I just left this target and had a terrible experience with the person working in the fitting room. She has a bad attitude and was very rude when I returned the clothes I did not want to keep. If you do not like your job get a new one! I returned all my clothes on the hangers and was placing them on the rack when she snapped on my sister and I about being in the same room. We politely told her that we were in separate rooms at first then when my sister was done she returned her clothes and came into mine. She told me she already sorted the rack that I went to place my clothes on and demanded me to hand them to her. So I did. Her hands were full and I had a few more items so I placed them on the table and she goes “OH THOSE TOO?!?”. I choose to walk away from her. Does target not want customers to ensure their clothes fit properly?! Also what if I wasn’t feeling body confident and her attitude about me not selecting clothes made me feel worse about myself?! She should not be in the clothing department with that piss poor attitude towards customers at all. Mind you she was very nice to the obviously white customers and DID NOT say ANYTHING TO THEM. Who also were in the same fitting rooms. Matter of fact she offered if they needed help. Someone should talk to her about the way she interacts with customers in general & if she felt overwhelmed she should’ve asked for help. Do not take it out on customers who weren’t even being rude to her. If I could give zero stars I would.

My local target is nice, but recently the store has been a mess. Products are strewn everywhere, especially in the women’s clothing department and the men’s clothing department. The lines have also been crazy because despite the 3-4 employees that are always standing up near the registers, they don’t actually open any of the registers. They just stand there and talk while 10 people are waiting in line for self checkout. It’s only been this way the last few months, prior to this the store was pretty top notch.

I went to the target today in Royersford to pick up one of my orders and was extremely dissatisfied by the customer service and drive up team. There was some confusion about my online order between drive up and customers service and them not having it and the young man at the drive up was extremely disrespectful about it. He told me that the conversation I had with the customer service woman “did not happen” and my husband and I were truly taken a back by the disrespect and the fact that we just went in the store prior to going to drive up and had a conversation with the customer service woman and drive up having my order. I’m not one to make it a big deal over things like this and recognize that sometimes people may be having a bad day however, it is unacceptable to speak to people in that way. You will lose customers if this young man continues to speak to people this way.

The new self-checkout policy is ridiculous I'm being harassed to go to the regular checkout line .. one of the employees seemed slightly offended that I declined to move to a line. I only had 5 items inside my basket. Also, it was only one person in front of me I don’t understand why they make going to self-checkout a big deal

Store is too confusing.Can't find anything when you look on their website The stuff is not where they say it is and on top of that, they put the groceries all the way in the back.So you have to walk all the way to the back. I work for DoorDash.And I don't want to shop in target because it wastes my time

Some lady was assigning people to checkouts like a drug addict and made me extremely uncomfortable. She manually closed all the self checkouts with signs even tho the lights were green. Last time i come to target..what is going on.

Made a $71 plus purchase and was told I DIDN'T NEED a PROOF of PURCHASE? I request to return items. I contacted mgr. And he said I did not need a receipt. I contacted Corp. To Report the details. REALLY 😮

Liz in the make up area was AWESOME!!! She took the time to stop what she was in the middle of to even look up a Cer a vue product my daughter needed. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!AAAAKeep up the great work.

I really love the convenience of placing an order online and picking it up at customer service. They always have everything I need and it saves me from going into the store which gives me anxiety, must be be all the years I worked in retail lol

Went shopping Saturday for my daughters back to school necessities. When arriving home we realized we had left an entire bag of stuff we got either in the cart or at the register . I called to speak with someone and was connected to Dee in customer service . She was so patient and willing to help ! She went through and checked the register lanes and carts to let me know it was not found however to come in and speak to guest services to have the items replaced. When returning on Sunday i was delighted to see that Dee was the one there helping with returns and exchanges . She took me and explained everything and assisted in fixing what had happened. She went above and beyond and really made our stress go away completely! She made the process smooth and quick! She is such an asset to Target and had the best customer experience I’ve experienced in the many times i visit !! Thank you Dee for all you did and you really are the best!!!!!!

