay away from this place the people in receiving are absolute scumbags. Took 6 hours to unload 16 pallets. When I tried to get detention my dispatch called and said that they put the wrong time on the bol. It said I arrived at 245pm and left at 4pm. My appointment was at 10pm and I arrived at 915pm. It's my fault for not noticing though but you kinda hope you're dealing with honest people, not here. Don't even get me started on the 422 dollar lumper fee, wow.

Drivers listen up! What I’m about to tell you will save you a whole lot of time and headache!First of all where are you are supposed to come in with your load or pick up is not 400 PaintersVille Rd. It’s actually 1769 New Stanton Ruffsdale Road, Hunker, PA. It is the correct facility. It’s just that it’s on the other side of the building to inner in. Because of crazy Pittsburgh area roads, it is almost 4 miles to get to it.🤨Second they do not unload/load on Friday or Saturday nights. They open on Sunday nights at 10 PM though. They have a staging area that you can park at if you arrive early and they allow you to stay there after your load is unloaded to finish off your 10.Typical Grocery store DC…Long way to unload and even longer waiting on paperwork. Johnny on the spot for a bathroom. Good luck and I warned you!😳🤨

You can park overnight here. The inbound freight all gets unloaded at the same time. I think the dock opens at 12am or so. They will start calling trucks and assign a door. Takes about 2 hr to off load a full truckload. There is a pretty decent dive bar and restaurant in walking distance out the gate. Also a Mcdonald and some other fast food.This is one of two SuperValu distribution locations I will even consider going to.

Unloading wasn't too bad, but I sat on queue at the gate for nearly two hours. Guard didn't tell anyone to walk up and hand the other guard the bills so they can call it in. Kept directing me over into the right hand lane but must have assumed that I just sit at warehouses for my health. Didn't occur to him to ask me if I had been to the shack or not. I assumed, like other places, you drive up with the bills and they immediately phone it in... Apparently not, nor did they think to inform us otherwise. When I realized this and gave them the paperwork, once I was assigned a door I went in. However, one of their company drivers plows ahead of me and backs into the door that I was assigned to... Guard was more or less like"oopsie"! That aside, once I did get into my door, it was like any other warehouse affair. I guess if you have been here before and know the song and dance, then it's not so bad... My first impression was not a favorable one. Just know what you're getting into here.

I use to give this place 5 stars. But now they let crapstone logistics run the receiving department. Wouldn't let me hire just to pull the product off the trailer since shipper loaded it sideways (I would do the breakdown) and has yet to get me their final fee 2 hours after they received my signed bills from the receiver. I delivered 16 pallets to the freezer.