Never have I ever written a review like this before. The woman who I believe is named Erin (middle aged, reddish hair) is the rudest, most incompetent human being I have ever witnessed working in customer service. I have been going to this location for years and the staff is lovely except for the bad apple. Fairly sure my husband and myself were racially profiled by her and when asked simple questions, she scoffed and was visibly and audibly annoyed when asked. Not ok.

I love this target but I came here to say that customer service needs to be improved. This is not the first time that I’ve gone to the service desk and been helped by the older woman with grey hair and a southern accent who is extremely unhelpful and quite rude. She always acts as if you are inconveniencing her by needing assistance with an online order or a return. Today I was looked at like I was crazy when I told her I needed to return something I bought online and exchange for a different size. She cut me off before I was even finished talking and said “we don’t do exchanges here.” For the rest of the interaction, she basically dismissed everything I said and i was left to figure it out on my own. She is the only target worker I’ve ever had an issue with and made the experience very unpleasant. As someone who’s worked retail before, I am always kind to customer service workers but she seems to have her mind already made up that customers are annoying every time I’ve dealt with her.

I was having trouble finding an item that the app said was in stock, yet I couldn't find it in the store, but a kind employee went into the backroom and got it for me! I am so grateful and appreciative of what he did for me! The cashier was also super friendly! Overall great service from those two employees!

This store is great but I came here to say that Bill (cashier) is my favorite. He’s always smiling, kind, and just genuinely makes my day. He’s an absolute gem!! I prefer to go to this Target because of him!

Every time I go to target it’s always a pleasant experience. The staff are polite and and the atmosphere of the place is great. It’s a nice place to go when you’re bored. There’s so many things you could buy, even if you didn’t plan on buying anything when you went in you always will come out with something. Be that, home decor, health and beauty products, grocery items, or maybe a fun little toy if you have kids. The products are of very fair pricing and my favorite brands are Good & Gather, Goodfellow, and Favorite Day and of course we can’t forget Market Pantry. Bottom line is if you plan on brightening your day with a visit to Target I say you’re making the right choice.

When I've been in here, it's usually been for a couple of items. You know like a quick shop, in and out and job done. However that often doesn't happen, and I spend a lot of time wondering about the place, checking out the clothing, electronics, toys, and home goods.Theres a good variety here and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy. The prices are about average.Parking is right outside the front door.I can't really fault the place.I'm only giving it a four out of five star review because I'm really mean with giving out my stars and if I gave every place a five, it wouldn't be fair.

Ordered a stand fan with remote control for pickup. Was able to use PayPal (safer than credit card over internet) and the transaction went flawlessly. Picked up the next day, took only minutes and was on my way.

They need to train their employees better on both customer service skills and store policies. Went to the electronics department to buy something locked in the case. The young girl there was sitting, on her phone. I asked her to help, but she told me she didn't have the keys and then just ignored me and continuing interacting with her phone.I had to wander around the store to find someone with a red shirt who could unlock the cabinet. When I finally found someone, I was instructed that they cannot price match in store, and I would need to buy online through the Target app, then price match online. I knew this wasn't true since I have price matched before in store.So instead I just bought from the competitor (bestbuy) I was trying to price match.

I called the store 4x to inquire about an item that was stated to be not in store but actually was and nobody answered my calls and I was hung up on once. Luckily there was one product left when I arrived but there were employees at the customer service desk talking and ignoring the phones.

Their online ordering system is awful. More mistakes and canceled items than not. Its like if you're going to be a multimillion dollar company that overworks and underpays its employees you'd at least have something to show for it... or else what's the point of working those poor people ragged during the holidays?Target, you're disgraceful.

Customer service is bad: Went to self-checkout, had 3 manufactuer coupons from the Sunday paper which scanned and were applied. Called the attendant to collect them. She asked to see the 3 products the coupons were for even though they were scanned and accepted. Then, she said if I want to return those products I need the receipt & can't use a credit look-up to return them. I DIDN"T even ask about returning them, so why are you telling me this, as if I want to do something wrong? And, even if I want to return them, it's Target's policy to allow credit card look-up, so she is answering a question that I didn't ask making me feel weird and then tell me something that is clearly false about Target policy. Next time, provide the help that was requested, don't randomly make a statement that was even a question and that goes against Target policy!
